Mnogi su u nekom trenutku života napravili "kućnu" ili profesionalnu tetovažu, ali su nakon nekog vremena shvatili da su pogriješili i žele je ukloniti. Postoji više opcija uklanjanja tetovaža, a lasersko uklanjanje je najčešće. Normalno, preporuka je ne donositi sam odluku na koji način ukloniti tetovažu: najbolje je posavjetovati se s liječnikom.

Znate li što radi laser prilikom uklanjanja tetovaže? Laser razbija pigmentne boja svjetlosnim snopom visokog intenziteta. Profesionalno odrađene tetovaže nalaze se najdublje u koži i njih je najteže ukloniti, dok se "kućne" tetovaže koje su najčešće rađene običnom iglom najlakše uklanjaju.  Broj tretmana koji će vam trebati ovisit će o dobi, veličini i bojama vaše tetovaže. Boja vaše kože, kao i koliko duboko seže pigment tetovaže, također će utjecati na tehniku uklanjanja. U prosjeku je potrebno od šest do 12 tretmana, a cijeli proces može trajati i do godinu dana. Postupak boli, kod nekih je bol čak jača nego samo tetoviranje. Određeni zahvati zahtijevaju opću anesteziju ili lokalni anestetik, piše N1.

Sam tretman sastoji se od prislanjanja ručke na površinu kože i uzastopnog aktiviranja laserskog svjetla preko površine tetovaže. Manje tetovaže zahtijevaju manje impulsa, a veće više. Nakon svakog tretmana tetovaža bi trebala postati svjetlija.

Nakon tretmana, odnosno iduća 24 sata ne preporučuje se bavljenje fizičkom aktivnošću zbog znojenja, kao ni tuširanje u toploj vodi.

Idućih dana, odnosno koliko liječnik propiše, koristi se određena mast kako bi područje lakše zacijelilo.

Preporučuje se stavljanje obloga s ledom na tetovažu nakon lasera kako bi se smanjili bolovi. Postoji mogućnost da se pojave mjehurići, što je normalno te ih nikako nemojte bušiti, nego se posavjetujte s liječnikom.

Uz to, dobro je kloniti se direktnog sunca otprilike dva tjedna nakon tretmana, a nakon toga je potrebno koristiti kreme za sunčanje s visokim zaštitnim faktorom i to najmanje naredna tri mjeseca, odnosno do idućeg tretmana laserom.

Nuspojave laserskog uklanjanja tetovaže

Kao i kod samog tetoviranja, tako i kod laserskog uklanjanja tetovaže postoje određene nuspojave.

Jedna od nuspojava je i već spomenuto stvaranje mjehura, a druge nuspojave su stvaranje ožiljaka,  infekcije, promjena boje kože, iritacija kože ili osip, pojava edema, crvenilo, bol i kraste.

Mnogi su u nekom trenutku života napravili "kućnu" ili profesionalnu tetovažu, ali su nakon nekog vremena shvatili da su pogriješili i žele je ukloniti. Postoji više opcija uklanjanja tetovaža, a lasersko uklanjanje je najčešće. Normalno, preporuka je ne donositi sam odluku na koji način ukloniti tetovažu: najbolje je posavjetovati se s liječnikom.

Znate li što radi laser prilikom uklanjanja tetovaže? Laser razbija pigmentne boja svjetlosnim snopom visokog intenziteta. Profesionalno odrađene tetovaže nalaze se najdublje u koži i njih je najteže ukloniti, dok se "kućne" tetovaže koje su najčešće rađene običnom iglom najlakše uklanjaju.  Broj tretmana koji će vam trebati ovisit će o dobi, veličini i bojama vaše tetovaže. Boja vaše kože, kao i koliko duboko seže pigment tetovaže, također će utjecati na tehniku uklanjanja. U prosjeku je potrebno od šest do 12 tretmana, a cijeli proces može trajati i do godinu dana. Postupak boli, kod nekih je bol čak jača nego samo tetoviranje. Određeni zahvati zahtijevaju opću anesteziju ili lokalni anestetik, piše N1.

Sam tretman sastoji se od prislanjanja ručke na površinu kože i uzastopnog aktiviranja laserskog svjetla preko površine tetovaže. Manje tetovaže zahtijevaju manje impulsa, a veće više. Nakon svakog tretmana tetovaža bi trebala postati svjetlija.

Nakon tretmana, odnosno iduća 24 sata ne preporučuje se bavljenje fizičkom aktivnošću zbog znojenja, kao ni tuširanje u toploj vodi.

Idućih dana, odnosno koliko liječnik propiše, koristi se određena mast kako bi područje lakše zacijelilo.

Preporučuje se stavljanje obloga s ledom na tetovažu nakon lasera kako bi se smanjili bolovi. Postoji mogućnost da se pojave mjehurići, što je normalno te ih nikako nemojte bušiti, nego se posavjetujte s liječnikom.

Uz to, dobro je kloniti se direktnog sunca otprilike dva tjedna nakon tretmana, a nakon toga je potrebno koristiti kreme za sunčanje s visokim zaštitnim faktorom i to najmanje naredna tri mjeseca, odnosno do idućeg tretmana laserom.

Nuspojave laserskog uklanjanja tetovaže

Kao i kod samog tetoviranja, tako i kod laserskog uklanjanja tetovaže postoje određene nuspojave.

Jedna od nuspojava je i već spomenuto stvaranje mjehura, a druge nuspojave su stvaranje ožiljaka,  infekcije, promjena boje kože, iritacija kože ili osip, pojava edema, crvenilo, bol i kraste.
