Hrvatska je preskupa za ljetovanje domaćim gostima? Istina ili ne? S obzirom na naše plaće i mirovine, apsolutno stoji tvrdnja da je turistima iz unutrašnjosti zemlje svakog ljeta sve teže ljetovati na moru, naravno, ako nemaju rodbinu koja će ih ugostiti ili kakvu vikendicu koju su njihovi sklepali "na horuk" u "ona vremena". No, isto tako, tko se god malo potrudi potražiti destinaciju i apartman za svačiji džep, može proći relativno povoljno. Pišem - relativno, jer je tisuću eura, za koliko može ljetovati četveročlana obitelj na Jadranu, za nekoga nedostižna cifra. Ipak, uzmimo je kao referentnu jer je to iznos prosječne neto plaće u Hrvatskoj. Dakle, ako naši imaginarni gosti iz unutrašnjosti uspiju tijekom godine uštedjeti tu jednu prosječnu plaću, moguće je da u samoj špici sezone, od 15. srpnja do 15. kolovoza, kad je vrijeme najbolje, pronađu pristojan smještaj, plate putne troškove i provedu s djecom tjedan dana kupajući se u nekom malom, simpatičnom, dalmatinskom mjestu.

A da bi bilo tako, na more trebaju ići Ličkom magistralom, a ne Dalmatinom, jer će potrošiti kudikamo manje goriva. Na Ličkoj ili Jadranskoj magistrali je brzina ograničena, a putarina nema. Ide im u prilog i to što je Lička magistrala, primjerice, u sjajnom stanju, a gužvi nema ni usred ljeta.

Ono što bi platili na Dalmatini, a to je otprilike od 260 do 300 eura u dva pravca, ovisno o potrošnji automobila, ako izbjegnu autocestu ti će ih troškovi doći gotovo upola manje. Ovisno odakle kreću i što im je odredišna točka, ali u prosjeku s dvjesto eura goriva može se otići na more i vratiti doma ako se vozite magistralom, a ne autocestom, jer nećete trošiti za cestarine. 

Gdje treba tražiti smještaj?

E, sad, s tisuću eura budžeta teško ćete se dokopati otoka, jer su, ako na njih odlazite autom, trajektne karte papreno skupe. No, ni na obali vam neće biti ništa manje lijepo: dapače, to vam daje više mogućnosti kad su u pitanju obilasci gradova i gradića u blizini mjesta ljetovanja.

Gdje treba tražiti smještaj? Kod domaćih oglašivača, gdje privatni iznajmljivači nude povoljnije cijene smještaja nego kad su u pitanju poznate web platforme kojima treba plaćati masne provizije. Zapravo, najbolje ćete proći ako se obratite direktno iznajmljivaču, a mnogi od njih imaju svoje internetske stranice pa to i nije neki problem.

Zbog enormnog broja apartmana, na području Rogoznice, Makarske rivijere, na Čiovu i Kaštelima, Viru..., može se naći smještaj za četvero - dvoje odraslih i djeca - za osamdeset do sto eura dan. Uzmimo da je naša zamišljena obitelj apartman od četrdesetak kvadrata platila devedeset eura, to znači da će ih tjedan odmora stajati 630 eura. S onih dvjesto koliko ih stoji put do mora i natrag, potrošit će ukupno 830 eura. Za koji sladoled djeci i kavice, ostaje im 170 eura ili 25 eura po danu. Hranu će riješiti tako da će je ponijeti od kuće i podgrijavati ono što su već pripremili, jer mogućnosti za kakvu večeru vani po današnjim cijenama - nemaju.

Da; ovakvo ljetovanje je na "knap - knapova", međutim, ne znači nužno da se ne može maksimalno uživati na odmoru koji ste toliko "malo" platili. Podvlačim opet; vožnja Ličkom magistralom danas je više nego ugodna, do mora je nešto manje kilometara nego kad vozite Dalmatinom, a panorame su zanimljivije.

Za spomenutih osamdeset do sto eura po danu možete bez problema pronaći vrlo pristojan apartman s dvije sobe, naravno, ukoliko si date malo truda, zaguglate i okrenete par brojeva. Uostalom, naši ste, upoznati ste sa svim sadržajima mjesta u koje idete, pa slobodno pregovarajte s domaćinom. Ni u tome što ste donijeli hranu od kuće ne vidim neki problem. Bar četrdeset posto gostiju iz Europe koji dolaze na ljetovanje u Hrvatsku, mahom iz tranzicijskih zemalja, na isti način "riješi spizu". Pun gepek onoga što im treba, pa se vi šiškajte s visokim cijenama po restoranima.

Na koncu, valja reći da uz sva ova ograničenja cifra od tisuću eura za ljetovanje dvoje odraslih i dvoje djece na našoj obali ne može biti manja. Prije nego što je inflacija uhvatila maha, znalo se naći apartman i po pedeset, šezdeset eura noć na vrhuncu ljeta, a ako danas slučajno nabasate na takav, bojim se da nećete uživati niti u minimalnom komforu potrebnom za relaksiranje na temperaturama većim od trideset stupnjeva. Zato, naoružajte se strpljenjem i tražite najpovoljniju opciju: pitajte i pregovarajte. Ponavljam; s tisuću eura se može tjedan dana uživati na moru. Sretno!

