Ruski veleposlanik u Bosni i Hercegovini Peter Ivancov potvrdio je kako će se njegova zemlja nastaviti odlučno protiviti širenju utjecaja NATO-a na Balkanu pa tako i u BiH, ali je ustvrdio kako to ne znači da Moskva želi konfrontaciju sa Zapadom.
U intervjuu, kojega je u ponedjeljak objavila beogradska redakcija ruske provladine agencije Sputnjik, Ivancov je kazao kako su "sve prisutnijii i energičniji pokušaji da se BiH uvuče u NATO" i to unatoč činjenici da se pridruživanju BiH zapadnoj vojnoj alijansi protivi "pola države" odnosno vlasti u Republici Srpskoj.

"Protivimo se daljem širenju NATO-a na Balkanu, no to je svakako suvereni izbor naroda i država. I u ovom slučaju vidimo da u BiH nema jedinstva u korist članstva u NATO-u. Bar jedan dio države je protiv toga", kazao je Ivancov.
Na pitanje je li u tom slučaju riječ o sukobu Rusije sa SAD-om na Balkanu Ivancov je odgovorio porukom kako nije sklon promatrati odnose s Amerikancima kroz prizmu konfrontacije, tim prije što i Washington i Moskva imaju interes održati stabilnost u ovom dijelu svijeta.

"Mi imamo zajedničke interese, makar u tome što i mi i oni želimo stabilnost. Ne želimo novi sukob ni u BiH, ni na Balkanu u cijelosti. Svakako, naše ocjene i pristup mnogim pitanjima razvoja BiH se razilaze, no mi razgovaramo i bar do sad smo se trudili pronaći razumne kompromise. Istina, odmah ću se ograditi: posljednjih četiri-pet mjeseci politika i retorika Amerikanaca prema Rusiji postale su oštrije", kazao je ruski veleposlanik u Sarajevu.

Po njegovu sudu, pred države poput BiH neumjesno je postavljati izbor između Zapada i Rusije.
Ivancov je izrijekom potvrdio kako Moskva ima interes za zbivanja na Balkanu ustvrdivši kako to "nije tako loša stvar".

"Nema ničeg lošeg u tim interesima, oni nisu upereni protiv BiH niti protiv nekog od njenih naroda. Naši interesi su u razvoju obostrano korisnih veza u različitim područjima. Kao što je poznato, mi politički podržavamo BiH. Mi smo jedan od jamaca Daytonskog sporazuma i naš utjecaj u tim pitanjima je usmjeren pre svega na poštivanje Daytona čiji je cilj stabilna, samostalna BiH", kazao je Ivancov.

Na pitanje kako bi se Moskva odnosila prema mogućem raspadu BiH Ivancov je odgovorio konstatacijom kako je takvo što hipotetsko pitanje u koje se ne želi upuštati jer Rusija podupire BiH kao samostalnu državu, a jedina alternativa tomu je "dogovor naroda u BiH o drugačijoj teritorijalnoj organizaciji sukladno ustavnim procedurama", što je pak, po sudu ruskog veleposlanika, danas puka teorija.

Ruski veleposlanik u Bosni i Hercegovini Peter Ivancov potvrdio je kako će se njegova zemlja nastaviti odlučno protiviti širenju utjecaja NATO-a na Balkanu pa tako i u BiH, ali je ustvrdio kako to ne znači da Moskva želi konfrontaciju sa Zapadom.
U intervjuu, kojega je u ponedjeljak objavila beogradska redakcija ruske provladine agencije Sputnjik, Ivancov je kazao kako su "sve prisutnijii i energičniji pokušaji da se BiH uvuče u NATO" i to unatoč činjenici da se pridruživanju BiH zapadnoj vojnoj alijansi protivi "pola države" odnosno vlasti u Republici Srpskoj.

"Protivimo se daljem širenju NATO-a na Balkanu, no to je svakako suvereni izbor naroda i država. I u ovom slučaju vidimo da u BiH nema jedinstva u korist članstva u NATO-u. Bar jedan dio države je protiv toga", kazao je Ivancov.
Na pitanje je li u tom slučaju riječ o sukobu Rusije sa SAD-om na Balkanu Ivancov je odgovorio porukom kako nije sklon promatrati odnose s Amerikancima kroz prizmu konfrontacije, tim prije što i Washington i Moskva imaju interes održati stabilnost u ovom dijelu svijeta.

"Mi imamo zajedničke interese, makar u tome što i mi i oni želimo stabilnost. Ne želimo novi sukob ni u BiH, ni na Balkanu u cijelosti. Svakako, naše ocjene i pristup mnogim pitanjima razvoja BiH se razilaze, no mi razgovaramo i bar do sad smo se trudili pronaći razumne kompromise. Istina, odmah ću se ograditi: posljednjih četiri-pet mjeseci politika i retorika Amerikanaca prema Rusiji postale su oštrije", kazao je ruski veleposlanik u Sarajevu.

Po njegovu sudu, pred države poput BiH neumjesno je postavljati izbor između Zapada i Rusije.
Ivancov je izrijekom potvrdio kako Moskva ima interes za zbivanja na Balkanu ustvrdivši kako to "nije tako loša stvar".

"Nema ničeg lošeg u tim interesima, oni nisu upereni protiv BiH niti protiv nekog od njenih naroda. Naši interesi su u razvoju obostrano korisnih veza u različitim područjima. Kao što je poznato, mi politički podržavamo BiH. Mi smo jedan od jamaca Daytonskog sporazuma i naš utjecaj u tim pitanjima je usmjeren pre svega na poštivanje Daytona čiji je cilj stabilna, samostalna BiH", kazao je Ivancov.

Na pitanje kako bi se Moskva odnosila prema mogućem raspadu BiH Ivancov je odgovorio konstatacijom kako je takvo što hipotetsko pitanje u koje se ne želi upuštati jer Rusija podupire BiH kao samostalnu državu, a jedina alternativa tomu je "dogovor naroda u BiH o drugačijoj teritorijalnoj organizaciji sukladno ustavnim procedurama", što je pak, po sudu ruskog veleposlanika, danas puka teorija.
