Iako je ljeto gotovo, briga o dlačicama nikada ne prestaje. Uz sve načine kako ih se riješiti, brijanje je i dalje najpopularnije, premda nije uvijek i najefikasnije, pa donosimo nekoliko savjeta kako pospješiti rezultate.

O uklanjanju dlačica žene brinu već tisućama godina. Danas se jedna od metoda uklanjanja, čupanje šećernom pastom, ponekad naziva i egipatskom depilacijom zbog toga što se nagađa da je kraljica Kleopatra upotrebljavala upravo med i šećer da bi imala glatku kožu. Čini se da nam metode nisu osobito napredovale.

Što se tiče brijanja, prvo su ga koristili muškarci za bradu i brkove, a tek onda su to počele činiti i žene. Najbolje strane koje nam donosi britvica jesu jednostavnost, brzina i odsutnost ikakve boli, o čemu maštaju oni koji svoje dlačice čupaju, ali zato obrijane dlake nisu nestale, nego su samo uklonjene s površine kože i male crne točkice pojavljuju se vrlo brzo, nekad već sutra.

Kako se riješiti crnih točkica koje nastaju brzo nakon brijanja?

PILING KOŽE

Ovisno o tipu kože i dlake, nekim ženama one su sklonije urastanju. Zato je važno redovito provoditi piling. Ne morate koristiti skupe kupovne proizvode. Dovoljno je pomiješati šećer i malo omiljenog losiona za tijelo i lagano smjesu umasirati u kožu. Dlake će se osloboditi i lakše ćete ih nakon toga obrijati. Također se skida površinski sloj mrtvih stanica, zbog čega je moguće doći dublje do dlake pa će joj trebati dulje da se pojavi na površini u obliku točkice.

JUTRO ILI VEČER?

Iako zvuči logično da će vam se tijekom dana manje vidjeti dlačice ako ste ih netom obrijali, stručnjaci kažu da je zapravo bolje brijati se tijekom večernjeg tuširanja. Ujutro je koža zagrijana pa se dlačice uvlače u svoje folikule i teže je doći do njih.

PJENE ZA BRIJANJE

Muškarci uvijek koriste pjenu za brijanje, a žene za tijelo ponekad misle da mu je dovoljna zaštita sapun za tijelo. Međutim, pjena postoji s razlogom i ako možete, ostavite je na nogama nekoliko minuta prije nego što krenete s brijanjem.

OTVARANJE PORA

Tuširajte se najmanje 10 minuta prije nego što ćete se početi brijati. Vlaga i voda otvaraju pore pa ćete lakše doći do dlačica.

HIDRATIZACIJA ZA KRAJ

Prije kraja tuširanja polijte se hladnom vodom da opet zatvorite pore, a nakon što se obrišete, namažite se proizvodima za njegu, uljem ili kremom. Osim što će koža bolje izgledati pa će se tako na njoj manje isticati sitne nepravilnosti među kojima i dlačice, britvica može napraviti oku nevidljiva oštećenja kojima će hidratizacija itekako pomoći.

Iako je ljeto gotovo, briga o dlačicama nikada ne prestaje. Uz sve načine kako ih se riješiti, brijanje je i dalje najpopularnije, premda nije uvijek i najefikasnije, pa donosimo nekoliko savjeta kako pospješiti rezultate.

O uklanjanju dlačica žene brinu već tisućama godina. Danas se jedna od metoda uklanjanja, čupanje šećernom pastom, ponekad naziva i egipatskom depilacijom zbog toga što se nagađa da je kraljica Kleopatra upotrebljavala upravo med i šećer da bi imala glatku kožu. Čini se da nam metode nisu osobito napredovale.

Što se tiče brijanja, prvo su ga koristili muškarci za bradu i brkove, a tek onda su to počele činiti i žene. Najbolje strane koje nam donosi britvica jesu jednostavnost, brzina i odsutnost ikakve boli, o čemu maštaju oni koji svoje dlačice čupaju, ali zato obrijane dlake nisu nestale, nego su samo uklonjene s površine kože i male crne točkice pojavljuju se vrlo brzo, nekad već sutra.

Kako se riješiti crnih točkica koje nastaju brzo nakon brijanja?

PILING KOŽE

Ovisno o tipu kože i dlake, nekim ženama one su sklonije urastanju. Zato je važno redovito provoditi piling. Ne morate koristiti skupe kupovne proizvode. Dovoljno je pomiješati šećer i malo omiljenog losiona za tijelo i lagano smjesu umasirati u kožu. Dlake će se osloboditi i lakše ćete ih nakon toga obrijati. Također se skida površinski sloj mrtvih stanica, zbog čega je moguće doći dublje do dlake pa će joj trebati dulje da se pojavi na površini u obliku točkice.

JUTRO ILI VEČER?

Iako zvuči logično da će vam se tijekom dana manje vidjeti dlačice ako ste ih netom obrijali, stručnjaci kažu da je zapravo bolje brijati se tijekom večernjeg tuširanja. Ujutro je koža zagrijana pa se dlačice uvlače u svoje folikule i teže je doći do njih.

PJENE ZA BRIJANJE

Muškarci uvijek koriste pjenu za brijanje, a žene za tijelo ponekad misle da mu je dovoljna zaštita sapun za tijelo. Međutim, pjena postoji s razlogom i ako možete, ostavite je na nogama nekoliko minuta prije nego što krenete s brijanjem.

OTVARANJE PORA

Tuširajte se najmanje 10 minuta prije nego što ćete se početi brijati. Vlaga i voda otvaraju pore pa ćete lakše doći do dlačica.

HIDRATIZACIJA ZA KRAJ

Prije kraja tuširanja polijte se hladnom vodom da opet zatvorite pore, a nakon što se obrišete, namažite se proizvodima za njegu, uljem ili kremom. Osim što će koža bolje izgledati pa će se tako na njoj manje isticati sitne nepravilnosti među kojima i dlačice, britvica može napraviti oku nevidljiva oštećenja kojima će hidratizacija itekako pomoći.

Iako je ljeto gotovo, briga o dlačicama nikada ne prestaje. Uz sve načine kako ih se riješiti, brijanje je i dalje najpopularnije, premda nije uvijek i najefikasnije, pa donosimo nekoliko savjeta kako pospješiti rezultate.

O uklanjanju dlačica žene brinu već tisućama godina. Danas se jedna od metoda uklanjanja, čupanje šećernom pastom, ponekad naziva i egipatskom depilacijom zbog toga što se nagađa da je kraljica Kleopatra upotrebljavala upravo med i šećer da bi imala glatku kožu. Čini se da nam metode nisu osobito napredovale.

Što se tiče brijanja, prvo su ga koristili muškarci za bradu i brkove, a tek onda su to počele činiti i žene. Najbolje strane koje nam donosi britvica jesu jednostavnost, brzina i odsutnost ikakve boli, o čemu maštaju oni koji svoje dlačice čupaju...
