- Trpim, trpim, trpim i trpim, al‘ više ne mogu. Sada se ogorčeno ljutim! Meni to ide na živce.

Nema svitla nakon deset navečer. Pa nismo mi u 16. stoljeću. Događaju se pljačke, vukovi nam dolaze. Ne smimo od straha izaći iz kuće. Pa ljudi je li to normalno - pita se 70-godišnji Ljube Kardum iz Provića, jednog od 41 mjesta na administrativnom području Grada Benkovca kojima se drugu godinu za redom zbog štednje isključuje javna rasvjeta od 22 sata do 5 sati.

Lokalna vlast se još 2021. odlučila na redukciju javne rasvjete u svim mjestima osim u Benkovcu, te ljeti u Karinu kako bi zadržali više novca u općinskoj blagajni, što smeta građanima koji uredno podmiruju komunalne račune. Kardum je zbog toga tražio i pomoć od zadarskog župana Božidara Longina (HDZ)

- Malo nakon toga na Badnju večer su nam upalili, a ugasili na pravoslavni Božić. Rečeno mi je da je to stvar gradonačelnika, no on neće da upali struju. Za moj pojam to je pljačka, jer ja uredno plaćam komunalnu naknadu od 145 kuna.

Bio sam trgovac 36 godina i znam što govorim. Zašto živim u selu svome? Nema struje ni vode, a sve živo plaćan. On meni ukida moje pravo - kaže Kardum, te dodaje kako je upravo on bio jedan od mještana zaslužnih za dovođenje rasvjete u mjesto.

- Kad mi je bilo 20 godina kopao sam kanale da dođe rasvjeta i niko je nije gasio tada. Sada je gase u 21. stoljeću. Onda pitaju za koga ćemo glasati. Za nikoga! Bitno im je da se ruka diže i spušta isto kao kad dizalica radi.

Oni koji su u HDZ-u dobiju do kuće sve što im triba. I asfalt. Ja sam isto u HDZ-u, ali eto biće nisam na pravom mistu. To je tako istina i činjenica - kaže 70 godišnjak iz Provića te dodaje:

- Neću više plaćati komunalnu naknadu. Jer mi to, ponavljam, ide na živce. Ljudi su ogorčeni, a ima nas 56 u mistu. I nisam ja bilo ‘ko.

Bavin se poljoprivredon. Iman pet tisuća vinovih loza, 530 maslina i 28 ovaca. Odgojio sam 16 svinja tovljenika. Ne triba mi nagrada za to. Neka mi samo puste rasvjetu.

Benkovački gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić (HDZ) pojašnjava kako je odluka o redukciji javne rasvjete donesena zbog štednje, no navodi kako se struja gasi od 23 sata, a ne od 22.

- U 23 sata javna rasvjeta se gasi u svim naseljima koja pripadaju Gradu Benkovcu. Odluku smo donijeli još za vrijeme pandemije zbog proračunskih prihoda. Da nismo to učinili morali bismo ići na ponovljenu javnu nabavu - kaže Bulić dodajući kako ne vidi razlog za prozivanje osim ako nije politički motivirano.

Odluka o gašenju javne rasvjete po benkovačkim naseljima donesena je prema novoj Odluci o komunalnom redu na sjednici Gradskog vijeća 2021. godine. Prema toj odluci javna rasvjeta u pravilu mora svijetliti cijelu noć tijekom cijele godine u užem centru Benkovca, te ljeti u turističkom naselju Karin.

U ostalim mjestima u pravilu svijetli cijelu noć uz "uvažavanje mjera uštede električne energije". Odluka je doenesena zbog usklađenja proračuna za tekuću godinu koji je imao smanjenja od šezdesetak milijuna kuna u odnosu na planirano i u odnosu na ono što je provedeno.

Grad Benkovac je tada u nabavu električne energije krenuo sa procijenjenom vrijednošću od 1,02 milijuna kuna, a dobili su dvostruko skuplji račun.

- Trpim, trpim, trpim i trpim, al‘ više ne mogu. Sada se ogorčeno ljutim! Meni to ide na živce.

Nema svitla nakon deset navečer. Pa nismo mi u 16. stoljeću. Događaju se pljačke, vukovi nam dolaze. Ne smimo od straha izaći iz kuće. Pa ljudi je li to normalno - pita se 70-godišnji Ljube Kardum iz Provića, jednog od 41 mjesta na administrativnom području Grada Benkovca kojima se drugu godinu za redom zbog štednje isključuje javna rasvjeta od 22 sata do 5 sati.

