Svakodnevno korištenje elektroničke pošte sve češće nas izlaže cyber kriminalu, a upravo to dogodilo se djelatnici Banovine, i to na njezinu službenom e-mailu.
Prije nekoliko dana dobila je prvu prijeteću poruku na engleskom jeziku, u kojoj se od nje iznuđivala svota od 800 dolara, da bi nešto kasnije taj traženi iznos narastao na 965 dolara. Razlog internetske "ucjene" je banalan, ali opet dovoljan da netko malo manje upoznat s takozvanim spam mailovima nasjedne.
Dakle, nepoznati pošiljatelj navodi kako ima potpuni pristup njezinu službenom, gradskom e-mailu, bez obzira na antivirusni program koji koristi, te navodi kako je zapravo prati već mjesecima. Osim toga, tvrdi kako je prije nekoliko mjeseci posjetila internetsku stranicu za odrasle i samozadovoljavala se, što je on preko web-kamere snimio, pa prijeti kako će sporni video poslati svim njezinim kontaktima.
Jedini način da to ne napravi jest da mu uplati traženi iznos na bitcoin adresu "ucjenjivača". Navodno, nakon što primi uplatu, izbrisat će spornu snimku i neće je više smetati. Također, dao joj je rok za uplatu, čak puna dva dana.
– Odmah mi je bilo jasno kako je riječ o varanju građana i mužnje novca hakiranjem službenih mailova. Znala sam da je laž jer stranice za odrasle na poslu su zabranjene, ne konzumiram takav sadržaj, a uz to na računalima ni nemamo web-kamere. No, zabrinulo me što mi ovakve prijetnje dolaze na službenu e-mail adresu, a htjela sam poslati i upozorenje ostalim građanima koji bi se možda u ovome mogli pronaći. Očito, ovakve metode zastrašivanja negdje upale – istaknula je naša sugovornica, koja je, osim našoj redakciji, sve prijavila i policiji i gradskoj Službi za informatiku.
– Vrlo je važno napomenuti kako traže uplatu u bitcoinu, valuti koju ne kontroliraju ni banke, ni države, a do vlasnika takvih računa gotovo je nemoguće doći. Ne znam je li isti sadržaj dospio na službeni mail mojih kolega ili na neke službene adrese drugih javnih ustanova, ali svakako bi bilo dobro da se građani informiraju kako netko ne bi nasjeo i podlegao ucjenama – zaključuje naša čitateljica.
Iako nismo dobili službeni odgovor iz gradske uprave, ali ni Policijske uprave, našu sugovornicu su, kako doznajemo, kontaktirali iz policijskog Odjela za gospodarski kriminalitet. Rečeno joj je kako je njezina pritužba uzeta u obzir, te kako ovakvi mailovi već godinama "love" naivne pojedince.
– Navodno, već se nekoliko građana potužilo policiji, baš kao i ja. Najvažnije je da se ne nasjeda i nikako ne uplaćuje novac – poručuje naša sugovornica.

Svakodnevno korištenje elektroničke pošte sve češće nas izlaže cyber kriminalu, a upravo to dogodilo se djelatnici Banovine, i to na njezinu službenom e-mailu.
Prije nekoliko dana dobila je prvu prijeteću poruku na engleskom jeziku, u kojoj se od nje iznuđivala svota od 800 dolara, da bi nešto kasnije taj traženi iznos narastao na 965 dolara. Razlog internetske "ucjene" je banalan, ali opet dovoljan da netko malo manje upoznat s takozvanim spam mailovima nasjedne.
Dakle, nepoznati pošiljatelj navodi kako ima potpuni pristup njezinu službenom, gradskom e-mailu, bez obzira na antivirusni program koji koristi, te navodi kako je zapravo prati već mjesecima. Osim toga, tvrdi kako je prije nekoliko mjeseci posjetila internetsku stranicu za odrasle i samozadovoljavala se, što je on preko web-kamere snimio, pa prijeti kako će sporni video poslati svim njezinim kontaktima.
Jedini način da to ne napravi jest da mu uplati traženi iznos na bitcoin adresu "ucjenjivača". Navodno, nakon što primi uplatu, izbrisat će spornu snimku i neće je više smetati. Također, dao joj je rok za uplatu, čak puna dva dana.
– Odmah mi je bilo jasno kako je riječ o varanju građana i mužnje novca hakiranjem službenih mailova. Znala sam da je laž jer stranice za odrasle na poslu su zabranjene, ne konzumiram takav sadržaj, a uz to na računalima ni nemamo web-kamere. No, zabrinulo me što mi ovakve prijetnje dolaze na službenu e-mail adresu, a htjela sam poslati i upozorenje ostalim građanima koji bi se možda u ovome mogli pronaći. Očito, ovakve metode zastrašivanja negdje upale – istaknula je naša sugovornica, koja je, osim našoj redakciji, sve prijavila i policiji i gradskoj Službi za informatiku.
– Vrlo je važno napomenuti kako traže uplatu u bitcoinu, valuti koju ne kontroliraju ni banke, ni države, a do vlasnika takvih računa gotovo je nemoguće doći. Ne znam je li isti sadržaj dospio na službeni mail mojih kolega ili na neke službene adrese drugih javnih ustanova, ali svakako bi bilo dobro da se građani informiraju kako netko ne bi nasjeo i podlegao ucjenama – zaključuje naša čitateljica.
Iako nismo dobili službeni odgovor iz gradske uprave, ali ni Policijske uprave, našu sugovornicu su, kako doznajemo, kontaktirali iz policijskog Odjela za gospodarski kriminalitet. Rečeno joj je kako je njezina pritužba uzeta u obzir, te kako ovakvi mailovi već godinama "love" naivne pojedince.
– Navodno, već se nekoliko građana potužilo policiji, baš kao i ja. Najvažnije je da se ne nasjeda i nikako ne uplaćuje novac – poručuje naša sugovornica.
