Dva najveća vrela u Modrom jezeru, zaštićenom spomeniku prirode, proradila su jutros, u zoru, pa će taj simbol Imotskog i imotske krajine u slijedećim satima i danima dobivati sve veće količine vode.

Taj dnevni boravak građana još krajem kolovoza, prije tri mjeseca, zbog tjedana bezvodice počeo je presušivati, naprasno je prekinuto ljetno kupanje, jer je razina vode bila tolika samo da mu se prekrije dno. Onda je u rujnu, također nakon sušnih i vrućih dana, jezero je ostalo bez kapi vode, što je bilo ipak iznenađujuće, ali i potvrda promjene klimatskih uvjeta.

Uostalom, Modro jezero je još od 2017. čak četiri puta ostajalo bez vode. Ni atraktivan izgled presušenoga jezera, ni tradicionalna nogometna utakmica Vilenjaka i Vukodlaka koja je ove godine privukla rekordan broj gledatelja, nije mogla skriti tjeskobu Imoćana koji ipak svoje jezero više vole kada je puno vode.

I onda su se od početka studenoga zaredale kiše. One prve 4. dana ovog mjeseca, a sredinom studenoga i intenzivnije. Upravo u tom razdoblju samo u gradu Imotskom palo je 256 litara kiše po četvornom metru, dok su u dijelovima BiH, odakle jezero podzemnim tokovima i prima glavninu vode, te brojke bile i više od 300 litara po kvadratu.

Dakako da je trebalo čekati da se dobro osušena utroba zemlje natopi, a tek onda da poteku i vode. I nakon nepuna tri mjeseca Modro jezero se počelo puniti vodom. Proradila su, rekosmo, dva najveća vrela sa zapadne strane, no poznavatelji prilika u tom biseru prirode očekuju već tijekom subote i narednih dana pravi povodanj, kada ogromne količine vode nahrupe u duboku kršku vrtaču.

Dva najveća vrela u Modrom jezeru, zaštićenom spomeniku prirode, proradila su jutros, u zoru, pa će taj simbol Imotskog i imotske krajine u slijedećim satima i danima dobivati sve veće količine vode.

Taj dnevni boravak građana još krajem kolovoza, prije tri mjeseca, zbog tjedana bezvodice počeo je presušivati, naprasno je prekinuto ljetno kupanje, jer je razina vode bila tolika samo da mu se prekrije dno. Onda je u rujnu, također nakon sušnih i vrućih dana, jezero je ostalo bez kapi vode, što je bilo ipak iznenađujuće, ali i potvrda promjene klimatskih uvjeta.

Uostalom, Modro jezero je još od 2017. čak četiri puta ostajalo bez vode. Ni atraktivan izgled presušenoga jezera, ni tradicionalna nogometna utakmica Vilenjaka i Vukodlaka koja je ove godine privukla rekordan broj gledatelja, nije mogla skriti tjeskobu Imoćana koji ipak svoje jezero više vole kada je puno vode.

I onda su se od početka studenoga zaredale kiše. One prve 4. dana ovog mjeseca, a sredinom studenoga i intenzivnije. Upravo u tom razdoblju samo u gradu Imotskom palo je 256 litara kiše po četvornom metru, dok su u dijelovima BiH, odakle jezero podzemnim tokovima i prima glavninu vode, te brojke bile i više od 300 litara po kvadratu.

Dakako da je trebalo čekati da se dobro osušena utroba zemlje natopi, a tek onda da poteku i vode. I nakon nepuna tri mjeseca Modro jezero se počelo puniti vodom. Proradila su, rekosmo, dva najveća vrela sa zapadne strane, no poznavatelji prilika u tom biseru prirode očekuju već tijekom subote i narednih dana pravi povodanj, kada ogromne količine vode nahrupe u duboku kršku vrtaču.

Dva najveća vrela u Modrom jezeru, zaštićenom spomeniku prirode, proradila su jutros, u zoru, pa će taj simbol Imotskog i imotske krajine u slijedećim satima i danima dobivati sve veće količine vode.

Taj dnevni boravak građana još krajem kolovoza, prije tri mjeseca, zbog tjedana bezvodice počeo je presušivati, naprasno je prekinuto ljetno kupanje, jer je razina vode bila tolika samo da mu se prekrije dno.
