Svjetlana Luisa Karlović iz Australije ponudila je Gradu Splitu da otkupi njezin stan na prvom katu na Peristilu 5 za pola milijuna eura, u palači Skočibučić-Lukaris, gdje država ima tri poslovna prostora u prizemlju, a Grad stanove na drugom i trećem katu.

Zanimljivo je da Grad nema podatke o površini stana koji želi kupiti, već samo zna da stan u vlasništvu Grada na drugoj etaži ima 117 kvadrata. S takvim nepotpunim podacima gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je raspravu o kupnji toga stana stavio na Gradsko vijeće.

– Ovo je nepotpuni materijal koji nećemo podržati. Nismo protiv otkupa nekretnine koja je zaštićeno kulturno dobro i koja je u interesu Grada Splita, ali smo za to da se ispoštuje procedura. Za svakojake stvari se naručuju vještva. Neozbiljno je da se danas iznosi otprilike neka kvadratura. To je traljavo i to na ovaj način ne možemo prihvatiti – kazao je Tomislav Šuta (HDZ).

Super cijena

Željko Domazet, predsjednik Gradskog vijeća, kazao je da se stan mogao procijeniti, te da ga se moglo pogledati jer da bi taj obilazak bio pola sata posla.

Davor Matijević (SDP) kaže da je to super cijena ako se radi o stanu od 117 kvadrata. Ali upozorava da je problem što se ne zna točna kvadratura.

– Zašto bi nas čovik iz Australije pustio unutra – kazao je Bojan Ivošević misleći na vlasnicu stana koji je na prodaji.

Jakša Balov (HDZ) napomenuo je namjenu koju bi Grad dao tom prostoru – od stambene, preko javne do turističke.

Balov je postavio bitno pitanje: "Je li taj stan slobodan od ljudi i stvari?"

No odgovor iz Grada je glasio: "Ne znamo, to ćemo definirati s odvjetničkim uredom koji zastupa vlasnicu."

– Vaše izlaganje me podsjeća kao da kupujemo igračke jer ova točka nije kvalitetno pripremljena – upozorio je Šuta.

Na kraju je većina vijećnika glasala za odluku da Grad na neviđeno kupi stan od pola milijuna eura.

Svjetlana Luisa Karlović iz Australije ponudila je Gradu Splitu da otkupi njezin stan na prvom katu na Peristilu 5 za pola milijuna eura, u palači Skočibučić-Lukaris, gdje država ima tri poslovna prostora u prizemlju, a Grad stanove na drugom i trećem katu.

Zanimljivo je da Grad nema podatke o površini stana koji želi kupiti, već samo zna da stan u vlasništvu Grada na drugoj etaži ima 117 kvadrata. S takvim nepotpunim podacima gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je raspravu o kupnji toga stana stavio na Gradsko vijeće.

– Ovo je nepotpuni materijal koji nećemo podržati. Nismo protiv otkupa nekretnine koja je zaštićeno kulturno dobro i koja je u interesu Grada Splita, ali smo za to da se ispoštuje procedura. Za svakojake stvari se naručuju vještva. Neozbiljno je da se danas iznosi otprilike neka kvadratura. To je traljavo i to na ovaj način ne možemo prihvatiti – kazao je Tomislav Šuta (HDZ).

Super cijena

Željko Domazet, predsjednik Gradskog vijeća, kazao je da se stan mogao procijeniti, te da ga se moglo pogledati jer da bi taj obilazak bio pola sata posla.

Davor Matijević (SDP) kaže da je to super cijena ako se radi o stanu od 117 kvadrata. Ali upozorava da je problem što se ne zna točna kvadratura.

– Zašto bi nas čovik iz Australije pustio unutra – kazao je Bojan Ivošević misleći na vlasnicu stana koji je na prodaji.

Jakša Balov (HDZ) napomenuo je namjenu koju bi Grad dao tom prostoru – od stambene, preko javne do turističke.

Balov je postavio bitno pitanje: "Je li taj stan slobodan od ljudi i stvari?"

No odgovor iz Grada je glasio: "Ne znamo, to ćemo definirati s odvjetničkim uredom koji zastupa vlasnicu."

– Vaše izlaganje me podsjeća kao da kupujemo igračke jer ova točka nije kvalitetno pripremljena – upozorio je Šuta.

Na kraju je većina vijećnika glasala za odluku da Grad na neviđeno kupi stan od pola milijuna eura.
