"Najbolji mladi znanstvenik Amerike" je 14-godišnjak koji je izumio sapun koji liječi rak kože.

Heman Bekele, učenik devetog razreda iz Annandalea u Virginiji, osvojio je prestižnu nagradu 3M-a i Discovery Educationa, koje se smatra jednim od najboljih srednjoškolskih natjecanja u znanosti u zemlji.

"Vjerujem da mladi umovi mogu pozitivno utjecati na svijet", rekao je Heman u svojoj prijavi za nagradu.

"Uvijek su me zanimale biologija i tehnologija, a ovaj mi je izazov dao savršenu platformu za izlaganje svojih ideja", rekao je.

Što je natjecanje ‘America‘s Top Young Scientist‘?

Heman je proveo posljednja četiri mjeseca natječući se protiv devet drugih finalista da bude proglašen "najboljim mladim znanstvenikom Amerike". Natjecanje je osmišljeno kako bi pomoglo učenicima između petog i osmog razreda stvoriti inovativnu ideju koja će promijeniti njihov svijet, prenosi Aol.

Osim prestižne titule, mladi znanstvenici koji osvoje nagradu dobivaju novčanu nagradu od 25.000 dolara.

Heman je osvojio ovogodišnju glavnu nagradu u sjedištu 3M-a u St. Paulu, Minnesota, 9. i 10. listopada, navodi se u priopćenju za javnost u kojem je objavljena nagrada, piše Aol.

Shripriya Kalbhavi, učenica devetog razreda iz San Josea u Kaliforniji, osvojila je drugo mjesto za razvoj isplativog flastera koji omogućuje samoautomatizirano davanje lijekova bez tableta ili igala.

Sarah Wang, učenica sedmog razreda iz Andovera, Massachusetts, našla se na trećem mjestu za razvoj rukavice koja može detektirati određene epileptične napadaje uobičajenim pokretima ruke.

Shripriya i Sarah osvojile su svaka po 2000 dolara, dok su učenici koji su se plasirali od četvrtog do 10. mjesta osvojili nagradu od 1000 dolara i poklon karticu od 500 dolara. Ostali učenici prepoznali su, među ostalima, porijeklom iz Portlanda, Oregon, Baltimorea, New Rochellea, New Yorka, Austina, Texas, i Ovieda, Florida.

Heman je razvio sapun na bazi spoja namijenjen liječenju melanoma. Izrada komada sapuna košta oko 0,50 USD.

Heman se nada da će poboljšati svoju inovaciju i stvoriti neprofitnu organizaciju koja će distribuirati sapun zajednicama u potrebi tijekom sljedećih pet godina, prema 3M-u i Discovery Educationu.

"Najbolji mladi znanstvenik Amerike" je 14-godišnjak koji je izumio sapun koji liječi rak kože.

Heman Bekele, učenik devetog razreda iz Annandalea u Virginiji, osvojio je prestižnu nagradu 3M-a i Discovery Educationa, koje se smatra jednim od najboljih srednjoškolskih natjecanja u znanosti u zemlji.

"Vjerujem da mladi umovi mogu pozitivno utjecati na svijet", rekao je Heman u svojoj prijavi za nagradu.

"Uvijek su me zanimale biologija i tehnologija, a ovaj mi je izazov dao savršenu platformu za izlaganje svojih ideja", rekao je.

Što je natjecanje ‘America‘s Top Young Scientist‘?

Heman je proveo posljednja četiri mjeseca natječući se protiv devet drugih finalista da bude proglašen "najboljim mladim znanstvenikom Amerike". Natjecanje je osmišljeno kako bi pomoglo učenicima između petog i osmog razreda stvoriti inovativnu ideju koja će promijeniti njihov svijet, prenosi Aol.

Osim prestižne titule, mladi znanstvenici koji osvoje nagradu dobivaju novčanu nagradu od 25.000 dolara.

Heman je osvojio ovogodišnju glavnu nagradu u sjedištu 3M-a u St. Paulu, Minnesota, 9. i 10. listopada, navodi se u priopćenju za javnost u kojem je objavljena nagrada, piše Aol.

Shripriya Kalbhavi, učenica devetog razreda iz San Josea u Kaliforniji, osvojila je drugo mjesto za razvoj isplativog flastera koji omogućuje samoautomatizirano davanje lijekova bez tableta ili igala.

Sarah Wang, učenica sedmog razreda iz Andovera, Massachusetts, našla se na trećem mjestu za razvoj rukavice koja može detektirati određene epileptične napadaje uobičajenim pokretima ruke.

Ostali učenici prepoznali su, među ostalima, porijeklom iz Portlanda, Oregon, Baltimorea, New Rochellea, New Yorka, Austina, Texas, i Ovieda, Florida.

Heman je razvio sapun na bazi spoja namijenjen liječenju melanoma. Izrada komada sapuna košta oko 0,50 USD.

Heman se nada da će poboljšati svoju inovaciju i stvoriti neprofitnu organizaciju koja će distribuirati sapun zajednicama u potrebi tijekom sljedećih pet godina, prema 3M-u i Discovery Educationu.

"Najbolji mladi znanstvenik Amerike" je 14-godišnjak koji je izumio sapun koji liječi rak kože.

Heman Bekele, učenik devetog razreda iz Annandalea u Virginiji, osvojio je prestižnu nagradu 3M-a i Discovery Educationa, koje se smatra jednim od najboljih srednjoškolskih natjecanja u znanosti u zemlji.

"Vjerujem da mladi umovi mogu pozitivno utjecati na svijet", rekao je Heman u svojoj prijavi za nagradu.

"Uvijek su me zanimale biologija i tehnologija, a ovaj mi je izazov dao savršenu platformu za izlaganje svojih ideja", rekao je.

Što je natjecanje ‘America‘s Top Young Scientist‘?

Heman je proveo posljednja četiri mjeseca natječući se protiv devet drugih finalista da bude proglašen "najboljim mladim znanstvenikom Amerike". Natjecanje je osmišljeno kako bi pomoglo učenicima između petog i osmog razreda stvoriti inovativnu ideju koja će promijeniti njihov svijet, prenosi Aol.

Osim prestižne titule, mladi znanstvenici koji osvoje nagradu dobivaju novčanu nagradu od 25.000 dolara.

Heman je osvojio ovogodišnju glavnu nagradu u sjedištu 3M-a u St. Paulu, Minnesota, 9. i 10. listopada, navodi se u priopćenju za javnost u kojem je objavljena nagrada, piše Aol.

Shripriya Kalbhavi, učenica devetog razreda iz San Josea u Kaliforniji, osvojila je drugo mjesto za razvoj isplativog flastera koji omogućuje samoautomatizirano davanje lijekova bez tableta ili igala.

Sarah Wang, učenica sedmog razreda iz Andovera, Massachusetts, našla se na trećem mjestu za razvoj rukavice koja može detektirati određene epileptične napadaje uobičajenim pokretima ruke.
