Burkhard Stolla (69) stanuje u prekrasnom stanu na jednoj od najtraženijih lokacija u Münchenu. Najam stana plaća samo 193 eura mjesečno što je tek šestina od uobičajene stanarine.

Kako javlja Focus.de, Stolla živi sam u stanu od 45 četvornih metara u ulici Occamstraße, u samom srcu münchenske četvrti Schwabing. U zgradi je jedini stanar posljednjih šest godina - prenosi Fenix.

Kako je otkrio za “Abendzeitung”, u zgradu se doselio prije 36 godina. Kao bivši stolar u Bavaria Filmu, sam je renovirao stan.

Potpisao je ugovor o najmu stana, a mjesečna najamnina je bila 382,01 tadašnjih njemačkih maraka što je danas 193 eura. Od kad je potpisao ugovor do danas se cijena najma nije mijenjala.

Naime, dogodilo se to da je 2018. godine tvrtka “Altschwabing Projekt GmbH” kupila zgradu s namjerom renoviranja i iznajmljivanja po višoj cijeni. Većina njegovih susjeda prihvatila je otpremnine i iselila se. Ali on je bio neodlučan i odlučio je ostati u stanu.

– Ubrzo nakon toga, münchenska Uprava za zaštitu spomenika stavila je veto na planove novog vlasnika kuće. Od tada traje njihov sudski spor, kaže Stolla.

Dok se taj spor ne okonča, Stolla može nastaviti živjeti u Schwabingu za 193 eura mjesečno.

Burkhard Stolla (69) stanuje u prekrasnom stanu na jednoj od najtraženijih lokacija u Münchenu. Najam stana plaća samo 193 eura mjesečno što je tek šestina od uobičajene stanarine.

Kako javlja Focus.de, Stolla živi sam u stanu od 45 četvornih metara u ulici Occamstraße, u samom srcu münchenske četvrti Schwabing. U zgradi je jedini stanar posljednjih šest godina - prenosi Fenix.

Kako je otkrio za “Abendzeitung”, u zgradu se doselio prije 36 godina. Kao bivši stolar u Bavaria Filmu, sam je renovirao stan.

Potpisao je ugovor o najmu stana, a mjesečna najamnina je bila 382,01 tadašnjih njemačkih maraka što je danas 193 eura. Od kad je potpisao ugovor do danas se cijena najma nije mijenjala.

Naime, dogodilo se to da je 2018. godine tvrtka “Altschwabing Projekt GmbH” kupila zgradu s namjerom renoviranja i iznajmljivanja po višoj cijeni. Većina njegovih susjeda prihvatila je otpremnine i iselila se. Ali on je bio neodlučan i odlučio je ostati u stanu.

– Ubrzo nakon toga, münchenska Uprava za zaštitu spomenika stavila je veto na planove novog vlasnika kuće. Od tada traje njihov sudski spor, kaže Stolla.

Dok se taj spor ne okonča, Stolla može nastaviti živjeti u Schwabingu za 193 eura mjesečno.

Burkhard Stolla (69) stanuje u prekrasnom stanu na jednoj od najtraženijih lokacija u Münchenu. Najam stana plaća samo 193 eura mjesečno što je tek šestina od uobičajene stanarine.

Kako javlja Focus.de, Stolla živi sam u stanu od 45 četvornih metara u ulici Occamstraße, u samom srcu münchenske četvrti Schwabing. U zgradi je jedini stanar posljednjih šest godina - prenosi Fenix.

Kako je otkrio za “Abendzeitung”, u zgradu se doselio prije 36 godina. Kao bivši stolar u Bavaria Filmu, sam je renovirao stan.

Potpisao je ugovor o najmu stana, a mjesečna najamnina je bila 382,01 tadašnjih njemačkih maraka što je danas 193 eura. Od kad je potpisao ugovor do danas se cijena najma nije mijenjala.

Naime, dogodilo se to da je 2018. godine tvrtka “Altschwabing Projekt GmbH” kupila zgradu s namjerom renoviranja i iznajmljivanja po višoj cijeni. Većina njegovih susjeda prihvatila je otpremnine i iselila se. Ali on je bio neodlučan i odlučio je ostati u stanu.

– Ubrzo nakon toga, münchenska Uprava za zaštitu spomenika stavila je veto na planove novog vlasnika kuće. Od tada traje njihov sudski spor, kaže Stolla.

Dok se taj spor ne okonča, Stolla može nastaviti živjeti u Schwabingu za 193 eura mjesečno.
