Koliko često moramo prati donje rublje? Pitanje je to koje ima vrlo jednostavan odgovor kada je riječ o čarapama, gaćicama ili potkošuljama. Većina ljudi (nadamo se) kazat će - jedno nošenje pa jedno pranje, piše Gloria.

SVAKODNEVNO NOŠENJE

Stvari se malo kompliciraju kad je riječ o - grudnjaku. Voljele ga ili prezirale, taj odjevni komad većina žena nosi svakoga dana. s godinama se kolekcija grudnjaka povećava, imamo ih u različitim bojama, s različitim načinima vezanja i od drugačijih tipova materijala. No, uglavnom ako posao i životne obaveza zahtijevaju od žene da izađe iz kuće, vjerojatno će na sebi imati grudnjak.

Ostatak donjeg rublja, svima je jasno, pere se nakon svakog nošenja.

Dilemu oko toga razriješila je dermatologinja Annie Gonzalez, a njezine tvrdnje mogle bi neugodno iznenaditi brojne žene.

Grudnjaci se mogu nositi tri do četiri puta prije pranja, ali samo ako se niste znojili tijekom nošenja, u tom slučaju grudnjak natopljen znojem radije operite odmah.

Higijena i zdrava koža

Dermatologinja je otkrila da čistoća odjeće koju stavljamo direktno na kožu itekako utječe na njen izgled i zdravstveno stanje. Ako rublje ne peremo dovoljno često, to može dovesti do prilično neugodnih stanja na koži.

Grudnjake bismo trebali prati nakon 3 do 4 nošenja.

S činjenicom da se čarape i gaćice peru nakon jednog nošenja, vjerojatno malo ljudi ima 'problem', no pitanje je koliko žena zapravo grudnjak pere nakon tri do četiri nošenja. Dilemu oko toga razriješila je dermatologinja Annie Gonzalez, a njezine tvrdnje mogle bi neugodno iznenaditi brojne žene.

Grudnjaci se mogu nositi tri do četiri puta prije pranja, ali samo ako se niste znojili tijekom nošenja, u tom slučaju grudnjak natopljen znojem radije operite odmah.

Higijena i zdrava koža

Dermatologinja je otkrila da čistoća odjeće koju stavljamo direktno na kožu itekako utječe na njen izgled i zdravstveno stanje. Ako rublje ne peremo dovoljno često, to može dovesti do prilično neugodnih stanja na koži.

Grudnjake bismo trebali prati nakon 3 do 4 nošenja.
