"Gaslighting", ili iskustvo manipulacije koja za cilj ima da posumnjate u svoje osjećaje i percepciju stvarnosti, može se dogoditi svakome.

Ovo se ponašanje često koristi za stjecanje moći i kontrole u odnosima. Biti na udaru može štetiti vašem samopoštovanju i čak dovesti do ozbiljne kliničke tjeskobe ili depresije.

Dr. Cortney Warren, psihologinja s Harvarda koja se specijalizirala za traume i odnose, primijetila  je ovo ponašanje iz prve ruke. Warren sad ukazuje na devet fraza koje bi mogle pokazati da imate problema sa ozbiljnim manipulatorom, prenosi CNBC.

1. ‘Ti si lud.‘

Partner vam ovo govori kako bi vas naveo da preispitate svoj zdrav razum. Davanje izravnih komentara koji podrivaju vašu perspektivu ili racionalnost uobičajena je taktika.

Kako odgovoriti:

"Molim te, ne dovodi u pitanje moju sposobnost jasnog razmišljanja."

“Čak i ako se ne slažemo, ovako mi izgleda stvarnost.”

2. ‘Pretjeruješ.’

Optužujući vas da ste dramatični, manipulator pokušava odbaciti vašu zabrinutost kao iracionalnu i neutemeljenu.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Bez obzira na to slažeš li se sa mnom ili ne, ja se sada ovako osjećam.”

“Cijenio bih kad ne bi osuđivao moje osjećaje. One su moje i nisu za raspravu.”

3. ‘Samo sam se šalio!’

Manipulatori koji koriste ‘gaslighting‘ kao svoju taktiku, često umanjuju značaj svojih zlobnih komentara ili kritika. Zbog toga se možete zapitati jeste li pretjerano osjetljivi, čak i kada niste.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Taj je komentar tebi možda bio smiješan, ali povrijedio je moje osjećaje.”

“Nije mi se činilo da se šališ i bio bih ti zahvalan da ne razgovaraš sa mnom na taj način.”

4. ‘Ti si me natjerao na to.’

Kada nešto ne ide kako su planirali, ‘gaslighteri‘ će često pokušati izbjeći preuzimanje odgovornosti prebacujući svaku kritiku i krivnju na vas.

Kako odgovoriti:

"Zapravo te ne mogu natjerati da učiniš bilo što."

“Tvoje ponašanje je odraz vaših izbora, a ne mojih.”

5. ‘Da me voliš, dopustio bi mi da radim što želim.’

Kada pokušate postaviti granice s ovakvim manipulatorom, oni se mogu osjećati nepravo i pokušati vas natjerati da se osjećate krivima govoreći da vam nije stalo do njih, piše CNBC.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Moje granice su odraz mojih vrijednosti i načina na koji sam odlučio živjeti svoj život.”

“Ne osjećam se ugodno radeći ovo. Govorim, ne tražim od tebe da poštujete moje granice.”

6. ‘Govorim ti ovo samo zato što te volim.’

‘Gaslighteri‘ pravdavaju nepristojne — ponekad uvredljive — komentare govoreći da dolaze iz ljubavi. Zbog toga vam može biti teže vjerovati svojim osjećajima i postaviti zdrave granice.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Cijenim to što me voliš, ali ne smeta mi način na koji razgovaraš sa mnom.”

“To nije način na koji želim da mi se pokazuje ljubav.”

7. ‘Ovo je sve tvoja krivnja.‘

Manipulator vas može pokušati optužiti za štetne radnje čak i ako postoje jasni dokazi da se ponaša slično.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Siguran sam da na neki način pridonosim našim problemima u vezi, ali i ti također. Oboje moramo biti voljni promijeniti se ako želimo ovo učiniti boljim.”

"Spreman sam preuzeti odgovornost za svoju ulogu u ovome, ali ne preuzimam odgovornost za tvoju."

8. ‘Svi se slažu sa mnom — samo si težak.’

Lažno svrstavajući se uz druge, ‘gaslighteri‘ mogu pokušati manipulirati vama da povjerujete da ih trebate. Njihov cilj je da vas natjeraju da mislite da ste sami i da vas nitko drugi neće trpjeti.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Bio bih vam zahvalan kad bi govorio u svoje ime, a ne u ime drugih ljudi.”

“Čujem da ti je teško. Ostanimo fokusirani na to.”

9. ‘Pravi problem je...‘

Kad ih se prozove, ‘gaslighteri‘ mogu pokušati skrenuti pozornost sa sebe. To vam olakšava da ostanete usredotočeni na ono što nije u redu s nekim ili nečim drugim.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Molim te, ne mijenjaj temu.”

