Multinacionalna automobilska grupa Stellantis objavila je da će otpustiti oko 400 radnika u SAD-u kako bi smanjila troškove i poboljšala učinkovitost, najavljujući pojačanu proizvodnju električnih vozila

Talijansko-američki proizvođač automobila objavio je da od 31. ožujka ukida 400 inženjersko/tehnoloških i softverskih radnih mjesta u SAD-u, što odgovara dva posto radne snage na takvim poslovima u podružnicama širom svijeta.

- Automobilska industrija i dalje se suočava s neizvjesnošću bez presedana i pojačanim konkurentskim pritiscima diljem svijeta pa Stellantis nastavlja s odgovarajućim strukturnim odlukama na razini cijele kompanije kako bi poboljšao učinkovitost i optimizirao strukturu troškova - priopćila je kompanija.

Početkom mjeseca predsjednik sindikata United Auto Workersa (UAW) Shawn Fain rekao je da je Stellantis otpustio 2.000 privremenih radnika u SAD-u, pripisavši odluku "korporativnoj pohlepi". Napomenuo je i da je prema najnovijem ugovoru UAW-a i uprave oko 3000 privremeno zaposlenih dobilo stalan posao.

Stellantis je prošle godine u ponudi otpremnina za dobrovoljni odlazak radnika istaknuo pripreme za "prijelaz na električna vozila", nakon što je zaposlenicima bio priopćio da je analiza poslovanja pokazala da "moramo postati učinkovitiji".

Uprava nije objavila koliko je radnika ponudila otpremnine. U veljači izvijestili su da su u Sjevernoj Americi na kraju prošle godine zapošljavali 81.341 radnika, u odnosu na 88.835 na kraju 2022.

Stellantis planira od 2030. nuditi najmanje 25 baterijsko-električnih modela automobila u SAD-u.

Multinacionalna automobilska grupa Stellantis objavila je da će otpustiti oko 400 radnika u SAD-u kako bi smanjila troškove i poboljšala učinkovitost, najavljujući pojačanu proizvodnju električnih vozila

Talijansko-američki proizvođač automobila objavio je da od 31. ožujka ukida 400 inženjersko/tehnoloških i softverskih radnih mjesta u SAD-u, što odgovara dva posto radne snage na takvim poslovima u podružnicama širom svijeta.

- Automobilska industrija i dalje se suočava s neizvjesnošću bez presedana i pojačanim konkurentskim pritiscima diljem svijeta pa Stellantis nastavlja s odgovarajućim strukturnim odlukama na razini cijele kompanije kako bi poboljšao učinkovitost i optimizirao strukturu troškova - priopćila je kompanija.

Početkom mjeseca predsjednik sindikata United Auto Workersa (UAW) Shawn Fain rekao je da je Stellantis otpustio 2.000 privremenih radnika u SAD-u, pripisavši odluku "korporativnoj pohlepi". Napomenuo je i da je prema najnovijem ugovoru UAW-a i uprave oko 3000 privremeno zaposlenih dobilo stalan posao.

Stellantis je prošle godine u ponudi otpremnina za dobrovoljni odlazak radnika istaknuo pripreme za "prijelaz na električna vozila", nakon što je zaposlenicima bio priopćio da je analiza poslovanja pokazala da "moramo postati učinkovitiji".

Uprava nije objavila koliko je radnika ponudila otpremnine. U veljači izvijestili su da su u Sjevernoj Americi na kraju prošle godine zapošljavali 81.341 radnika, u odnosu na 88.835 na kraju 2022.

Stellantis planira od 2030. nuditi najmanje 25 baterijsko-električnih modela automobila u SAD-u.

Multinacionalna automobilska grupa gasi 400 radnih mjesta kako bi smanjila troškove i poboljšala učinkovitost

Multinacionalna automobilska grupa Stellantis objavila je da će otpustiti oko 400 radnika u SAD-u kako bi smanjila troškove i poboljšala učinkovitost, najavljujući pojačanu proizvodnju električnih vozila

Talijansko-američki proizvođač automobila objavio je da od 31. ožujka ukida 400 inženjersko/tehnoloških i softverskih radnih mjesta u SAD-u, što odgovara dva posto radne snage na takvim poslovima u podružnicama širom svijeta.

- Automobilska industrija i dalje se suočava s neizvjesnošću bez presedana i pojačanim konkurentskim pritiscima diljem svijeta pa Stellantis nastavlja s odgovarajućim strukturnim odlukama na razini cijele kompanije kako bi poboljšao učinkovitost i optimizirao strukturu troškova - priopćila je kompanija.

Početkom mjeseca predsjednik sindikata United Auto Workersa (UAW) Shawn Fain rekao je da je Stellantis otpustio 2.000 privremenih radnika u SAD-u, pripisavši odluku "korporativnoj pohlepi". Napomenuo je i da je prema najnovijem ugovoru UAW-a i uprave oko 3000 privremeno zaposlenih dobilo stalan posao.

Stellantis je prošle godine u ponudi otpremnina za dobrovoljni odlazak radnika istaknuo pripreme za "prijelaz na električna vozila", nakon što je zaposlenicima bio priopćio da je analiza poslovanja pokazala da "moramo postati učinkovitiji".

Uprava nije objavila koliko je radnika ponudila otpremnine. U veljači izvijestili su da su u Sjevernoj Americi na kraju prošle godine zapošljavali 81.341 radnika, u odnosu na 88.835 na kraju 2022.

Stellantis planira od 2030. nuditi najmanje 25 baterijsko-električnih modela automobila u SAD-u.
