Na samom zalasku godine u splitskom Gradskom kazalištu mladih odigrala se jedna kazališna dogodovština, ljekovite atmosfere.

U pitanju je kabaret pod nazivom "Momo, ča je život" koji oživljava uspomenu na pjesnika, tekstopisca i novinskog reportera Momčila Popadića.

Predstava je uz financijsku podršku "Slobodne Dalmacije" i Grada Splita osmišljena u prošloj godini, kao marker da je prošlo 30 godina od kada nas je napustio tek načevši peto desetljeće života, no epidemijski razlozi otkotrljali su je čak do kraja 2021. godine.

No, s obzirom na vijesti uz koje živimo njezin je učinak tim veći!

Odmah na početku treba reći da je autorski tim koji tvore novinar Damir Šarac, redatelj Bojan Brajčić, glumac Marjan Nejašmić Banić i student glume Petar Salečić pronašao pravu mjeru kako bi u nepunih sat vremena zaokružio jednu priču o velikom splitskom kreativcu čiji su talenti bili mnogostruki.

Iskoristivši nekoliko njegovih nadahnutih reportaža kao materijal za stvaranje kazališnih likova, kao i njegove emocijama nabijene stihove, cjelinu su zaokružili pjesmama s liste Popadićevih velikih pop-hitova koje su u novom aranžmanu – uz dvije gitare i tri muška glasa – zvučale nevjerojatno svježe i obnovljene.

Bilo je sve to radosno i duhovito, izloženo improvizaciji i nimalo patetično, kako i priliči autoru koji je zapamćen po svojoj neobuzdanoj životnoj energiji, čemu je u najvećoj mjeri kumovao razigrani i raspoloženi Marjan Nejašmić Banić.

Njegova minijatura iz Popadićeve reportaže sa "gospođom Šegvić, rođenom Piplović" bila je pokazna vježba raskošnoga glumačkog talenta, nagrađena salvama smijeha u publici, a njoj uz bok je bila i priča o povratniku iz Amerike rodom iz Čaporica. Ništa manje splitski je glumac bio dojmljiv i kao pjevač.

Iako su odabrali ponajprije duhoviti karakter Popadićeva reportažnog pisanja za ovu kabaretsku predstavu – što treba pozdraviti, ta smijeha nam najviše fali! – ne može se reći da scenarij igra samo na jednu kartu, tek da bi se publika zabavila.

Iz odabranih novinskih zapisa iščitava se koliko je Popadić uvijek "nastojao imati vremena za ljude" jer o njima se jedino i može tako životno pisati.

Iako se i danas novinarstvo, tematski, vrti oko istih tema kao i u Popadićevo vrijeme krajem osamdesetih godina, više ništa nije isto. Ponajprije zato jer su njegove reportaže, u najboljoj maniri tog novinarskog žanra, bile bliže književnosti, male forme s razrađenom dramaturgijom koje su uz njegov pjesnički leksik stvarale snažne i životne slike. Momo je stvarao riječi, on ih nije samo koristio, bio je nenadmašan u pretapanju pjesničkog u dnevno novinarsko pisanje.

Na najpopularniju njegovu proznu zbirku "Živit u strpjenstvu ili Momo, zašto se kriviš" podsjetio je student splitske Glumačke akademije Petar Salečić, Smokvičanin, sjajnom interpretacijom u originalnom korčulanskom dijalektu.

On je, zajedno s Brajčićem, zaslužan za glazbeno ruho kabarea. Pjesme poput "Skitnica", "Svoju zvizdu slidin", "Tonka", "Oprosti mi, pape", "Ne budi me mati", "Reci mi tiho, tiho", koje su uglazbili Rajko Dujmić i Zdenko Runjić, stvorile su intimno ozračje, a zatim nagnale publiku da se u početku stidljivo, a prema kraju predstave i bez kočnica pridruže u pjevanju. Pogotovo u "Hajdučkoj"!

Upravo zato se čini kako bi kabare "Momo, ča je život" bio još efektniji u nekom klupskom prostoru gdje bi zborno pjevanje od početka postojalo kao mogućnost.

Kabare će voljeti oni koji su čitali Momčila Popadića u vrijeme kada je stvarao svoje čudesne reportaže i stihove, a oni mlađi, koji ga znaju samo kao autora songova, sve što su oduvijek željeli znati o Momi doznat će ako pogledaju ovu predstavu.

