Snovi koji se ponavljaju nisu tipične noćne more, obično su negativni, a njihovo prevladavanje zahtijeva određeni napor. Mogu se pojaviti iz raznih razloga, počevši od prekomjernog unosa kofeina, do nekih dugotrajnih problema koji su vam na umu.

"Snovi koji se ponavljaju najvjerojatnije su povezani s dubokim životnim iskustvima ili karakterističnim logičkim dilemama koje će se sigurno ponavljati kad ste budni jer su ‘dio vas‘, a ne jednokratni događaj", istraživačica snova Deirdre Barrett, profesorica psihologije na Odsjeku za psihijatriju Medicinskog fakulteta Harvard, piše klix.ba.

Budući da se naši snovi obično ne ponavljaju, samo trebamo imati isti san dva ili više puta da bi se smatrao ponavljajućim, objašnjava. Češće su u djetinjstvu, ali mogu potrajati i u odrasloj dobi. Također, ne moraju se događati uzastopno – mogu se pojaviti nekoliko puta mjesečno ili u razmaku od nekoliko godina.

Specijalist medicine spavanja dr. Alex Dimitriu navodi da sve što se stalno pojavljuje vrijedi istražiti.

"Kao psihijatar, sklon sam reći da postoji neka poruka koja možda pokušava prenijeti do vas. Odgovor bi mogao biti da otkrijete o čemu se radi", objasnio je.

Za neke snove koji se ponavljaju poruka je jasna – ako neprestano sanjate kako kasnite u školu ili na posao, vjerojatno ste samo često nervozni jer niste spremni za te stvari. Dok drugi, unatoč svojoj uobičajenosti, možda nemaju univerzalno značenje, zahtijevajući od vas malu analizu kako biste saznali više.

Kad se suočite sa snom koji se ponavlja, zapitajte se koja bi poruka mogla biti, rekao je Dimitriu: "Kakav je vaš odnos prema stvarima ili ljudima u snu? Koji su vaši strahovi i sustavi vjerovanja o tim stvarima? Kojih je pet najvažnijih stvari u snu može li tvoj život to pokrenuti ili su oni povezani s tim? Što te zapravo brine?"

Navode i da bi bilo dobro raditi "neformalno tumačenje snova", bilo samostalno ili s bliskom osobom od povjerenja koja može sagledati situaciju iz druge perspektive.

Ljudi s posttraumatskim stresnim poremećajem ili anksioznošću imaju veću vjerojatnost da će imati snove koji se ponavljaju, osobito one tjeskobne prirode, rekao je Dimitriu. San o PTSP-u rezultat je toliko teške traume da se stalno vraća kao noćna mora.

“Mozak pokušava nešto riješiti i odmoriti”, objasnio je.

Ponekad snovi koji se ponavljaju mogu biti rezultat stanja vašeg tijela, a mogu postojati i "okidači" u okolini, poput alarma na ulici ili slavine koja curi - što može pokrenuti snove sa slikama tih stvari.

Također, vaši snovi koji se ponavljaju mogu biti rezultat loše higijene spavanja. Mnogo se neugodnih stvari događa noću kada su ljudi neispavani, piju kofein ili alkohol prekasno, rade prekasno ili spavaju četiri sata, objasnili su.

Nakon što steknete bolji uvid u svoje brige, pisanje o njima prije spavanja može pomoći u ublažavanju negativnih ponavljajućih snova i stresa općenito.

Snovi koji se ponavljaju nisu tipične noćne more, obično su negativni, a njihovo prevladavanje zahtijeva određeni napor. Mogu se pojaviti iz raznih razloga, počevši od prekomjernog unosa kofeina, do nekih dugotrajnih problema koji su vam na umu.

"Snovi koji se ponavljaju najvjerojatnije su povezani s dubokim životnim iskustvima ili karakterističnim logičkim dilemama koje će se sigurno ponavljati kad ste budni jer su ‘dio vas‘, a ne jednokratni događaj", istraživačica snova Deirdre Barrett, profesorica psihologije na Odsjeku za psihijatriju Medicinskog fakulteta Harvard, piše klix.ba.

Budući da se naši snovi obično ne ponavljaju, samo trebamo imati isti san dva ili više puta da bi se smatrao ponavljajućim, objašnjava. Češće su u djetinjstvu, ali mogu potrajati i u odrasloj dobi. Također, ne moraju se događati uzastopno – mogu se pojaviti nekoliko puta mjesečno ili u razmaku od nekoliko godina.

Specijalist medicine spavanja dr. Alex Dimitriu navodi da sve što se stalno pojavljuje vrijedi istražiti.

"Kao psihijatar, sklon sam reći da postoji neka poruka koja možda pokušava prenijeti do vas. Odgovor bi mogao biti da otkrijete o čemu se radi", objasnio je.

Za neke snove koji se ponavljaju poruka je jasna – ako neprestano sanjate kako kasnite u školu ili na posao, vjerojatno ste samo često nervozni jer niste spremni za te stvari. Dok drugi, unatoč svojoj uobičajenosti, možda nemaju univerzalno značenje, zahtijevajući od vas malu analizu kako biste saznali više.

Kad se suočite sa snom koji se ponavlja, zapitajte se koja bi poruka mogla biti, rekao je Dimitriu: "Kakav je vaš odnos prema stvarima ili ljudima u snu? Navode i da bi bilo dobro raditi "neformalno tumačenje snova", bilo samostalno ili s bliskom osobom od povjerenja koja može sagledati situaciju iz druge perspektive.

Ljudi s posttraumatskim stresnim poremećajem ili anksioznošću imaju veću vjerojatnost da će imati snove koji se ponavljaju, osobito one tjeskobne prirode, rekao je Dimitriu. San o PTSP-u rezultat je toliko teške traume da se stalno vraća kao noćna mora.

“Mozak pokušava nešto riješiti i odmoriti”, objasnio je.

Ponekad snovi koji se ponavljaju mogu biti rezultat stanja vašeg tijela, a mogu postojati i "okidači" u okolini, poput alarma na ulici ili slavine koja curi - što može pokrenuti snove sa slikama tih stvari.

Također, vaši snovi koji se ponavljaju mogu biti rezultat loše higijene spavanja. Mnogo se neugodnih stvari događa noću kada su ljudi neispavani, piju kofein ili alkohol prekasno, rade prekasno ili spavaju četiri sata, objasnili su.

Nakon što steknete bolji uvid u svoje brige, pisanje o njima prije spavanja može pomoći u ublažavanju negativnih ponavljajućih snova i stresa općenito.

Snovi koji se ponavljaju nisu tipične noćne more, obično su negativni, a njihovo prevladavanje zahtijeva određeni napor. Mogu se pojaviti iz raznih razloga, počevši od prekomjernog unosa kofeina, do nekih dugotrajnih problema koji su vam na umu.

"Snovi koji se ponavljaju najvjerojatnije su povezani s dubokim životnim iskustvima ili karakterističnim logičkim dilemama koje će se sigurno ponavljati kad ste budni jer su ‘dio vas‘, a ne jednokratni događaj", istraživačica snova Deirdre Barrett, profesorica psihologije na Odsjeku za psihijatriju Medicinskog fakulteta Harvard, piše klix.ba.

Budući da se naši snovi obično ne ponavljaju, samo trebamo imati isti san dva ili više puta da bi se smatrao ponavljajućim, objašnjava. Češće su u djetinjstvu, ali mogu potrajati i u odraslo...
