Neva Tolle jedna je od prvoborkinja ženskih prava u Hrvatskoj. Radi i u Autonomnoj ženskoj kući Zagreb, u koju primaju zlostavljane žene. Komentirala nam je slučaj novinarke i urednice Ljiljane Sauche, koja je pred mirovinu maknuta s ekrana, a naslijedit će je novo, mlado lice.

Kakvu ovo poruku šalje?

– Da su novinarke i urednice, makar svoj posao obavljale odlično, nepoželjne na ekranu kad prijeđu neke godine. To je nečuveno, jer što je novinarka starija, to je autentičnija, gledatelji joj više vjeruju. Nije to izbor za miss. Pa pogledajte strane TV kuće, oni svoje i muške i ženske voditelje više cijene kako stare. Jer imaju iskustvo, znanje i ljudi im vjeruju kad se pojave na ekranu.

Zašto je na našim televizijama drukčija situacija?

– Zato što vlada malograđanština. Svaka čast mladim ljudima, oni trebaju raditi i na televizijama, ali ne na način da ih se stavlja na ekran samo jer su mladi i lijepi, a ove pred penziju se miče. Mladi trebaju učiti od svojih starijih kolega. Ja bih prije vjerovala ženi ili muškarcu koji mi suvereno čita vijesti već 40 godina nego nekoj novoj lijepoj djevojci ili mišićavom mladiću koji ima lošu dikciju, koji nema pojma ni o čemu i samo čita vijesti s papira koje mu je napisao neki pametniji i stariji kolega.

Ali kakve veze ima izgled čovjeka s vijestima, posebice onima iz kulture?

– Znamo da je televizija vizualan medij, bitno je da osoba izgleda pristojno. Ali je puno bitnije da vlada područjem o kojem govori. I osobe u pedesetim i šezdesetim godinama su itekako vitalne, televizične svuda u svijetu, ali ne i u Hrvatskoj. I zaista se i ja pitam kakve veze ima njihov izgled s, recimo, čitanjem vijesti o uraganu ili, u slučaju gospođe Sauche, s kulturnim vijestima. Nikakve!

Ali muškarce ne tjeraju. Evo, recimo, Branko Uvodić je prešao 70-u...

– Ne tjeraju i ne bi ih trebalo tjerati, kao što ne bi trebalo tjerati ni žene. Pa sjetimo se, ljudi moji, samo Ksenije Urličić, Željke Fattorini, Helge Vlahović, Gordane Bonetti... A sada je skoro 2021. godina, dakle umjesto da napredujemo, mi nazadujemo. Sve to dokazuje kakav provincijalizam vlada i na televiziji, a samim time i u državi. Što se tiče muškaraca, oni su puno zaštićeniji i njima se ne mjeri ni koliko kilograma imaju, ni jesu li izgubili kosu, dok se kod žena sve to gleda. Pogledajte samo starije muške voditelje. Naravno, to su blesavi i neprimjereni kriteriji, međutim kako ti kriteriji ne vrijede za muškarce, tako ne bi trebali vrijediti ni za žene.

Ako su novinarki Sauchi zaista rekli da je prestara za ekran, krši li se time zakon?

– Naravno, to je diskriminacija po spolu i dobi. Tu nema spora. I preporučujem joj, makar joj se bliži mirovina, da pokrene spor.

Ljiljana: Ne kukam, nego informiram!

Podsjetimo, poznata HRT-ova urednica i novinarka Ljiljana Saucha više neće voditi "Vijesti iz kulture". Prvi je o tome na Facebooku napisao poznati nevladin aktivist Eugen Jakovčić: "Iskusnoj urednici i voditeljici Vijesti iz kulture HRT-a rečeno je da više ne ide u studio pred kamere jer trebaju mlađa lica. Koji užas od televizije."

Zatim smo je kontaktirali, a Saucha je izjavila: "Obaviještena sam o svemu prošli petak u 15.05! Urednica redakcije me nazvala i prenijela poruku da otkad kreće nova shema trebaju na ekranu nova, mlada lica. Tu je poruku ona pak dobila od Katarine Periše Čakarun."

Nakon što se vijest prenijela medijskim eterom, Saucha se oglasila i na Facebooku.

– Sve ok! Ne kukam, samo informiram!!!! Neće svijet stati što nisam na ekranu, samo hoću obavijestiti što se dogodilo!!! – pojasnila je.

Reagirala je i Maja Sever, predsjednica Sindikata novinara.

– Apsolutno ništa nemam protiv bilo koje mlađe kolegice koja vodi neku emisiju na HRT-u. Mislim da HRT-u treba mladih ljudi, ali glasno, jasno i s valjanim razlogom protestiram zbog diskriminacije koja se provodi na javnoj radio-televiziji. Zakon o suzbijanju diskriminacije nedvosmisleno kaže da je jednakost najviša vrednota ustavnog poretka i jamči zaštitu od diskriminacije na osnovi dobi. Ne može se netko maknuti s posla samo zato što ima više od 30 godina – napisala je Sever u statusu, a potom je napisala novi:

– A sada pozivam urednika koji je nekoliko puta pred svjedocima rekao da je njegov program da pred kamerama nema voditeljica starijih od trideset da se hrabro javi!

HRT: Sve je to normalno

Na HRT-u su, pak, na sve kritike odgovorili priopćenjem.
– Riječ je o uobičajenoj promjeni voditelja na malim ekranima, kakva postoji na svim ostalim televizijama, pa tako i na HRT-u. Sve kolegice i kolege su jednako vrijedni i Hrvatska radiotelevizija iznimno cijeni njihov doprinos programu – poručili su.