Na samom zalasku godine u splitskom Gradskom kazalištu mladih odigrala se jedna kazališna dogodovština, ljekovite atmosfere.

U pitanju je kabaret pod nazivom "Momo, ča je život" koji oživljava uspomenu na pjesnika, tekstopisca i novinskog reportera Momčila Popadića.

Predstava je uz financijsku podršku "Slobodne Dalmacije" i Grada Splita osmišljena u prošloj godini, kao marker da je prošlo 30 godina od kada nas je napustio tek načevši peto desetljeće života, no epidemijski razlozi otkotrljali su je čak do kraja 2021. godine.

No, s obzirom na vijesti uz koje živimo njezin je učinak tim veći!

Odmah na početku treba reći da je autorski tim koji tvore novinar Damir Šarac, redatelj Bojan Brajčić, glumac Marjan Nejašmić Banić i student glume Petar Salečić pronašao pravu mjeru kako bi u nepunih sat vremena zaokružio jednu priču o velikom splitskom kreativcu čiji su talenti bili mnogostruki.

Iskoristivši nekoliko njegovih nadahnutih reportaža kao materijal za stvaranje kazališnih likova, kao i njegove emocijama nabijene stihove, cjelinu su zaokružili pjesmama s liste Popadićevih velikih pop-hitova koje su u novom aranžmanu – uz dvije gitare i tri muška glasa – zvučale nevjerojatno svježe i obnovljene.

Bilo je sve to radosno i duhovito, izloženo improvizaciji i nimalo patetično, kako i priliči autoru koji je zapamćen po svojoj neobuzdanoj životnoj energiji, čemu je u najvećoj mjeri kumovao razigrani i raspoloženi Marjan Nejašmić Banić.

Njegova minijatura iz Popadićeve reportaže sa "gospođom Šegvić, rođenom Piplović" bila je pokazna vježba raskošnoga glumačkog talenta, nagrađena salvama smijeha u publici, a njoj uz bok je bila i priča o povratniku iz Amerike rodom iz Čaporica. Ništa manje splitski je glumac bio dojmljiv i kao pjevač.

Iako su odabrali ponajprije duhoviti karakter Popadićeva reportažnog pisanja za ovu kabaretsku predstavu – što treba pozdraviti, ta smijeha nam najviše fali! – ne može se reći da scenarij igra samo na jednu kartu, tek da bi se publika zabavila.

Iz odabranih novinskih zapisa iščitava se koliko je Popadić uvijek "nastojao imati vremena za ljude" jer o njima se jedino i može tako životno pisati.

Iako se i danas novinarstvo, tematski, vrti oko istih tema kao i u Popadićevo vrijeme krajem osamdesetih godina, više ništa nije isto. Ponajprije zato jer su njegove reportaže, u najboljoj maniri tog novinarskog žanra, bile bliže književnosti, male forme s razrađenom dramaturgijom koje su uz njegov pjesnički leksik stvarale snažne i životne slike. Momo je stvarao riječi, on ih nije samo koristio, bio je nenadmašan u pretapanju pjesničkog u dnevno novinarsko pisanje.

Na najpopularniju njegovu proznu zbirku "Živit u strpjenstvu ili Momo, zašto se kriviš" podsjetio je student splitske Glumačke akademije Petar Salečić, Smokvičanin, sjajnom interpretacijom u originalnom korčulanskom dijalektu.

On je, zajedno s Brajčićem, zaslužan za glazbeno ruho kabarea. Pjesme poput "Skitnica", "Svoju zvizdu slidin", "Tonka", "Oprosti mi, pape", "Ne budi me mati", "Reci mi tiho, tiho", koje su uglazbili Rajko Dujmić i Zdenko Runjić, stvorile su intimno ozračje, a zatim nagnale publiku da se u početku stidljivo, a prema kraju predstave i bez kočnica pridruže u pjevanju. Pogotovo u "Hajdučkoj"!

Upravo zato se čini kako bi kabare "Momo, ča je život" bio još efektniji u nekom klupskom prostoru gdje bi zborno pjevanje od početka postojalo kao mogućnost.

Kabare će voljeti oni koji su čitali Momčila Popadića u vrijeme kada je stvarao svoje čudesne reportaže i stihove, a oni mlađi, koji ga znaju samo kao autora songova, sve što su oduvijek željeli znati o Momi doznat će ako pogledaju ovu predstavu.
