Baš vam je došla želja za sendvičem, ali pokušavate joj se oduprijeti. Odlučili ste, naime, da neko vrijeme nećete jesti kruh. I kakakter ste. Ali s druge strane, ma baš biste s guštom zagrizli u dobru sendvu...
Nemojte se mučiti jer rješenje postoji. Umjesto klasičnog kruha iz pekare, za sendvu iskoristite proteinski kruh pun zdravih sastojaka. Ispeći ćete ga sami, po receptu koji vam nudimo, jer vrlo je jednostavan i prikladan čak i za početnike.
Svidjet će vam se toliko da ćete ga peći na tjednoj bazi, a vaša ljubav prema sendvičima više neće imati pogubne posljedice po vitku liniju. Još kad biste umjesto salame i majoneze koristili zdrave namaze poput humusa, koji komadić hrskavog povrća i dobar domaći sir... u tom bismo vam slučaju mirne duše mogli preporučiti da ih jedete bar jednom dnevno.
Domaći proteinski kruh
Sastojci:
500 g svježeg sira
100 g zobenih pahuljica
50 g suncokretovih sjemenki
50 g sjemenki buče
5 jaja
3 žličice lana
1 žličica praška za pecivo
sol
Priprema:
Razbijte jaja, pomiješajte ih sa solju i dodajte im sir. Dobro izmiješajte, dodajte žličicu praška za pecivo i sjemenke. Lan prethodno možete samljeti jer je u tom obliku bolje iskoristiv.
Smjesu istresite u kalup za torte promjera 24 centimetra obložen papirom za pečenje, po želji površinu pospite sjemenkama, ali pazite da je ne prekriju u predebelom sloju.
Pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko sat vremena. Pomoću čačkalice provjerite je li kruh pečen. Pričekajte da se malo ohladi prije rezanja kako se ne bi puno mrvio.

50 g suncokretovih sjemenki
50 g sjemenki buče
5 jaja
3 žličice lana
1 žličica praška za pecivo
sol
Priprema:
Razbijte jaja, pomiješajte ih sa solju i dodajte im sir. Dobro izmiješajte, dodajte žličicu praška za pecivo i sjemenke. Lan prethodno možete samljeti jer je u tom obliku bolje iskoristiv.
Smjesu istresite u kalup za torte promjera 24 centimetra obložen papirom za pečenje, po želji površinu pospite sjemenkama, ali pazite da je ne prekriju u predebelom sloju.
Pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko sat vremena. Pomoću čačkalice provjerite je li kruh pečen. Pričekajte da se malo ohladi prije rezanja kako se ne bi puno mrvio.