Neva Tolle jedna je od prvoborkinja ženskih prava u Hrvatskoj. Radi i u Autonomnoj ženskoj kući Zagreb, u koju primaju zlostavljane žene. Komentirala nam je slučaj novinarke i urednice Ljiljane Sauche, koja je pred mirovinu maknuta s ekrana, a naslijedit će je novo, mlado lice.

Kakvu ovo poruku šalje?

– Da su novinarke i urednice, makar svoj posao obavljale odlično, nepoželjne na ekranu kad prijeđu neke godine. To je nečuveno, jer što je novinarka starija, to je autentičnija, gledatelji joj više vjeruju. Nije to izbor za miss. Pa pogledajte strane TV kuće, oni svoje i muške i ženske voditelje više cijene kako stare. Jer imaju iskustvo, znanje i ljudi im vjeruju kad se pojave na ekranu.

Zašto je na našim televizijama drukčija situacija?

– Zato što vlada malograđanština. Svaka čast mladim ljudima, oni trebaju raditi i na televizijama, ali ne na način da ih se stavlja na ekran samo jer su mladi i lijepi, a ove pred penziju se miče. Mladi trebaju učiti od svojih starijih kolega. Ja bih prije vjerovala ženi ili muškarcu koji mi suvereno čita vijesti već 40 godina nego nekoj novoj lijepoj djevojci ili mišićavom mladiću koji ima lošu dikciju, koji nema pojma ni o čemu i samo čita vijesti s papira koje mu je napisao neki pametniji i stariji kolega.

Ali kakve veze ima izgled čovjeka s vijestima, posebice onima iz kulture?

– Znamo da je televizija vizualan medij, bitno je da osoba izgleda pristojno. Ali je puno bitnije da vlada područjem o kojem govori. I osobe u pedesetim i šezdesetim godinama su itekako vitalne, televizične svuda u svijetu, ali ne i u Hrvatskoj. I zaista se i ja pitam kakve veze ima njihov izgled s, recimo, čitanjem vijesti o uraganu ili, u slučaju gospođe Sauche, s kulturnim vijestima. Nikakve!

Ali muškarce ne tjeraju. Evo, recimo, Branko Uvodić je prešao 70-u...

– Ne tjeraju i ne bi ih trebalo tjerati, kao što ne bi trebalo tjerati ni žene. Pa sjetimo se, ljudi moji, samo Ksenije Urličić, Željke Fattorini, Helge Vlahović, Gordane Bonetti... A sada je skoro 2021. godina, dakle umjesto da napredujemo, mi nazadujemo. Sve to dokazuje kakav provincijalizam vlada i na televiziji, a samim time i u državi. Što se tiče muškaraca, oni su puno zaštićeniji i njima se ne mjeri ni koliko kilograma imaju, ni jesu li izgubili kosu, dok se kod žena sve to gleda. Pogledajte samo starije muške voditelje. Naravno, to su blesavi i neprimjereni kriteriji, međutim kako ti kriteriji ne vrijede za muškarce, tako ne bi trebali vrijediti ni za žene.

Ako su novinarki Sauchi zaista rekli da je prestara za ekran, krši li se time zakon?

– Naravno, to je diskriminacija po spolu i dobi. Tu nema spora. I preporučujem joj, makar joj se bliži mirovina, da pokrene spor.

Ljiljana: Ne kukam, nego informiram!

Podsjetimo, poznata HRT-ova urednica i novinarka Ljiljana Saucha više neće voditi "Vijesti iz kulture". Prvi je o tome na Facebooku napisao poznati nevladin aktivist Eugen Jakovčić: "Iskusnoj urednici i voditeljici Vijesti iz kulture HRT-a rečeno je da više ne ide u studio pred kamere jer trebaju mlađa lica. Koji užas od televizije."

Zatim smo je kontaktirali, a Saucha je izjavila: "Obaviještena sam o svemu prošli petak u 15.05! Urednica redakcije me nazvala i prenijela poruku da otkad kreće nova shema trebaju na ekranu nova, mlada lica. Tu je poruku ona pak dobila od Katarine Periše Čakarun."

Nakon što se vijest prenijela medijskim eterom, Saucha se oglasila i na Facebooku.

– Sve ok! Ne kukam, samo informiram!!!! Neće svijet stati što nisam na ekranu, samo hoću obavijestiti što se dogodilo!!! – pojasnila je.

Reagirala je i Maja Sever, predsjednica Sindikata novinara.

– Apsolutno ništa nemam protiv bilo koje mlađe kolegice koja vodi neku emisiju na HRT-u. Mislim da HRT-u treba mladih ljudi, ali glasno, jasno i s valjanim razlogom protestiram zbog diskriminacije koja se provodi na javnoj radio-televiziji. Zakon o suzbijanju diskriminacije nedvosmisleno kaže da je jednakost najviša vrednota ustavnog poretka i jamči zaštitu od diskriminacije na osnovi dobi. Ne može se netko maknuti s posla samo zato što ima više od 30 godina – napisala je Sever u statusu, a potom je napisala novi:

– A sada pozivam urednika koji je nekoliko puta pred svjedocima rekao da je njegov program da pred kamerama nema voditeljica starijih od trideset da se hrabro javi!

HRT: Sve je to normalno

Na HRT-u su, pak, na sve kritike odgovorili priopćenjem.
– Riječ je o uobičajenoj promjeni voditelja na malim ekranima, kakva postoji na svim ostalim televizijama, pa tako i na HRT-u. Sve kolegice i kolege su jednako vrijedni i Hrvatska radiotelevizija iznimno cijeni njihov doprinos programu – poručili su.
