Ne znamo jeste li već čuli za ovu vrstu juhe, ali ako volite gusta i hranjiva, a pomalo pikantna jela na žlicu oko kojih se ne treba satima gnjaviti po kuhinji, onda biste se s njom trebali pobliže upoznati. Bilo da ste ju već kušali ili je činjanica da takvo nešto postoji za vas iznenađenje, idemo vidjeti kako ju se može što bolje pripremiti. 

Jelo o kojem je riječ naziva se pivskom juhom, no pivo nije jedini i najvažniji sastojak. Svoju dozu okusa jelu daju karamelizirani luk, slanina i sir, a za sir je i više nego preporučljivo da bude aromatičan. Pripremi li se kako treba, ova juha zaslužuje komplimente kojima je obasipaju obožavatelji od kojih neki idu tako daleko da joj tepaju kako je "mala zdjela raja".

Kako bi sve bilo savršeno, potrebno je uvažiti savjet da se sir ne dodaje u vrelu bazu za juhu, u protivnom bi se mogao razdvojiti i stvoriti zrnastu konzistenciju s masnoćom koja pliva na površini. Pri odabiru piva treba se suzdržati od jako gorkih vrsta te prednost treba dati blažim vsrtama, primjerice pale aleu i pšeničnom pivu.

Juha od piva i sira

Sastojci:

500 ml pileće juhe
330 ml piva
200 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
200 ml mlijeka
250 g cheddar sira
40 g maslaca
5 kriški slanine
2 češnja češnjaka
2 mlada luka
1 veći luk
1 list lovora
5 žlica brašna
1 žličica Worcestershire umaka
1 žličica senfa
1/2 žličice suhog timijana
1/2 žličice dimljene paprike
prstohvat kajenskog papra (po želji)
sol, papar

Priprema:

U većem loncu prepržite slaninu narezanu na kockice. Kad postane hrskava maknite ju sa strane a u lonac ubacite luk nasjeckan na kockice i kuhajte 15 minuta uz često miješanje. Kad luk početi smeđiti i karamelizirati se, dodajte češnjak, Worcestershire umak i začine. Promiješajte da se sjedini. Dodajte brašno i kuhajte 2 minute uz neprestano miješanje.

Postupno dodajte pivu uz stalno miješanje. Kad se smjesa sjedini dodajte juhu (ako želite kremastiju juhu sad cijelu smjesu možete izblendati ili usitniti štapnim mikserom. Dodajte lovorov list i pustite da lagano uzavre, smanjite vatru i kuhajte 15 minuta bez poklopca uz povremeno miješanje.

Maknite s vatre i ostavite juhu minutu da se malo ohladi. Uklonite lovorov list. Postupno dodajte naribani sir, neprestano miješajući. Podijelite u porcije, svaku pospite preprženom slaninom i nasjeckanim mladim lukom te poslužite.

Ne znamo jeste li već čuli za ovu vrstu juhe, ali ako volite gusta i hranjiva, a pomalo pikantna jela na žlicu oko kojih se ne treba satima gnjaviti po kuhinji, onda biste se s njom trebali pobliže upoznati. Bilo da ste ju već kušali ili je činjanica da takvo nešto postoji za vas iznenađenje, idemo vidjeti kako ju se može što bolje pripremiti. 

Jelo o kojem je riječ naziva se pivskom juhom, no pivo nije jedini i najvažniji sastojak. Svoju dozu okusa jelu daju karamelizirani luk, slanina i sir, a za sir je i više nego preporučljivo da bude aromatičan. Pripremi li se kako treba, ova juha zaslužuje komplimente kojima je obasipaju obožavatelji od kojih neki idu tako daleko da joj tepaju kako je "mala zdjela raja".

Kako bi sve bilo savršeno, potrebno je uvažiti savjet da se sir ne dodaje u vrelu bazu za juhu, u protivnom bi se mogao razdvojiti i stvoriti zrnastu konzistenciju s masnoćom koja pliva na površini. Pri odabiru piva treba se suzdržati od jako gorkih vrsta te prednost treba dati blažim vsrtama, primjerice pale aleu i pšeničnom pivu.

