Povremeno ispadanje kose nije opasno i potpuno je prirodan proces. Međutim, ako iznenada gubite veliku količinu kose, postoji pet glavnih razloga zašto vam se to događa.

Alopecija

Povremeno ispadanje kose nije opasno i potpuno je prirodan proces. Međutim, ako iznenada gubite veliku količinu kose, postoji pet glavnih razloga zašto vam se to događa.
Ljudi obično gube između 50 i 100 vlasi dnevno, no mnogi ljudi to obično ne primjećuju jer te vlasi zamjenjuju nove. Ali potpuni gubitak kose, s druge strane, može biti vrlo uznemirujuć, piše klix.ba.
Tada nova kosa ne zamjenjuje kosu koja je otpala, što može dovesti do osjetno tanjih pramenova, ćelavih dijelova i grudica kose koje ispadaju u jednom potezu. TV doktor Amir Khan rekao je da postoji mnogo razloga za gubitak kose, a neki se mogu izliječiti.

Kada govorimo o gubitku kose, obično treba provjeriti je li genetika jedan od razloga. Nažalost, vaša obiteljska povijest vaša je najveća odrednica hoćete li izgubiti kosu s godinama.

Hormonalne promjene
Hormonalne promjene kod žena, ali sve više i kod muškaraca, mogu dovesti do privremenog i trajnog gubitka kose. Kod žena se najčešće javlja tijekom menopauze i poznata je kao androgena alopecija, a često može nalikovati muškoj ćelavosti koja počinje na tjemenu.
Alopecija
Kod osoba s alopecijom, imunološki sustav napada folikule dlake, uzrokujući gubitak kose. Može se raditi na bilo kojem dijelu tijela. Uzrok je nepoznat, ali nedostatak željeza i stres mogu izazvati stanje, iako mnogi stručnjaci to osporavaju.
U nekim slučajevima alopecija areata može prijeći u alopeciju totalis, kada se gubitak kose može proširiti preko cijele glave, ili alopeciju univerzalis, kada zahvaća cijelo tijelo. Trenutno ne postoji lijek za ovo stanje, ali postoji nekoliko dostupnih tretmana. Međutim, nijedan nije 100 posto pouzdan.
Lijekovi
Lijekovi koji se koriste za liječenje raka, artritisa, srčanih problema i depresije mogu dovesti do gubitka kose. Međutim, nikada nemojte prestati uzimati propisani lijek bez prethodnog razgovora sa svojim liječnikom.
Nutritivni nedostaci
Neunošenje dovoljno pravih hranjivih tvari moglo bi biti krivac za iznenadni gubitak kose. U ovom slučaju obično se radi o dijeti u kojoj ne unosite dovoljno proteina i željeza. Možda bi bilo dobro posjetiti liječnika i napraviti analizu krvi kako bi se provjerilo ima li nutritivnih nedostataka, a zatim razmisliti o povećanju razine određenih vitamina dodacima prehrani.
