Najbolji restoran na svijetu je talijanski Osteria Francescana iz Modene, a drugi najbolji je španjolski restoran El Celler De Can Roca, koji je lani bio na tronu. Prestižan izbor 50 najboljih restorana na svijetu održan je u New Yorku.

Chef najboljeg restorana na svijetu je Massimo Bottura, za kojeg često kažu da je oživio klasičnu talijansku kuhinju spravljajući jela koja "kombiniraju tradiciju i moderno te dodiruju sva osjetila".

"Hvala vam svima. Naš posao vrti se oko napornog rada. Ljudi misle da smo poput rock zvijezda, ali mi dajemo sve od sebe. Da biste uspjeli treba naporno raditi u kuhinji", rekao je, mašući talijanskom zastavom na pozornici.

Nagradu za životno djelo osvojio je francuski chef Alain Passard koji vodi pariški L'Arpège, dok je nagradu za najbolju cheficu preuzela Dominique Crenn iz američkog Atelier Crenn.

Najbolji restoran na svijetu je talijanski Osteria Francescana iz Modene, a drugi najbolji je španjolski restoran El Celler De Can Roca, koji je lani bio na tronu. Prestižan izbor 50 najboljih restorana na svijetu održan je u New Yorku.

Chef najboljeg restorana na svijetu je Massimo Bottura, za kojeg često kažu da je oživio klasičnu talijansku kuhinju spravljajući jela koja "kombiniraju tradiciju i moderno te dodiruju sva osjetila".

"Hvala vam svima. Naš posao vrti se oko napornog rada. Ljudi misle da smo poput rock zvijezda, ali mi dajemo sve od sebe. Da biste uspjeli treba naporno raditi u kuhinji", rekao je, mašući talijanskom zastavom na pozornici.

Nagradu za životno djelo osvojio je francuski chef Alain Passard koji vodi pariški L'Arpège, dok je nagradu za najbolju cheficu preuzela Dominique Crenn iz američkog Atelier Crenn.

Najbolji restoran na svijetu je talijanski Osteria Francescana iz Modene, a drugi najbolji je španjolski restoran El Celler De Can Roca, koji je lani bio na tronu. Prestižan izbor 50 najboljih restorana na svijetu održan je u New Yorku.
