Vrgorski gradonačelnik Mile Herceg (NLM) objavio je na društvenim mrežama kako je počelo uređenje odjeljenja predškolske ustanove "Pčelica" u Parku IV. Gardijske brigade, ukupne vrijednosti 455 tisuća eura, za koji je gradska uprava dobila 229 tisuća eura iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.
Mališani bi se trebali smjestiti u prizemlju upravne zgrade nekadašnje Duhanske stanice koja je izgrađena za vrijeme Austro-ugarske uprave u Dalmaciji, potkraj 19. stoljeća. Radi se o reprezentativnom objektu koji je kroz povijest imao više namjena, a smješten je u jednom od ljepših parkova u Hrvatskoj.

Pravo na taj prostor dugo vremena je polagao poduzetnik Stipe Latković, široj javnosti najpoznatiji kao bespravni graditelj u uvali Vruja između Omiša i Makarske, no u sudskom sporu koji je pokrenuo Željko Primorac, tadašnji ravnatelj Gradskog kulturnog središta, objekt je pripao Gradu Vrgorcu.
Među ostalim, "ulazak vrtića" u baštinsku zgradu bila je ideja je to bivšega gradonačelnika Ante Pranića, koju je objeručke prihvatio njegov nekadašnji zamjenik Herceg, zbog koje ga je politički prozivao vrgorski SDP. Lokalni socijal-demokrati na čelu s predsjednikom Sašom Šimunovićem ostali su na posljednjim izborima bez svojih predstavnika u Gradskom vijeću, "pojeo" ih je NLM.
Međutim, u svom priopćenju nadovezali su se na mišljenje Društva prijatelja vrgorske starine, tvrdili su da to nije dobro rješenje gradske uprave zbog blizine prometnice i sigurnosti djece, te su isticali kako bi bilo najbolje taj prostor pretvoriti u gradsku galeriju, a da se novac za izgradnju novog vrtića "povuče" iz EU-ovih fondova, po uzoru na nedaleku Staševicu koja administrativno pripada Gradu Pločama.
Međutim, Herceg je ostao pri svome, Grad je zatražio građevinsku dozvolu za prenamjenu objekta, ostvario pravo na sufinanciranje, dok će preostali iznos dati građani posredstvom lokalnog proračuna.
U Duhanskoj stanici uskoro bi moglo biti smješteno 40-ak vrgorskih predškolaca kojima će se hrana donositi iz kuhinje središnjeg vrtića "Pčelica". Koliko je to dobra ideja, vrijeme će pokazati.

Vrgorski gradonačelnik Mile Herceg (NLM) objavio je na društvenim mrežama kako je počelo uređenje odjeljenja predškolske ustanove "Pčelica" u Parku IV. Gardijske brigade, ukupne vrijednosti 455 tisuća eura, za koji je gradska uprava dobila 229 tisuća eura iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.
Mališani bi se trebali smjestiti u prizemlju upravne zgrade nekadašnje Duhanske stanice koja je izgrađena za vrijeme Austro-ugarske uprave u Dalmaciji, potkraj 19. stoljeća. Radi se o reprezentativnom objektu koji je kroz povijest imao više namjena, a smješten je u jednom od ljepših parkova u Hrvatskoj.

Pravo na taj prostor dugo vremena je polagao poduzetnik Stipe Latković, široj javnosti najpoznatiji kao bespravni graditelj u uvali Vruja između Omiša i Makarske, no u sudskom sporu koji je pokrenuo Željko Primorac, tadašnji ravnatelj Gradskog kulturnog središta, objekt je pripao Gradu Vrgorcu.
Među ostalim, "ulazak vrtića" u baštinsku zgradu bila je ideja je to bivšega gradonačelnika Ante Pranića, koju je objeručke prihvatio njegov nekadašnji zamjenik Herceg, zbog koje ga je politički prozivao vrgorski SDP. Lokalni socijal-demokrati na čelu s predsjednikom Sašom Šimunovićem ostali su na posljednjim izborima bez svojih predstavnika u Gradskom vijeću, "pojeo" ih je NLM.
Međutim, u svom priopćenju nadovezali su se na mišljenje Društva prijatelja vrgorske starine, tvrdili su da to nije dobro rješenje gradske uprave zbog blizine prometnice i sigurnosti djece, te su isticali kako bi bilo najbolje taj prostor pretvoriti u gradsku galeriju, a da se novac za izgradnju novog vrtića "povuče" iz EU-ovih fondova, po uzoru na nedaleku Staševicu koja administrativno pripada Gradu Pločama.
Međutim, Herceg je ostao pri svome, Grad je zatražio građevinsku dozvolu za prenamjenu objekta, ostvario pravo na sufinanciranje, dok će preostali iznos dati građani posredstvom lokalnog proračuna.
U Duhanskoj stanici uskoro bi moglo biti smješteno 40-ak vrgorskih predškolaca kojima će se hrana donositi iz kuhinje središnjeg vrtića "Pčelica". Koliko je to dobra ideja, vrijeme će pokazati.
