Tko ne voli riži-biž?! Samo onaj tko ih ne zna dobro skuhati. Omiljeni prilog jelima od mesa, sira ili jaja svima nam budi asocijacije na djetinjstvo, obroke u vrtiću i zajedničke obiteljske ručkove pa ga rado viđamo na tanjuru.
Pripremi li se ovo jednostavno jelo s malo više ljubavi, pažnje i znanja, od običnog priloga može postati izvrstan "primo piatto" pa čak i kompletni lagani proljetni ručak.
Tajna pripreme najbolje verzije ovog jela je u tekućini kojom ga podlijevate: trebalo bi koristiti juhu, najbolje povrtnu. Nije li vam juha pri ruci, posegnite za kockom za juhu, kako su nekoć rado radile domaćice.

Riži-biži
Sastojci:
500 g graška
150 g riže
50 g maslaca
3 žlice parmezana
1 luk
1 kocka za juhu od povrća
1/2 mrkve
peršin
sol, papar
Priprema:
Kocku za juhu stavite u lončić s otprilike pola litre kipuće vode i držite je na štednjaku na laganoj vatri.
Odvojeno otopite 25 g maslaca (ostatak sačuvajte), dodajte sitno nasjeckani luk pa ga pirjajte dok ne postakleni. Dodajte sitno nasjeckanu mrkvu pa je kraztko propirjajte, a zatim dodajte rižu, sol i papar. Kuhajte kratko uz miješanje da riža upije masnoću pa zalijte jednom kacijolom vruće juhe. Dobro promiješajte i pričekajte da se juha upije prije nego dolijete još.
Kad je riža napola kuhana, dodajte grašak i nastavite kuhati uz povremeno miješanje i podlijevanje juhom po potrebi. Kad su riža i grašak skuhani, maknite lonac s vatre, dodajte dodajte preostali maslac, parmezan i peršin te dobro izmiješajte.
Prilikom posluživanja po želji dodajte još parmezana ili peršina.

Tko ne voli riži-biž?! Samo onaj tko ih ne zna dobro skuhati. Omiljeni prilog jelima od mesa, sira ili jaja svima nam budi asocijacije na djetinjstvo, obroke u vrtiću i zajedničke obiteljske ručkove pa ga rado viđamo na tanjuru.
Pripremi li se ovo jednostavno jelo s malo više ljubavi, pažnje i znanja, od običnog priloga može postati izvrstan "primo piatto" pa čak i kompletni lagani proljetni ručak.
Tajna pripreme najbolje verzije ovog jela je u tekućini kojom ga podlijevate: trebalo bi koristiti juhu, najbolje povrtnu. Nije li vam juha pri ruci, posegnite za kockom za juhu, kako su nekoć rado radile domaćice.
Evo još jednog detalja koji je važan za dobar okus: umjesto uobičajenog ulja, koristite maslac.

Riži-biži
Sastojci:
500 g graška
150 g riže
50 g maslaca
3 žlice parmezana
1 luk
1 kocka za juhu od povrća
1/2 mrkve
peršin
sol, papar
Priprema:
Kocku za juhu stavite u lončić s otprilike pola litre kipuće vode i držite je na štednjaku na laganoj vatri.
Odvojeno otopite 25 g maslaca (ostatak sačuvajte), dodajte sitno nasjeckani luk pa ga pirjajte dok ne postakleni. Dodajte sitno nasjeckanu mrkvu pa je kraztko propirjajte, a zatim dodajte rižu, sol i papar. Kuhajte kratko uz miješanje da riža upije masnoću pa zalijte jednom kacijolom vruće juhe. Dobro promiješajte i pričekajte da se juha upije prije nego dolijete još.
Kad je riža napola kuhana, dodajte grašak i nastavite kuhati uz povremeno miješanje i podlijevanje juhom po potrebi. Kad su riža i grašak skuhani, maknite lonac s vatre, dodajte dodajte preostali maslac, parmezan i peršin te dobro izmiješajte.
Prilikom posluživanja po želji dodajte još parmezana ili peršina.