Juha od piva i sira

Sastojci:

500 ml pileće juhe
330 ml piva
200 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
200 ml mlijeka
250 g cheddar sira
40 g maslaca
5 kriški slanine
2 češnja češnjaka
2 mlada luka
1 veći luk
1 list lovora
5 žlica brašna
1 žličica Worcestershire umaka
1 žličica senfa
1/2 žličice suhog timijana
1/2 žličice dimljene paprike
prstohvat kajenskog papra (po želji)

Priprema:

U većem loncu prepržite slaninu narezanu na kockice. Kad postane hrskava maknite ju sa strane a u lonac ubacite luk nasjeckan na kockice i kuhajte 15 minuta uz često miješanje. Kad luk početi smeđiti i karamelizirati se, dodajte češnjak, Worcestershire umak i začine. Promiješajte da se sjedini. Dodajte brašno i kuhajte 2 minute uz neprestano miješanje.

Postupno dodajte pivu uz stalno miješanje. Kad se smjesa sjedini dodajte juhu (ako želite kremastiju juhu sad cijelu smjesu možete izblendati ili usitniti štapnim mikserom. Dodajte lovorov list i pustite da lagano uzavre, smanjite vatru i kuhajte 15 minuta bez poklopca uz povremeno miješanje.

Maknite s vatre i ostavite juhu minutu da se malo ohladi. Uklonite lovorov list. Postupno dodajte naribani sir, neprestano miješajući. Podijelite u porcije, svaku pospite preprženom slaninom i nasjeckanim mladim lukom te poslužite.

Juha za koju bi trebali znati svi ljubitelji piva i sira: evo kako za pola sata pripremiti pravu ‘malu zdjelu raja‘

Ne znamo jeste li već čuli za ovu vrstu juhe, ali ako volite gusta i hranjiva, a pomalo pikantna jela na žlicu oko kojih se ne treba satima gnjaviti po kuhinji, onda biste se s njom trebali pobliže upoznati. Bilo da ste ju već kušali ili je činjanica da takvo nešto postoji za vas iznenađenje, idemo vidjeti kako ju se može što bolje pripremiti. 

Jelo o kojem je riječ naziva se pivskom juhom, no pivo nije jedini i najvažniji sastojak. Svoju dozu okusa jelu daju karamelizirani luk, slanina i sir, a za sir je i više nego preporučljivo da bude aromatičan. Pripremi li se kako treba, ova juha zaslužuje komplimente kojima je obasipaju obožavatelji od kojih neki idu tako daleko da joj tepaju kako je "mala zdjela raja".

Kako bi sve bilo savršeno, potrebno je uvažiti savjet da se sir ne dodaje u vrelu bazu za juhu, u protivnom bi se mogao razdvojiti i stvoriti zrnastu konzistenciju s masnoćom koja pliva na površini. Pri odabiru piva treba se suzdržati od jako gorkih vrsta te prednost treba dati blažim vsrtama, primjerice pale aleu i pšeničnom pivu.

Juha od piva i sira

Sastojci:

500 ml pileće juhe
330 ml piva
200 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
200 ml mlijeka
250 g cheddar sira
40 g maslaca
5 kriški slanine
2 češnja češnjaka
2 mlada luka
1 veći luk
1 list lovora
5 žlica brašna
1 žličica Worcestershire umaka
1 žličica senfa
1/2 žličice suhog timijana
1/2 žličice dimljene paprike
prstohvat kajenskog papra (po želji)
sol, papar

Priprema:

U većem loncu prepržite slaninu narezanu na kockice. Kad postane hrskava maknite ju sa strane a u lonac ubacite luk nasjeckan na kockice i kuhajte 15 minuta uz često miješanje. Kad luk početi smeđiti i karamelizirati se, dodajte češnjak, Worcestershire umak i začine. Promiješajte da se sjedini. Dodajte brašno i kuhajte 2 minute uz neprestano miješanje.
