Jeste li znali da postoji turska pizza? Mi nismo imali pojma, ali u zadnje vrijeme čini nam se da je svi peku. Gdje god da pogledamo po društvenim mrežama, svi se hvale kako je baš njihova najbolja. Reklo bi se da priprema nije osobito komplicirana, a jedno je sigurno: oduševit će sve ljubitelje jela s mljevenim mesom.

Turska pizza, izvorno lahmacun, od arapskog "lahma bi‘ajeen", što doslovno znači "tijesto s mesom", a pravi se od dizanog tijesta i mesnog umaka, orijentalnih začina, rajčica i češnjaka, no postoje manje varijacije. Što se tiče tijesta, možete koristiti bilo koji recept za tijesto za pizzu koji vam je po guštu, možete koristiti i gotovo tijesto, jer tajna je u mješavini začina.

No vrlo važna komponenta je i meso. Tradicionalno se pravi od mljevene janjetine, ali možete koristiti i nemasnu mljevenu junetinu. Nadjev ćete najlakše napraviti u blenderu ili procesoru hrane koji će temeljito izmiješati mljeveno meso sa slatkom crvenom paprikom, ljutikom, češnjakom, pastom od rajčice, svježim začinskim biljem i aromatičnim začinima.

Lahmacun

Sastojci:

500 g tijesta za pizzu
200 g mljevene janjetine ili junetine
2 češnja češnjaka
1 ljutika
½ vezice peršina
½ slatke crvene paprike
4 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
1 žličica dimljene paprike
1 žličica mljevene pimente
½ žličice mljevenog kumina
½ žličice alepskog papra
½ žličice mljevenog cimeta
½ žličice kajenskog papra
½ žličice soli
kriške limuna 

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva Celzija. Pripremite dva velika lima za pečenje obložena papirom za pečenje.

U zdjelu procesora hrane, opremljenu oštricom, dodajte crvenu papriku, ljutiku, češnjak i peršin. Pulsirajte nekoliko puta pa dodajte meso, sol, začine, pastu od rajčice i maslinovo ulje. Ponovno pulsirajte dok se sastojci dobro ne sjedine.

Podijelite tijesto za pizzu na 4 jednake loptice, svaku tanko razvaljajte tijesto što tanje možete. Na tijesto nanesite mesni nadjev, ostavljajući tanki rub pa pecite oko 5 do 7 minuta ili dok tijesto i meso ne budu potpuno pečeni.

Na vrh iscijedite malo limunovog soka i poslužite.

Jeste li znali da postoji turska pizza? Mi nismo imali pojma, ali u zadnje vrijeme čini nam se da je svi peku. Gdje god da pogledamo po društvenim mrežama, svi se hvale kako je baš njihova najbolja. Reklo bi se da priprema nije osobito komplicirana, a jedno je sigurno: oduševit će sve ljubitelje jela s mljevenim mesom.

Turska pizza, izvorno lahmacun, od arapskog "lahma bi‘ajeen", što doslovno znači "tijesto s mesom", a pravi se od dizanog tijesta i mesnog umaka, orijentalnih začina, rajčica i češnjaka, no postoje manje varijacije. Što se tiče tijesta, možete koristiti bilo koji recept za tijesto za pizzu koji vam je po guštu, možete koristiti i gotovo tijesto, jer tajna je u mješavini začina.

No vrlo važna komponenta je i meso. Tradicionalno se pravi od mljevene janjetine, ali možete koristiti i nemasnu mljevenu junetinu. Nadjev ćete najlakše napraviti u blenderu ili procesoru hrane koji će temeljito izmiješati mljeveno meso sa slatkom crvenom paprikom, ljutikom, češnjakom, pastom od rajčice, svježim začinskim biljem i aromatičnim začinima.

Lahmacun

Sastojci:

500 g tijesta za pizzu
200 g mljevene janjetine ili junetine
2 češnja češnjaka
1 ljutika
½ vezice peršina
½ slatke crvene paprike
4 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
1 žličica dimljene paprike
1 žličica mljevene pimente
½ žličice mljevenog kumina
½ žličice alepskog papra
½ žličice mljevenog cimeta
½ žličice kajenskog papra
½ žličice soli
kriške limuna 

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva Celzija. Pripremite dva velika lima za pečenje obložena papirom za pečenje.

U zdjelu procesora hrane, opremljenu oštricom, dodajte crvenu papriku, ljutiku, češnjak i peršin. Pulsirajte nekoliko puta pa dodajte meso, sol, začine, pastu od rajčice i maslinovo ulje. Ponovno pulsirajte dok se sastojci dobro ne sjedine.

Podijelite tijesto za pizzu na 4 jednake loptice, svaku tanko razvaljajte tijesto što tanje možete. Na tijesto nanesite mesni nadjev, ostavljajući tanki rub pa pecite oko 5 do 7 minuta ili dok tijesto i meso ne budu potpuno pečeni.

Na vrh iscijedite malo limunovog soka i poslužite.

Turska pizza je hit! Recept će oduševiti ljubitelje jela od mljevenog mesa, a evo što je ključno za najbolji uspjeh

Jeste li znali da postoji turska pizza? Mi nismo imali pojma, ali u zadnje vrijeme čini nam se da je svi peku. Gdje god da pogledamo po društvenim mrežama, svi se hvale kako je baš njihova najbolja. Reklo bi se da priprema nije osobito komplicirana, a jedno je sigurno: oduševit će sve ljubitelje jela s mljevenim mesom.

Turska pizza, izvorno lahmacun, od arapskog "lahma bi‘ajeen", što doslovno znači "tijesto s mesom", a pravi se od dizanog tijesta i mesnog umaka, orijentalnih začina, rajčica i češnjaka, no postoje manje varijacije. Što se tiče tijesta, možete koristiti bilo koji recept za tijesto za pizzu koji vam je po guštu, možete koristiti i gotovo tijesto, jer tajna je u mješavini začina.

No vrlo važna komponenta je i meso. Tradicionalno se pravi od mljevene janjetine, ali možete koristiti i nemasnu mljevenu junetinu. Nadjev ćete najlakše napraviti u blenderu ili procesoru hrane koji će temeljito izmiješati mljeveno meso sa slatkom crvenom paprikom, ljutikom, češnjakom, pastom od rajčice, svježim začinskim biljem i aromatičnim začinima.

Lahmacun

Sastojci:

500 g tijesta za pizzu
200 g mljevene janjetine ili junetine
2 češnja češnjaka
1 ljutika
½ vezice peršina
½ slatke crvene paprike
4 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
1 žličica dimljene paprike
1 žličica mljevene pimente
½ žličice mljevenog kumina
½ žličice alepskog papra
½ žličice mljevenog cimeta
½ žličice kajenskog papra
½ žličice soli
kriške limuna 

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva Celzija. Pripremite dva velika lima za pečenje obložena papirom za pečenje.

U zdjelu procesora hrane, opremljenu oštricom, dodajte crvenu papriku, ljutiku, češnjak i peršin. Pulsirajte nekoliko puta pa dodajte meso, sol, začine, pastu od rajčice i maslinovo ulje. Ponovno pulsirajte dok se sastojci dobro ne sjedine.

Podijelite tijesto za pizzu na 4 jednake loptice, svaku tanko razvaljajte tijesto što tanje možete. Na tijesto nanesite mesni nadjev, ostavljajući tanki rub pa pecite oko 5 do 7 minuta ili dok tijesto i meso ne budu potpuno pečeni.

Na vrh iscijedite malo limunovog soka i poslužite.
