Iako će vam mnogi reći kako za ispucale vrhove nema spasa - osim šišanja, brojne beauty blogerice koje su isprobale tretman toplim maslinovim uljem tvrde suprotno.

Mnoge od njih kunu se kako im je ovaj tretman doslovno spasio kosu pa ga svakako ne bi bilo zgorega isprobati prije nego što se odlučite na novu, kraću frizuru koju, ustvari, uopće ne želite.

Evo što vam je činiti:

1. Ulijte oko 2 decilitra maslinova ulja u metalnu posudu te zagrijte na štednjaku dok ne bude jako toplo, no nikako prevruće da vam ne bi ispeklo tjeme i dodatno oštetilo kosu

2. Kosu svežite u rep te cijeli rep umočite u zagrijano maslinovo ulje dok se dobro ne natopi. Višak lagano iscijedite natrag u posudu

3. Sada se nagnite nad kadu i ostatak ulja nanesite na cijelo tjeme te lagano češljajući gustim češljem (po mogućnosti drvenim) rasporedite po svakom djeliću tjemena i kose

4. Kosu lagano smotajte u opuštenu pundžu pa umotajte u najlon koji će održavati toplinu. Za to vam može poslužiti kuhinjska prijanjajuća folija ili obična plastična vrećica koju ćete lako svezati oko glave.

5. Povrh najlonske vrećice ili folije omotajte 'turban' od debelog ručnika

6. Ostavite djelovati barem pola sata te operite kosu na uobičajen način

7. Ponovite ovaj tretman jednom tjedno, već nakon mjesec dana trebali biste biti oduševljeni nevjerojatnim rezultatima

Iako će vam mnogi reći kako za ispucale vrhove nema spasa - osim šišanja, brojne beauty blogerice koje su isprobale tretman toplim maslinovim uljem tvrde suprotno.

Mnoge od njih kunu se kako im je ovaj tretman doslovno spasio kosu pa ga svakako ne bi bilo zgorega isprobati prije nego što se odlučite na novu, kraću frizuru koju, ustvari, uopće ne želite.

Evo što vam je činiti:

1. Ulijte oko 2 decilitra maslinova ulja u metalnu posudu te zagrijte na štednjaku dok ne bude jako toplo, no nikako prevruće da vam ne bi ispeklo tjeme i dodatno oštetilo kosu

2. Kosu svežite u rep te cijeli rep umočite u zagrijano maslinovo ulje dok se dobro ne natopi. Višak lagano iscijedite natrag u posudu

3. Sada se nagnite nad kadu i ostatak ulja nanesite na cijelo tjeme te lagano češljajući gustim češljem (po mogućnosti drvenim) rasporedite po svakom djeliću tjemena i kose

4. Kosu lagano smotajte u opuštenu pundžu pa umotajte u najlon koji će održavati toplinu. Za to vam može poslužiti kuhinjska prijanjajuća folija ili obična plastična vrećica koju ćete lako svezati oko glave.

5. Povrh najlonske vrećice ili folije omotajte 'turban' od debelog ručnika

6. Ostavite djelovati barem pola sata te operite kosu na uobičajen način

7. Ponovite ovaj tretman jednom tjedno, već nakon mjesec dana trebali biste biti oduševljeni nevjerojatnim rezultatima

Tretman toplim maslinovim uljem spasit će i najoštećeniju kosu

Suha, oštećena kosa problem je mnogih žena, a osobito onih koje svoju kosu farbaju u svjetlije nijanse od svoje prirodne boje.

Iako će vam mnogi reći kako za ispucale vrhove nema spasa - osim šišanja, brojne beauty blogerice koje su isprobale tretman toplim maslinovim uljem tvrde suprotno.
