To proizlazi iz činjenice da Grad Split nije prihvatio transparentni i uspješni, te zakonom o društveno poticajnoj stanogradnji regulirani model gradnje stanova. Kerumov model je nejasan, otvara prostor sukobu interesa, špekulaciji s nekretninama, a potencijalnim kupcima stanova stvara neizvjesnost oko ishoda i kvalitete gradnje, te krajnje cijene stana - kazao je na tiskovnoj konferenciji Goran Kovačević, predsjednik splitskog HNS-a.

Gradske vijećnike uvjeravalo se, dodao je, kako će gradska tvrtka Split gradnja biti kupac stanova na Kili i investitor da bi se sad kao vlasnik zemljišta i ulagač pojavila privatna osoba, i to nećak gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, 23-godišnji Igor Sapunar.

- Sve upućuje na to da iza njega stoji Kerumov kapital. Logično je da osoba od 23 godine ne može uštedjeti 75 milijuna eura, kolika je vrijednost investicije na Kili, osim ako ih nije osvojila na lotu, a takvog dobitka sasvim sigurno nije bilo u zadnjih 20 godina - kaže Kovačević i dodaje kako je isticanje Sapunara, u stvari, manevar da se prikrije direktni sukob interesa.

Gradonačelnik Kerum namjerava u novoizgrađenim stanovima rješavati problem
socijale na jednom mjestu što je u Europi potpuno neprihvatljivo jer se
time provodi getoizacija najnižih i najsiromašnijih socijalnih slojeva.

- Zbog svega toga HNS će se zalagati da Grad Split ide na rješavanje stanova po modelu POS-a u okviru kojeg je dosad uspješno izgrađeno na desetke tisuća stanova u Hrvatskoj. Prije Keruma jedino je Milan Bandić pokrenuo gradnju po svom modelu koja je završila fijaskom. Iako je obećana cijena gradnje bila 910 eura po kvadratu, nakon pet godina cijena na 1295 eura, a brojni stanovi ostaju neprodani. To bi se moglo dogodit i kod nas - izjavio je Kovačević.

Gradske vijećnike uvjeravalo se, dodao je, kako će gradska tvrtka Split gradnja biti kupac stanova na Kili i investitor da bi se sad kao vlasnik zemljišta i ulagač pojavila privatna osoba, i to nećak gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, 23-godišnji Igor Sapunar.

- Sve upućuje na to da iza njega stoji Kerumov kapital. Logično je da osoba od 23 godine ne može uštedjeti 75 milijuna eura, kolika je vrijednost investicije na Kili, osim ako ih nije osvojila na lotu, a takvog dobitka sasvim sigurno nije bilo u zadnjih 20 godina - kaže Kovačević i dodaje kako je isticanje Sapunara, u stvari, manevar da se prikrije direktni sukob interesa.

Gradonačelnik Kerum namjerava u novoizgrađenim stanovima rješavati problem
socijale na jednom mjestu što je u Europi potpuno neprihvatljivo jer se
time provodi getoizacija najnižih i najsiromašnijih socijalnih slojeva.

- Zbog svega toga HNS će se zalagati da Grad Split ide na rješavanje stanova po modelu POS-a u okviru kojeg je dosad uspješno izgrađeno na desetke tisuća stanova u Hrvatskoj. Prije Keruma jedino je Milan Bandić pokrenuo gradnju po svom modelu koja je završila fijaskom. Iako je obećana cijena gradnje bila 910 eura po kvadratu, nakon pet godina cijena na 1295 eura, a brojni stanovi ostaju neprodani. To bi se moglo dogodit i kod nas - izjavio je Kovačević.

Umjesto POS-a u Splitu se sprema novi "poticajni" nepotizam na teret kupaca stanova.
