Štp biste mogli pripremiti za ručak, a da je brzo gotovo i svima drago? Imamo super prijedlog - uvažite li ga, već kroz pola sata ručak će vam biti na stolu, a vi se nećete pretjerano umoritit niti puno potrošiti. slobodno skuhajte dvostruku količinu, jer svi će tražiti još.
Ovaj je recept primjenjiv na piletinu, svinjetinu i teletinu, s tim da svakoj od spomenutih vrsta treba različita količina vremena da se skuha. Ostalo je isto, a kuhano je kaod je meso mekano. Drugi glavni sastojak je gra‘ak, a i tu su dopuštene varijacije: u proljeće ćete koristiti mladi, u ostatku godine možete birati između suhog, konzerviranog i onog iz leda. Među spomenutim opcijama svinjetina i konzervirani grašak daju najbrži rezultat, no nama je draži zaleđeni (ima ljepšu boju i zdraviji je) pa ćemo vam u receptu navesti baš tu varijantu.
Što se tiče pozicije mesa u slučaju da koristite svinjetinu, file i lungić će biti najbrže gotovi, a ostat će sočni, dok je dobar izbor i lopatica, uz malu opasnost da će joj trebati malo više vremena da omekša pa birajte što vam odgovara.
Varivo od graška s mesom
Sastojci:
400 g zamrznutog graška
350 g svinjetine
150 ml umaka od rajčice
50 ml vina
50 ml vode
1 luk
1 mrkva
1 žlica slatke paprike
ulje
sol, papar
Priprema:
Luk nasjeckajte pa ga ispirjajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu mrkvu narezanu na kockice. Pirjajte dok ne ispari tekućina pa dodajte meso narezano na komadiće te sol.
Pirjajte dok meso ne uhvati boju pa zalijte mješavinom vina i vode. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari pa dodajte umak od rajčice i slatku papriku. Promiješajte, dodajte grašak i pustite da uzavre a zatim smanjite vatru i poklopite.
Kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje i dodavanje vode dok meso ne omekša.

Štp biste mogli pripremiti za ručak, a da je brzo gotovo i svima drago? Imamo super prijedlog - uvažite li ga, već kroz pola sata ručak će vam biti na stolu, a vi se nećete pretjerano umoritit niti puno potrošiti. slobodno skuhajte dvostruku količinu, jer svi će tražiti još.
Ovaj je recept primjenjiv na piletinu, svinjetinu i teletinu, s tim da svakoj od spomenutih vrsta treba različita količina vremena da se skuha. Ostalo je isto, a kuhano je kaod je meso mekano. Drugi glavni sastojak je gra‘ak, a i tu su dopuštene varijacije: u proljeće ćete koristiti mladi, u ostatku godine možete birati između suhog, konzerviranog i onog iz leda. Među spomenutim opcijama svinjetina i konzervirani grašak daju najbrži rezultat, no nama je draži zaleđeni (ima ljepšu boju i zdraviji je) pa ćemo vam u receptu navesti baš tu varijantu.
Što se tiče pozicije mesa u slučaju da koristite svinjetinu, file i lungić će biti najbrže gotovi, a ostat će sočni, dok je dobar izbor i lopatica, uz malu opasnost da će joj trebati malo više vremena da omekša pa birajte što vam odgovara.

Priprema:
Luk nasjeckajte pa ga ispirjajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu mrkvu narezanu na kockice. Pirjajte dok ne ispari tekućina pa dodajte meso narezano na komadiće te sol.
Pirjajte dok meso ne uhvati boju pa zalijte mješavinom vina i vode. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari pa dodajte umak od rajčice i slatku papriku. Promiješajte, dodajte grašak i pustite da uzavre a zatim smanjite vatru i poklopite.
Kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje i dodavanje vode dok meso ne omekša.