"Čini se da ne želiš priznati kako pridonosiš problemu."

"Gaslighting", ili iskustvo manipulacije koja za cilj ima da posumnjate u svoje osjećaje i percepciju stvarnosti, može se dogoditi svakome.

Ovo se ponašanje često koristi za stjecanje moći i kontrole u odnosima. Biti na udaru može štetiti vašem samopoštovanju i čak dovesti do ozbiljne kliničke tjeskobe ili depresije.

Dr. Cortney Warren, psihologinja s Harvarda koja se specijalizirala za traume i odnose, primijetila  je ovo ponašanje iz prve ruke. Warren sad ukazuje na devet fraza koje bi mogle pokazati da imate problema sa ozbiljnim manipulatorom, prenosi CNBC.

1. ‘Ti si lud.‘

Partner vam ovo govori kako bi vas naveo da preispitate svoj zdrav razum. Davanje izravnih komentara koji podrivaju vašu perspektivu ili racionalnost uobičajena je taktika.

Kako odgovoriti:

"Molim te, ne dovodi u pitanje moju sposobnost jasnog razmišljanja."

“Cijenio bih kad ne bi osuđivao moje osjećaje. One su moje i nisu za raspravu.”

3. ‘Samo sam se šalio!’

Manipulatori koji koriste ‘gaslighting‘ kao svoju taktiku, često umanjuju značaj svojih zlobnih komentara ili kritika. Zbog toga se možete zapitati jeste li pretjerano osjetljivi, čak i kada niste.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Taj je komentar tebi možda bio smiješan, ali povrijedio je moje osjećaje.”

“Nije mi se činilo da se šališ i bio bih ti zahvalan da ne razgovaraš sa mnom na taj način.”

4. ‘Ti si me natjerao na to.’

Kada nešto ne ide kako su planirali, ‘gaslighteri‘ će često pokušati izbjeći preuzimanje odgovornosti prebacujući svaku kritiku i krivnju na vas.

Kako odgovoriti:

"Zapravo te ne mogu natjerati da učiniš bilo što."

“Tvoje ponašanje je odraz vaših izbora, a ne mojih.”

5. ‘Da me voliš, dopustio bi mi da radim što želim.’

Kada pokušate postaviti granice s ovakvim manipulatorom, oni se mogu osjećati nepravo i pokušati vas natjerati da se osjećate krivima govoreći da vam nije stalo do njih, piše CNBC.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Moje granice su odraz mojih vrijednosti i načina na koji sam odlučio živjeti svoj život.”

“Ne osjećam se ugodno radeći ovo. Govorim, ne tražim od tebe da poštujete moje granice.”

6. ‘Govorim ti ovo samo zato što te volim.’

‘Gaslighteri‘ pravdavaju nepristojne — ponekad uvredljive — komentare govoreći da dolaze iz ljubavi. Zbog toga vam može biti teže vjerovati svojim osjećajima i postaviti zdrave granice.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Cijenim to što me voliš, ali ne smeta mi način na koji razgovaraš sa mnom.”

“To nije način na koji želim da mi se pokazuje ljubav.”

7. ‘Ovo je sve tvoja krivnja.‘

Manipulator vas može pokušati optužiti za štetne radnje čak i ako postoje jasni dokazi da se ponaša slično.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Siguran sam da na neki način pridonosim našim problemima u vezi, ali i ti također. Oboje moramo biti voljni promijeniti se ako želimo ovo učiniti boljim.”

"Spreman sam preuzeti odgovornost za svoju ulogu u ovome, ali ne preuzimam odgovornost za tvoju."

8. ‘Svi se slažu sa mnom — samo si težak.’

Lažno svrstavajući se uz druge, ‘gaslighteri‘ mogu pokušati manipulirati vama da povjerujete da ih trebate. Njihov cilj je da vas natjeraju da mislite da ste sami i da vas nitko drugi neće trpjeti.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Bio bih vam zahvalan kad bi govorio u svoje ime, a ne u ime drugih ljudi.”

“Čujem da ti je teško. Ostanimo fokusirani na to.”

9. ‘Pravi problem je...‘

Kad ih se prozove, ‘gaslighteri‘ mogu pokušati skrenuti pozornost sa sebe. To vam olakšava da ostanete usredotočeni na ono što nije u redu s nekim ili nečim drugim.

Kako odgovoriti:

“Molim te, ne mijenjaj temu.”

"Čini se da ne želiš priznati kako pridonosiš problemu."
