Uz današnji Svjetski dan štitnjače, brojne su poznate osobe, među kojima i pjevačice Jelena Rozga i Žanamari Lalić, za Dnevnik.hr progovorile o svojim zdravstvenim problemima.
Jelena Rozga je, kako je ispričala, shvatila da nešto nije u redu krajem 2006. godine.
"Budila sam se umorna, stalno sam se osjećala umorno, gubila sam na težini... Otišla sam kod liječnika, gdje sam dobila dijagnozu. Nisam odmah dobila terapiju, no ubrzo jesam, i sada pijem lijekove. Borimo se nas dvije..." - zaključuje pjevačica, koja je za žene koje dijele slične tegobe udijelila savjete:
"Treba slušati svoje tijelo, mnogi ljudi boje se nalaza, boje se otići kod doktora, boje se kako će živjeti. No, to je potpuno pogrešno, treba ići, treba se konzultirati, a ne se bojati...".
Nekad je teže, nekad lakše...
Na pitanje kako sa štitnjačom sada funkcionira, odgovorila je:
"Nekad je teže s njom živjeti, nekad lakše. Najgore je zapravo mojim prijateljima jer mijenjam raspoloženja. Kad sam nervozna, objasnim: To je moja štitnjača!"
Pjevačica Žanamari Perčić ispričala je kako je najviše u trudnoć "osjetila svoju štitnjaču".
"Živim sa smanjenim radom štitnjače već dugi niz godina, bez komplikacija. Uz sintetički hormon koji pijem kao zamjenu za svoj, pijem i kalcij svakodnevno. To je bitno, jer sintetski hormon smeta apsorpciju kalcija pa samo treba konzumirati kalcij odvojeno i u većoj količini..." - ispričala je pjevačica.
"U trudnoći je bilo teže, jer tada hormoni variraju. Zbog toga sam dobila 30 kilograma, koje sam skinula čim su hormoni prestali varirati..." - pojasnila je Žanamari, te poželjela izreći i pohvalu.
"Ponekad i zaboravim da imam problem sa štitnjačom jer nemam komplikacija, a imam i izuzetnog doktora u Splitu, dr. Vučinovića, koji me prati i savjetuje...

Uz današnji Svjetski dan štitnjače, brojne su poznate osobe, među kojima i pjevačice Jelena Rozga i Žanamari Lalić, za Dnevnik.hr progovorile o svojim zdravstvenim problemima.
Jelena Rozga je, kako je ispričala, shvatila da nešto nije u redu krajem 2006. godine.
"Budila sam se umorna, stalno sam se osjećala umorno, gubila sam na težini... Otišla sam kod liječnika, gdje sam dobila dijagnozu. Nisam odmah dobila terapiju, no ubrzo jesam, i sada pijem lijekove. Borimo se nas dvije..." - zaključuje pjevačica, koja je za žene koje dijele slične tegobe udijelila savjete:
"Treba slušati svoje tijelo, mnogi ljudi boje se nalaza, boje se otići kod doktora, boje se kako će živjeti. No, to je potpuno pogrešno, treba ići, treba se konzultirati, a ne se bojati...".
Nekad je teže, nekad lakše...
Na pitanje kako sa štitnjačom sada funkcionira, odgovorila je:
"Nekad je teže s njom živjeti, nekad lakše. Najgore je zapravo mojim prijateljima jer mijenjam raspoloženja. Kad sam nervozna, objasnim: To je moja štitnjača!"
Pjevačica Žanamari Perčić ispričala je kako je najviše u trudnoć "osjetila svoju štitnjaču".
"Živim sa smanjenim radom štitnjače već dugi niz godina, bez komplikacija. Uz sintetički hormon koji pijem kao zamjenu za svoj, pijem i kalcij svakodnevno. To je bitno, jer sintetski hormon smeta apsorpciju kalcija pa samo treba konzumirati kalcij odvojeno i u većoj količini..." - ispričala je pjevačica.
"U trudnoći je bilo teže, jer tada hormoni variraju. Zbog toga sam dobila 30 kilograma, koje sam skinula čim su hormoni prestali varirati..." - pojasnila je Žanamari, te poželjela izreći i pohvalu.
"Ponekad i zaboravim da imam problem sa štitnjačom jer nemam komplikacija, a imam i izuzetnog doktora u Splitu, dr. Vučinovića, koji me prati i savjetuje...
