Početkom proljeća sviman nam nedostaje vitamina, zasićeni smo teškom spizom poput mesnih točeva, suhomesnatih proizvoda, jela s grahom, sarmi i svega onoga što nam je tijekom zime izgledalo tako primamljivo... Vrijeme je za oporaviti organizam dobrom dozom hranjivih sastojaka, ali i malo ga rasteretiti jednostavnim, nešto laganijim jelima.

Naš prijedlog za danas baziran je na povrću punom vitamina i drugih nutrijenata - poriluku. U ovom je jelu združen s rižom, koja, odaberete li integralnu, može biti sjajan izvor vitamina B, a lako je probavljiva. Za svježinu okusa brine se limun, a za gurmanski doživljaj kombinacija maslaca, bijelog vina i začinskog bilja. Recept je odličan, a nije jako kompliciran za pripremu i zato vjerujemo da je ovo pravi izbor za drugi dan proljeća.

Rižot od poriluka

Sastojci:

500 g poriluka
500 g arborio riže
1,25 ml povrtnog temeljca ili vode
250 ml bijelog vina
1 limun
2 žlice maslaca
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 žlica svježeg ili osušenog timijana
sol, papar

Priprema:

Očistite i narežite poriluk na komadiće te ga propirjajte na mješavini ulja i jedne žlice otopljenog maslaca.

Nakon otprilike pet minuta ili kad poriluk malo omekša dodajte rižu, promiješajte da riža upije masnoću pa dodajte vino. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari, dodajte oko 250 ml temeljca pa posolite te kuhajte uz miješanje dok se tekućina ne upije.

Dodajte novu šalicu vode te kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje dok se tekućina ne upije. Ponavljajte dok riža nije skuhana, 5-10 minuta prije kraja kuhanja dodajte limunovu koricu i timijan.

Maknite s vatre, umiješajte ostatak maslaca te poklopite i pričekajte dvije-tri minute da se okusi prožmu. Poslužite posuto tvrdim ribanim sirom.

Početkom proljeća sviman nam nedostaje vitamina, zasićeni smo teškom spizom poput mesnih točeva, suhomesnatih proizvoda, jela s grahom, sarmi i svega onoga što nam je tijekom zime izgledalo tako primamljivo... Vrijeme je za oporaviti organizam dobrom dozom hranjivih sastojaka, ali i malo ga rasteretiti jednostavnim, nešto laganijim jelima.

Naš prijedlog za danas baziran je na povrću punom vitamina i drugih nutrijenata - poriluku. U ovom je jelu združen s rižom, koja, odaberete li integralnu, može biti sjajan izvor vitamina B, a lako je probavljiva. Za svježinu okusa brine se limun, a za gurmanski doživljaj kombinacija maslaca, bijelog vina i začinskog bilja. Recept je odličan, a nije jako kompliciran za pripremu i zato vjerujemo da je ovo pravi izbor za drugi dan proljeća.

Rižot od poriluka

Sastojci:

500 g poriluka
500 g arborio riže
1,25 ml povrtnog temeljca ili vode
250 ml bijelog vina
1 limun
2 žlice maslaca
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 žlica svježeg ili osušenog timijana
sol, papar

Očistite i narežite poriluk na komadiće te ga propirjajte na mješavini ulja i jedne žlice otopljenog maslaca.

Nakon otprilike pet minuta ili kad poriluk malo omekša dodajte rižu, promiješajte da riža upije masnoću pa dodajte vino. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari, dodajte oko 250 ml temeljca pa posolite te kuhajte uz miješanje dok se tekućina ne upije.

Dodajte novu šalicu vode te kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje dok se tekućina ne upije. Ponavljajte dok riža nije skuhana, 5-10 minuta prije kraja kuhanja dodajte limunovu koricu i timijan.

Maknite s vatre, umiješajte ostatak maslaca te poklopite i pričekajte dvije-tri minute da se okusi prožmu. Poslužite posuto tvrdim ribanim sirom.

Početkom proljeća sviman nam nedostaje vitamina, zasićeni smo teškom spizom poput mesnih točeva, suhomesnatih proizvoda, jela s grahom, sarmi i svega onoga što nam je tijekom zime izgledalo tako primamljivo... Vrijeme je za oporaviti organizam dobrom dozom hranjivih sastojaka, ali i malo ga rasteretiti jednostavnim, nešto laganijim jelima.

Naš prijedlog za danas baziran je na povrću punom vitamina i drugih nutrijenata - poriluku. U ovom je jelu združen s rižom, koja, odaberete li integralnu, može biti sjajan izvor vitamina B, a lako je probavljiva. Za svježinu okusa brine se limun, a za gurmanski doživljaj kombinacija maslaca, bijelog vina i začinskog bilja. Recept je odličan, a nije jako kompliciran za pripremu i zato vjerujemo da je ovo pravi izbor za drugi dan proljeća.

Rižot od poriluka

Sastojci:

500 g poriluka
500 g arborio riže
1,25 ml povrtnog temeljca ili vode
250 ml bijelog vina
1 limun
2 žlice maslaca
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 žlica svježeg ili osušenog timijana
sol, papar

Priprema:
