Uvijek nam je drago doznati koja se naša jela sviđaju i fureštima. Zašto je tako, teško je reći, ali je neupitno. Zbog toga nam je pažnju privukao dan-dva objavljen veliki popis najboljih jela srednje Europe, na kojem su se našla i neka hrvatska jela, premda smo bili pomalo iznenađeni što nas Taste Atlas, popularna stranica pokrenuta u svrhu promocije domaće hrane i tradicionalnih jela, koja je spomenuti popis sročila, svrstava u taj dio našeg kontinenta. No nema veze, krenuli smo listati i evo na što smo sve naišli...
Za početak samo napomena, i to ona koju je TasteAtlas istaknuo na svojoj stranici: "TasteAtlas ljestvice hrane temelje se na ocjenama TasteAtlas publike, uz niz mehanizama koji prepoznaju stvarne korisnike i koji zanemaruju botovske, nacionalističke ili lokalpatriotske ocjene, a daju dodatnu vrijednost ocjenama korisnika koje sustav prepoznaje kao upućene". Kako navode uz ovu top listu, za najbolja jela srednje Europe uvaženo je točno 36.035 ocjena, a trenutno rangiranje ne treba smatrati konačnim globalnim zaključkom o hrani.

No evo kako stvari stoje, kad se krene od kraja prema početku....
Na 85. mjestu našla se fritaja s tartufima, za koju je, doduše, navedeno kako je i naša i talijanska. Na 83. s emjestu našla viška pogača, o kojoj smo vam nedavno pisali, a u opisu je spomenuto kako postoji debata treba li se pogaču rezati na kocke ili trokute. Hm, čini se da nisu čuli za komišku, ali dobro. Odmah potom slijedi kruh ispod peke, kao dalmatinski specijalitet. Zatim slijedi niz od srednjoeuropskih jela za koje je ovdje malo tko čuo pa zatim na 71. mjestu ide naša kotlovina. Ponovno niz jela za koje se, iskreno, baš ne bismo mašili, dobro, osim možda za gulaš i knedle, a zatim, daleko na 31. mjestu, ugodno iznenađenje: punjene paprike kao "nezaobilazno hrvatsko ljetno jelo". Pošteno.

Kao hrvatski specijalitet na 30. je mjestu naveden burek sa sirom. Što će na ovo reći naši susjedi iz BiH? "Možda ste čuli da se burek može zvati burek samo ako je punjen mesom. Odnosno, ako živite u Bosni i Hercegovini, ali ne žive svi, niti je burek baš bosanski – dapače, ima tursko porijeklo. U Bosni se burek (s mesom) i druge vrste sličnih pita poput sirnice (od sira) i krumpiruše (krumpir) obično motaju u kolut, dok Hrvati i Srbi imaju opušteniji pristup – burek može biti okrugao i izrezan na četvrtine. ili smotan u krug – oba su oblika dobra, a oba se mogu zvati burek sa sirom (naravno kad su punjeni sirom)", stoji u objašnjenju.

Na 26. mjestu završila je peka. i to kao dalmatinski specijalitet. Na 24. je sarma. I ovo bi moglo uzrujati susjedstvo, ali nama je drago vidjeti da je neko u nas popularno jelo dobilo tako pristojan plasman (a mogao je, ako nas pitate, biti i bolji). Ugodno iznenađenje dočekalo nas je na 17. mjestu gdje su se našli vrlički uštipci, a potom je uslijedilo još jedno: gradele. Da, "gradele", ne riba s gradela ili meso s gradela, nego gradele, ali nećemo cjepidlačiti, neka naših gradela.
I to vam je to. Jeste li primijetili da ništa od našeg slatkoga nije dospjelo na popis? Kakva nepravda. Ali za utjehu nam ostaje dobar plasman gradela, uštipaka, peke i sarmi.

Uvijek nam je drago doznati koja se naša jela sviđaju i fureštima. Zašto je tako, teško je reći, ali je neupitno. Zbog toga nam je pažnju privukao dan-dva objavljen veliki popis najboljih jela srednje Europe, na kojem su se našla i neka hrvatska jela, premda smo bili pomalo iznenađeni što nas Taste Atlas, popularna stranica pokrenuta u svrhu promocije domaće hrane i tradicionalnih jela, koja je spomenuti popis sročila, svrstava u taj dio našeg kontinenta. No nema veze, krenuli smo listati i evo na što smo sve naišli...
Za početak samo napomena, i to ona koju je TasteAtlas istaknuo na svojoj stranici: "TasteAtlas ljestvice hrane temelje se na ocjenama TasteAtlas publike, uz niz mehanizama koji prepoznaju stvarne korisnike i koji zanemaruju botovske, nacionalističke ili lokalpatriotske ocjene, a daju dodatnu vrijednost ocjenama korisnika koje sustav prepoznaje kao upućene". Kako navode uz ovu top listu, za najbolja jela srednje Europe uvaženo je točno 36.035 ocjena, a trenutno rangiranje ne treba smatrati konačnim globalnim zaključkom o hrani.

No evo kako stvari stoje, kad se krene od kraja prema početku....
Na 85. mjestu našla se fritaja s tartufima, za koju je, doduše, navedeno kako je i naša i talijanska. Na 83. s emjestu našla viška pogača, o kojoj smo vam nedavno pisali, a u opisu je spomenuto kako postoji debata treba li se pogaču rezati na kocke ili trokute. Hm, čini se da nisu čuli za komišku, ali dobro. Odmah potom slijedi kruh ispod peke, kao dalmatinski specijalitet. Zatim slijedi niz od srednjoeuropskih jela za koje je ovdje malo tko čuo pa zatim na 71. mjestu ide naša kotlovina. Ponovno niz jela za koje se, iskreno, baš ne bismo mašili, dobro, osim možda za gulaš i knedle, a zatim, daleko na 31. mjestu, ugodno iznenađenje: punjene paprike kao "nezaobilazno hrvatsko ljetno jelo". Pošteno.

Kao hrvatski specijalitet na 30. je mjestu naveden burek sa sirom. Što će na ovo reći naši susjedi iz BiH? "Možda ste čuli da se burek može zvati burek samo ako je punjen mesom. Odnosno, ako živite u Bosni i Hercegovini, ali ne žive svi, niti je burek baš bosanski – dapače, ima tursko porijeklo. U Bosni se burek (s mesom) i druge vrste sličnih pita poput sirnice (od sira) i krumpiruše (krumpir) obično motaju u kolut, dok Hrvati i Srbi imaju opušteniji pristup – burek može biti okrugao i izrezan na četvrtine. ili smotan u krug – oba su oblika dobra, a oba se mogu zvati burek sa sirom (naravno kad su punjeni sirom)", stoji u objašnjenju.

Na 26. mjestu završila je peka. i to kao dalmatinski specijalitet. Na 24. je sarma. I ovo bi moglo uzrujati susjedstvo, ali nama je drago vidjeti da je neko u nas popularno jelo dobilo tako pristojan plasman (a mogao je, ako nas pitate, biti i bolji). Ugodno iznenađenje dočekalo nas je na 17. mjestu gdje su se našli vrlički uštipci, a potom je uslijedilo još jedno: gradele. Da, "gradele", ne riba s gradela ili meso s gradela, nego gradele, ali nećemo cjepidlačiti, neka naših gradela.
I to vam je to. Jeste li primijetili da ništa od našeg slatkoga nije dospjelo na popis? Kakva nepravda. Ali za utjehu nam ostaje dobar plasman gradela, uštipaka, peke i sarmi.