Lokalna vlast se još 2021. odlučila na redukciju javne rasvjete u svim mjestima osim u Benkovcu, te ljeti u Karinu kako bi zadržali više novca u općinskoj blagajni, što smeta građanima koji uredno podmiruju komunalne račune. Kardum je zbog toga tražio i pomoć od zadarskog župana Božidara Longina (HDZ)

- Malo nakon toga na Badnju večer su nam upalili, a ugasili na pravoslavni Božić. Rečeno mi je da je to stvar gradonačelnika, no on neće da upali struju. Za moj pojam to je pljačka, jer ja uredno plaćam komunalnu naknadu od 145 kuna.

Bio sam trgovac 36 godina i znam što govorim. Zašto živim u selu svome? Nema struje ni vode, a sve živo plaćan. On meni ukida moje pravo - kaže Kardum, te dodaje kako je upravo on bio jedan od mještana zaslužnih za dovođenje rasvjete u mjesto.

- Kad mi je bilo 20 godina kopao sam kanale da dođe rasvjeta i niko je nije gasio tada. Sada je gase u 21. stoljeću. Onda pitaju za koga ćemo glasati. Za nikoga! Bitno im je da se ruka diže i spušta isto kao kad dizalica radi.

Oni koji su u HDZ-u dobiju do kuće sve što im triba. I asfalt. Ja sam isto u HDZ-u, ali eto biće nisam na pravom mistu. To je tako istina i činjenica - kaže 70 godišnjak iz Provića te dodaje:

- Neću više plaćati komunalnu naknadu. Jer mi to, ponavljam, ide na živce. Ljudi su ogorčeni, a ima nas 56 u mistu. I nisam ja bilo ‘ko.

Bavin se poljoprivredon. Iman pet tisuća vinovih loza, 530 maslina i 28 ovaca. Odgojio sam 16 svinja tovljenika. Ne triba mi nagrada za to. Neka mi samo puste rasvjetu.

Benkovački gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić (HDZ) pojašnjava kako je odluka o redukciji javne rasvjete donesena zbog štednje, no navodi kako se struja gasi od 23 sata, a ne od 22.

- U 23 sata javna rasvjeta se gasi u svim naseljima koja pripadaju Gradu Benkovcu. Odluku smo donijeli još za vrijeme pandemije zbog proračunskih prihoda. Da nismo to učinili morali bismo ići na ponovljenu javnu nabavu - kaže Bulić dodajući kako ne vidi razlog za prozivanje osim ako nije politički motivirano.

Odluka o gašenju javne rasvjete po benkovačkim naseljima donesena je prema novoj Odluci o komunalnom redu na sjednici Gradskog vijeća 2021. godine. Prema toj odluci javna rasvjeta u pravilu mora svijetliti cijelu noć tijekom cijele godine u užem centru Benkovca, te ljeti u turističkom naselju Karin.

U ostalim mjestima u pravilu svijetli cijelu noć uz "uvažavanje mjera uštede električne energije". Odluka je doenesena zbog usklađenja proračuna za tekuću godinu koji je imao smanjenja od šezdesetak milijuna kuna u odnosu na planirano i u odnosu na ono što je provedeno.

Grad Benkovac je tada u nabavu električne energije krenuo sa procijenjenom vrijednošću od 1,02 milijuna kuna, a dobili su dvostruko skuplji račun.

- Trpim, trpim, trpim i trpim, al‘ više ne mogu. Sada se ogorčeno ljutim! Meni to ide na živce.

Nema svitla nakon deset navečer. Pa nismo mi u 16. stoljeću. Događaju se pljačke, vukovi nam dolaze. Ne smimo od straha izaći iz kuće. Pa ljudi je li to normalno - pita se 70-godišnji Ljube Kardum iz Provića, jednog od 41 mjesta na administrativnom području Grada Benkovca kojima se drugu godinu za redom zbog štednje isključuje javna rasvjeta od 22 sata do 5 sati.

Lokalna vlast se još 2021. odlučila na redukciju javne rasvjete u svim mjestima osim u Benkovcu, te ljeti u Karinu kako bi zadržali više novca u općinskoj blagajni, što smeta građanima koji uredno podmiruju komunalne račune. Kardum je zbog toga tražio i pomoć od zadarskog župana Božidara Longina (HDZ)