Hrvatska je preskupa za ljetovanje domaćim gostima? Istina ili ne? S obzirom na naše plaće i mirovine, apsolutno stoji tvrdnja da je turistima iz unutrašnjosti zemlje svakog ljeta sve teže ljetovati na moru, naravno, ako nemaju rodbinu koja će ih ugostiti ili kakvu vikendicu koju su njihovi sklepali "na horuk" u "ona vremena". No, isto tako, tko se god malo potrudi potražiti destinaciju i apartman za svačiji džep, može proći relativno povoljno. Pišem - relativno, jer je tisuću eura, za koliko može ljetovati četveročlana obitelj na Jadranu, za nekoga nedostižna cifra. Ipak, uzmimo je kao referentnu jer je to iznos prosječne neto plaće u Hrvatskoj. Dakle, ako naši imaginarni gosti iz unutrašnjosti uspiju tijekom godine uštedjeti tu jednu prosječnu plaću, moguće je da u samoj špici sezone, od 15. srpnja do 15. kolovoza, kad je vrijeme najbolje, pronađu pristojan smještaj, plate putne troškove i provedu s djecom tjedan dana kupajući se u nekom malom, simpatičnom, dalmatinskom mjestu.

A da bi bilo tako, na more trebaju ići Ličkom magistralom, a ne Dalmatinom, jer će potrošiti kudikamo manje goriva. Na Ličkoj ili Jadranskoj magistrali je brzina ograničena, a putarina nema. Ide im u prilog i to što je Lička magistrala, primjerice, u sjajnom stanju, a gužvi nema ni usred ljeta.

Ono što bi platili na Dalmatini, a to je otprilike od 260 do 300 eura u dva pravca, ovisno o potrošnji automobila, ako izbjegnu autocestu ti će ih troškovi doći gotovo upola manje. Ovisno odakle kreću i što im je odredišna točka, ali u prosjeku s dvjesto eura goriva može se otići na more i vratiti doma ako se vozite magistralom, a ne autocestom, jer nećete trošiti za cestarine. 

Gdje treba tražiti smještaj?

E, sad, s tisuću eura budžeta teško ćete se dokopati otoka, jer su, ako na njih odlazite autom, trajektne karte papreno skupe. No, ni na obali vam neće biti ništa manje lijepo: dapače, to vam daje više mogućnosti kad su u pitanju obilasci gradova i gradića u blizini mjesta ljetovanja.

Gdje treba tražiti smještaj? Kod domaćih oglašivača, gdje privatni iznajmljivači nude povoljnije cijene smještaja nego kad su u pitanju poznate web platforme kojima treba plaćati masne provizije. Zapravo, najbolje ćete proći ako se obratite direktno iznajmljivaču, a mnogi od njih imaju svoje internetske stranice pa to i nije neki problem.

Zbog enormnog broja apartmana, na području Rogoznice, Makarske rivijere, na Čiovu i Kaštelima, Viru..., može se naći smještaj za četvero - dvoje odraslih i djeca - za osamdeset do sto eura dan. Uzmimo da je naša zamišljena obitelj apartman od četrdesetak kvadrata platila devedeset eura, to znači da će ih tjedan odmora stajati 630 eura. S onih dvjesto koliko ih stoji put do mora i natrag, potrošit će ukupno 830 eura. Za koji sladoled djeci i kavice, ostaje im 170 eura ili 25 eura po danu. Hranu će riješiti tako da će je ponijeti od kuće i podgrijavati ono što su već pripremili, jer mogućnosti za kakvu večeru vani po današnjim cijenama - nemaju.

Na knap

Da; ovakvo ljetovanje je na "knap - knapova", međutim, ne znači nužno da se ne može maksimalno uživati na odmoru koji ste toliko "malo" platili. Podvlačim opet; vožnja Ličkom magistralom danas je više nego ugodna, do mora je nešto manje kilometara nego kad vozite Dalmatinom, a panorame su zanimljivije.

Za spomenutih osamdeset do sto eura po danu možete bez problema pronaći vrlo pristojan apartman s dvije sobe, naravno, ukoliko si date malo truda, zaguglate i okrenete par brojeva. Uostalom, naši ste, upoznati ste sa svim sadržajima mjesta u koje idete, pa slobodno pregovarajte s domaćinom. Ni u tome što ste donijeli hranu od kuće ne vidim neki problem. Bar četrdeset posto gostiju iz Europe koji dolaze na ljetovanje u Hrvatsku, mahom iz tranzicijskih zemalja, na isti način "riješi spizu". Pun gepek onoga što im treba, pa se vi šiškajte s visokim cijenama po restoranima.

Na koncu, valja reći da uz sva ova ograničenja cifra od tisuću eura za ljetovanje dvoje odraslih i dvoje djece na našoj obali ne može biti manja. Prije nego što je inflacija uhvatila maha, znalo se naći apartman i po pedeset, šezdeset eura noć na vrhuncu ljeta, a ako danas slučajno nabasate na takav, bojim se da nećete uživati niti u minimalnom komforu potrebnom za relaksiranje na temperaturama većim od trideset stupnjeva. Zato, naoružajte se strpljenjem i tražite najpovoljniju opciju: pitajte i pregovarajte. Ponavljam; s tisuću eura se može tjedan dana uživati na moru. Sretno!
