Postoji li brži način za uljepšati tmurni dan od – konzumacije barem malo čokolade?

Zahladilo je (nećemo reći "napokon", nismo od te sorte), što je – tu je; vrijeme je za ovakvo vrijeme. No, primiče se i doba božićnih blagdana, kad će sve prštati od kolača i slatkarija, a dok se to još nije zalaufalo krenimo s jednim jednostavnim, štoviše starinskim receptom: tortom od maka oblivenom, pogađate, čokoladom.

To će nam svima dobro sjesti na ovakav dan.

Retro-komponenta krije se u dobrom, starom – pa čak i dobrano zaboravljenom – maku. Od njega su naše majke i bake radile bezbroj slatkarija, a posljednjih je desetljeća nekako potonuo u arhivu. Izvucimo ga van, oblijmo čokoladom i popravimo dan!

Ne zaboravite da ovojnica makove sjemenke sadrži korisna vlakna koja tijekom procesa probave apsorbiraju višak vode, te povoljno utječu na cijeli trakt. Također, vlakna sadržana u maku smanjuju LDL kolesterol, vezujući štetne spojeve, a makove sjemenke obiluju i raznim vrijednim mineralima (mangan, bakar, kalcij, fosfor, željezo, magnezij, cink …). K tomu sadrže do 35 % ulja koja su bogata nezasićenim masnim kiselinama, posebno oleinskom i linolnom, zaslužnima za imunitet a s povoljnim djelovanjem na krvni tlak, kardiovaskularni sustav...

Starinski kolač s makom i rumom, obliven čokoladom

No, hajdmo van s tom ricetom!

U veliku zdjelu ubacite dva-tri cijela jajeta i malu šalicu smeđeg šećera (može i muscovado), pa ih dobro utucite pjenjačom. Potom dodajte veliku šalicu pirovog brašna – pir mi se svidio zbog svojstava na koja je ukazala Kuharica Svete Hildegarde u izdanju Verbuma, toplo vam preporučam tu knjigu – i sve sjedinite te dodajte jedan prah za pecivo i obilati bićerin – ruma.

Rum je također retro-aromatik za kolače, preteča mnogih današnjih raznovrsnih aroma. Nekoć je bio jedan od rijetkih, i mnogi su slatki pripravci prije tridesetak godina mirisali baš na rum.

Dodajte u smjesu i mjericu ulja i/li maslaca po želji, da fino zamasti sve skupa i na koncu malu šalicu punu modrog maka za kolače. Dobro izmiješajte pjenjačom do guste, ali još uvijek tekuće konzistencije. Ako je pregusto, ulijte u smjesu malo mlijeka.

Pretočite smjesu pažljivo u maslacem premazan kalup za tortu, podložen papirom za pečenje (da vam bude lakše odvojiti kad se ispeče).

Ovisno o tome kakva vam je peć pecite na 180 stupnjeva nekih 40 minuta. Kad čakalica bude suha, gotovo je, to znate.

Izvadite biskvit iz pećnice, stavite na rešetku da se hladi pod čistom krpom, kako bi ostao mekan. Kad se prohladi (ne i sasvim ohladi) namažite ga pekmezom od borovnice ili šljive (i to je retro, zar ne?), pa preko toga obilno zalijte gusto rastopljenom čokoladom koju ste friško prije tog "izljeva" otopili sa slatkim vrhnjem. Nemojte pretjerati s gustoćom, da čokoada ne bi pucala od tvrdoće kad biskvit budete razrezivali.

Možete vrh ukrasiti i metvicom, ako vam je koji listić preživio, skuhajte sebi dobru kavu, zagrizite i... Dan je odmah ljepši!

Postoji li brži način za uljepšati tmurni dan od – konzumacije barem malo čokolade?

Zahladilo je (nećemo reći "napokon", nismo od te sorte), što je – tu je; vrijeme je za ovakvo vrijeme. No, primiče se i doba božićnih blagdana, kad će sve prštati od kolača i slatkarija, a dok se to još nije zalaufalo krenimo s jednim jednostavnim, štoviše starinskim receptom: tortom od maka oblivenom, pogađate, čokoladom.

To će nam svima dobro sjesti na ovakav dan.

Retro-komponenta krije se u dobrom, starom – pa čak i dobrano zaboravljenom – maku. Od njega su naše majke i bake radile bezbroj slatkarija, a posljednjih je desetljeća nekako potonuo u arhivu. Izvucimo ga van, oblijmo čokoladom i popravimo dan!

Ne zaboravite da ovojnica makove sjemenke sadrži korisna vlakna koja tijekom procesa probave apsorbiraju višak vode, te povoljno utječu na cijeli trakt. Također, vlakna sadržana u maku smanjuju LDL kolesterol, vezujući štetne spojeve, a makove sjemenke obiluju i raznim vrijednim mineralima (mangan, bakar, kalcij, fosfor, željezo, magnezij, cink …). K tomu sadrže do 35 % ulja koja su bogata nezasićenim masnim kiselinama, posebno oleinskom i linolnom, zaslužnima za imunitet a s povoljnim djelovanjem na krvni tlak, kardiovaskularni sustav...

No, hajdmo van s tom ricetom!

U veliku zdjelu ubacite dva-tri cijela jajeta i malu šalicu smeđeg šećera (može i muscovado), pa ih dobro utucite pjenjačom. Potom dodajte veliku šalicu pirovog brašna – pir mi se svidio zbog svojstava na koja je ukazala Kuharica Svete Hildegarde u izdanju Verbuma, toplo vam preporučam tu knjigu – i sve sjedinite te dodajte jedan prah za pecivo i obilati bićerin – ruma.

Rum je također retro-aromatik za kolače, preteča mnogih današnjih raznovrsnih aroma. Nekoć je bio jedan od rijetkih, i mnogi su slatki pripravci prije tridesetak godina mirisali baš na rum.

Dodajte u smjesu i mjericu ulja i/li maslaca po želji, da fino zamasti sve skupa i na koncu malu šalicu punu modrog maka za kolače. Dobro izmiješajte pjenjačom do guste, ali još uvijek tekuće konzistencije. Ako je pregusto, ulijte u smjesu malo mlijeka.

Pretočite smjesu pažljivo u maslacem premazan kalup za tortu, podložen papirom za pečenje (da vam bude lakše odvojiti kad se ispeče).

Ovisno o tome kakva vam je peć pecite na 180 stupnjeva nekih 40 minuta. Kad čakalica bude suha, gotovo je, to znate.

Izvadite biskvit iz pećnice, stavite na rešetku da se hladi pod čistom krpom, kako bi ostao mekan. Kad se prohladi (ne i sasvim ohladi) namažite ga pekmezom od borovnice ili šljive (i to je retro, zar ne?), pa preko toga obilno zalijte gusto rastopljenom čokoladom koju ste friško prije tog "izljeva" otopili sa slatkim vrhnjem. Nemojte pretjerati s gustoćom, da čokoada ne bi pucala od tvrdoće kad biskvit budete razrezivali.

Možete vrh ukrasiti i metvicom, ako vam je koji listić preživio, skuhajte sebi dobru kavu, zagrizite i... Dan je odmah ljepši!
