Manjak empatije

Iako možda zvuči pomalo smiješno, jedna austrijska studija povezala je one koji piju crnu kavu sa psihopatijom.

Istraživači sa Sveučilišta Innsbruck u Austriji zapravo nisu proučavali kavu, već su se usredotočili na tvari gorkog okusa. Analiziralo se mogu li određeni okusi biti pokazatelj antisocijalnih osobina ili ne.

Sudionici su ocjenjivali koliko uživaju u hrani i pićima na temelju određenih okusa, uključujući gorak okus. Rezultati su zatim uspoređeni s testovima osobnosti koji pokrivaju specifične osobine, kao što su agresija i manipulacija.

Studija je potvrdila hipotezu da su preferencije gorkog okusa povezane sa zlonamjernim osobinama, poput manjka empatije i ravnodušnosti.

Jeste li ikada vidjeli nekoga kako pije crnu kavu bez kapi mlijeka ili šećera, i zapitali se kako mu to može biti gušt?

Iako mnogi od nas ne mogu živjeti bez jutarnje šalice kave, također je teško zamisliti da je jednostavno pijemo bez dodatka mlijeka ili šećera. Uostalom, tko želi pijuckati piće tako gorkog okusa, pogotovo rano ujutro?

Pa, prema nekim istraživanjima, ispijanje kave na ovaj način može reći puno o vama - i to na vrlo iznenađujući način, piše Živim.

Manjak empatije

Iako možda zvuči pomalo smiješno, jedna austrijska studija povezala je one koji piju crnu kavu sa psihopatijom.

Istraživači sa Sveučilišta Innsbruck u Austriji zapravo nisu proučavali kavu, već su se usredotočili na tvari gorkog okusa. Analiziralo se mogu li određeni okusi biti pokazatelj antisocijalnih osobina ili ne.

Sudionici su ocjenjivali koliko uživaju u hrani i pićima na temelju određenih okusa, uključujući gorak okus. Rezultati su zatim uspoređeni s testovima osobnosti koji pokrivaju specifične osobine, kao što su agresija i manipulacija.

Studija je potvrdila hipotezu da su preferencije gorkog okusa povezane sa zlonamjernim osobinama, poput manjka empatije i ravnodušnosti.

Ako je točno, to znači da su ljudi koji uživaju u gorkim okusima, ti koji su vjerojatnije psihopati.

A, na suprotnoj strani spektra, ljudi koji piju jutarnju šalicu kave sa šećerom ili mlijekom vjerojatnije će pokazati pozitivnije karakteristike, uključujući suosjećanje, kooperativnost i ljubaznost.
