Ishođenjem pravomoćne građevinske dozvole za izgradnju reciklažnog dvorišta Pujanke, od 16. siječnja, ostvareni su tehnički preduvjeti za mogućnost podnošenja projektne prijave u svrhu sufinanciranja projekta sredstvima Europske unije. Ukupan iznos projektne prijave je tri milijuna i 500 tisuća kuna, dok je bespovratna sredstva moguće ostvariti u maksimalnom iznosu od gotovo tri milijuna kuna.

Na taj je način reciklažno dvorište Pujanke postalo prvo reciklažno dvorište na području grada Splita koje je prijavljeno na sufinanciranje bespovratnim sredstvima Europske unije, a koja se mogu dodijeliti u maksimalnom iznosu od 85 posto ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Kako bi se projekt prijavio za financiranje, dokumentacija mora biti - 'čista'. Očigledno, to nije slučaj kod dozvola potrebnih za izgradnju planiranog i najavljivanog reciklažnog dvorišta u Kopilici. Upitali smo Banovinu zašto istovremeno nisu priložili projektnu dokumentaciju za izgradnju reciklažnog dvorišta i tom dijelu grada.

- Kao što smo ranije u više navrata navodili, nakon prenošenja vlasništva zemljišta na Grad Split bilo je potrebno napraviti izmjene u postojećem projektu, a koje su prošle godine i napokon napravljene, te je dana 18. prosinca 2020. pokrenut postupak ishođenja građevinske dozvole - odgovorili su. Ključan "papir" očekuju do kraja siječnja, a po dobivanju građevinske dozvole najavljuju podnošenje prijave na navedeni natječaj.

Rok za prijavu je do kraja veljače ove godine, a javni poziv je raspisalo Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja u sklopu Poziva za uspostavu reciklažnih dvorišta na temelju kojega se dodjeljuju sredstva iz Kohezijskog fonda unutar Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014.-2020.

Premda bi ih po Planu gospodarenja otpadom za razdoblje od 2017. do 2022. godine trebao imati najmanje šest, Split je uredio tek jedno reciklažno dvorište u krugu odlagališta Karepovac, a u postupku izgradnje je i ono na rubnom istočnom području Orišac, čija je vrijednost četiri milijuna i 600 tisuća kuna.

Reciklažna dvorišta stanovnicima grada Splita pružit će temeljnu infrastrukturu potrebnu za učinkovito odlaganje otpada. Trenutno je na području grada raspoređeno sedam mobilnih reciklažnih dvorišta; na Poljudu, Mertojaku, Kocunaru, Lovretu, Sućidru, Neslanovcu i Podstrani, gdje je moguće odvojiti staklo, plastiku, papir, metal, tetrapak, obuću i odjeću, tonere, baterije i lijekove.

U sklopu projekta na koji se prijavio Grad Split, planirane su i edukativno-informativne aktivnosti s ciljem upoznavanja građana s ulogom reciklažnih dvorišta u cjelovitom sustavu gospodarenja otpadom te s pravilnim odvajanjem otpada u kućanstvima.

Ishođenjem pravomoćne građevinske dozvole za izgradnju reciklažnog dvorišta Pujanke, od 16. siječnja, ostvareni su tehnički preduvjeti za mogućnost podnošenja projektne prijave u svrhu sufinanciranja projekta sredstvima Europske unije. Ukupan iznos projektne prijave je tri milijuna i 500 tisuća kuna, dok je bespovratna sredstva moguće ostvariti u maksimalnom iznosu od gotovo tri milijuna kuna.

Na taj je način reciklažno dvorište Pujanke postalo prvo reciklažno dvorište na području grada Splita koje je prijavljeno na sufinanciranje bespovratnim sredstvima Europske unije, a koja se mogu dodijeliti u maksimalnom iznosu od 85 posto ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Kako bi se projekt prijavio za financiranje, dokumentacija mora biti - 'čista'. Očigledno, to nije slučaj kod dozvola potrebnih za izgradnju planiranog i najavljivanog reciklažnog dvorišta u Kopilici. Upitali smo Banovinu zašto istovremeno nisu priložili projektnu dokumentaciju za izgradnju reciklažnog dvorišta i tom dijelu grada.

- Kao što smo ranije u više navrata navodili, nakon prenošenja vlasništva zemljišta na Grad Split bilo je potrebno napraviti izmjene u postojećem projektu, a koje su prošle godine i napokon napravljene, te je dana 18. prosinca 2020. pokrenut postupak ishođenja građevinske dozvole - odgovorili su. Ključan "papir" očekuju do kraja siječnja, a po dobivanju građevinske dozvole najavljuju podnošenje prijave na navedeni natječaj.

Rok za prijavu je do kraja veljače ove godine, a javni poziv je raspisalo Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja u sklopu Poziva za uspostavu reciklažnih dvorišta na temelju kojega se dodjeljuju sredstva iz Kohezijskog fonda unutar Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014.-2020.

Premda bi ih po Planu gospodarenja otpadom za razdoblje od 2017. do 2022. godine trebao imati najmanje šest, Split je uredio tek jedno reciklažno dvorište u krugu odlagališta Karepovac, a u postupku izgradnje je i ono na rubnom istočnom području Orišac, čija je vrijednost četiri milijuna i 600 tisuća kuna.

Reciklažna dvorišta stanovnicima grada Splita pružit će temeljnu infrastrukturu potrebnu za učinkovito odlaganje otpada. Trenutno je na području grada raspoređeno sedam mobilnih reciklažnih dvorišta; na Poljudu, Mertojaku, Kocunaru, Lovretu, Sućidru, Neslanovcu i Podstrani, gdje je moguće odvojiti staklo, plastiku, papir, metal, tetrapak, obuću i odjeću, tonere, baterije i lijekove.

U sklopu projekta na koji se prijavio Grad Split, planirane su i edukativno-informativne aktivnosti s ciljem upoznavanja građana s ulogom reciklažnih dvorišta u cjelovitom sustavu gospodarenja otpadom te s pravilnim odvajanjem otpada u kućanstvima.

Ishođenjem pravomoćne građevinske dozvole za izgradnju reciklažnog dvorišta Pujanke, od 16. siječnja, ostvareni su tehnički preduvjeti za mogućnost podnošenja projektne prijave u svrhu sufinanciranja projekta sredstvima Europske unije. Ukupan iznos projektne prijave je tri milijuna i 500 tisuća kuna, dok je bespovratna sredstva moguće ostvariti u maksimalnom iznosu od gotovo tri milijuna kuna.

Na taj je način reciklažno dvorište Pujanke postalo prvo reciklažno dvorište na području grada Splita koje je prijavljeno na sufinanciranje bespovratnim sredstvima Europske unije, a koja se mogu dodijeliti u maksimalnom iznosu od 85 posto ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Kako bi se projekt prijavio za financiranje, dokumentacija mora biti - 'čista'. Očigledno, to nije slučaj kod dozvola ...
