Načelnik Otoka Dušan Đula danas je, gostujući u programu sinjskog Hit radija, pojasnio zbog čega Otočanima nisu smanjene stope poreza na dohodak, unatoč činjenici da je Općinsko vijeće na 20. sjednici održanoj 11. prosinca 2023. godine jednoglasno donijelo Odluku o smanjenju poreznih stopa na dohodak i to na 15 posto, odnosno 22 posto, prenosi Ferata hr.

Kao što je nedavno pisala Slobodna Dalmacija, neki Otočani su doživjeli pravi šok te se "Slobodnoj" požalili kako su morali platiti porez na dohodak i do 30 eura više.

- Oni su tu išli logikom "ako prođe dobro je, ako ne prođe još bolje". Mi smo imali prirez od 5 posto i bio je jedan od najmanjih u Hrvatskoj.

Na sjednici 11. prosinca prošle godine oni su izglasali tu Odluku o smanjenju poreza, znači izvan zakonskog roka. Da bi bila zakonska ta se Odluka trebala izglasati do 30. studenoga.

Znači, ako bih je provodio, ja bih imao problem sa Zakonom i onda bi oni pričali da provodim nezakonitu odluku, a sada kažu da ja neću da provodim tu Odluku. A, ne kažu da su oni izvan zakonskog roka izglasali tu Odluku. No, to ne znači da se ona neće provoditi iduće godine, nakon što se oformi novo Općinsko vijeće koje će donijeti tu Odluku - kazao je Đula.

Govoreći o prijevremenim izborima za Općinsko vijeće Općine Otok Đula je ponovo kazao kako se oni trebaju održati do kraja ožujka, no još uvijek nije imenovan povjerenik Vlade RH za poslove Općinskog vijeća. Zbog toga je prozvao otočki HDZ.

- Ja baratam nekim neprovjerenim informacijama da se prije 20-ak dana spominjalo ime našega povjerenika, Opačka, koji je i prije nekoliko godina bio povjerenik za Općinsko vijeće Općine Otok.

No do mene dolaze nepovjerenje informacije da je otočki HDZ slao dopise i radio pritisak na tzv. vertikalu da ni slučajno ne dolazi taj čovjek, jer je on kao moj čovjek, prijatelj - kazao je Đula, dodajući kako bi bilo dobro da povjerenik u Otok dođe čim prije.

Načelnik Otoka Dušan Đula danas je, gostujući u programu sinjskog Hit radija, pojasnio zbog čega Otočanima nisu smanjene stope poreza na dohodak, unatoč činjenici da je Općinsko vijeće na 20. sjednici održanoj 11. prosinca 2023. godine jednoglasno donijelo Odluku o smanjenju poreznih stopa na dohodak i to na 15 posto, odnosno 22 posto, prenosi Ferata hr.

Kao što je nedavno pisala Slobodna Dalmacija, neki Otočani su doživjeli pravi šok te se "Slobodnoj" požalili kako su morali platiti porez na dohodak i do 30 eura više.

- Oni su tu išli logikom "ako prođe dobro je, ako ne prođe još bolje". Mi smo imali prirez od 5 posto i bio je jedan od najmanjih u Hrvatskoj.

Na sjednici 11. prosinca prošle godine oni su izglasali tu Odluku o smanjenju poreza, znači izvan zakonskog roka. Da bi bila zakonska ta se Odluka trebala izglasati do 30. studenoga.

Znači, ako bih je provodio, ja bih imao problem sa Zakonom i onda bi oni pričali da provodim nezakonitu odluku, a sada kažu da ja neću da provodim tu Odluku. A, ne kažu da su oni izvan zakonskog roka izglasali tu Odluku. No, to ne znači da se ona neće provoditi iduće godine, nakon što se oformi novo Općinsko vijeće koje će donijeti tu Odluku - kazao je Đula.

Govoreći o prijevremenim izborima za Općinsko vijeće Općine Otok Đula je ponovo kazao kako se oni trebaju održati do kraja ožujka, no još uvijek nije imenovan povjerenik Vlade RH za poslove Općinskog vijeća. Zbog toga je prozvao otočki HDZ.

No do mene dolaze nepovjerenje informacije da je otočki HDZ slao dopise i radio pritisak na tzv. vertikalu da ni slučajno ne dolazi taj čovjek, jer je on kao moj čovjek, prijatelj - kazao je Đula, dodajući kako bi bilo dobro da povjerenik u Otok dođe čim prije.

Dalmatinski načelnik pojasnio zašto su građani platili i do 30 eura veći porez na dohodak: ‘Nisam htio kršiti zakon‘

Načelnik Otoka Dušan Đula danas je, gostujući u programu sinjskog Hit radija, pojasnio zbog čega Otočanima nisu smanjene stope poreza na dohodak, unatoč činjenici da je Općinsko vijeće na 20. sjednici održanoj 11. prosinca 2023. godine jednoglasno donijelo Odluku o smanjenju poreznih stopa na dohodak i to na 15 posto, odnosno 22 posto, prenosi Ferata hr.

Kao što je nedavno pisala Slobodna Dalmacija, neki Otočani su doživjeli pravi šok te se "Slobodnoj" požalili kako su morali platiti porez na dohodak i do 30 eura više.

- Oni su tu išli logikom "ako prođe dobro je, ako ne prođe još bolje". Mi smo imali prirez od 5 posto i bio je jedan od najmanjih u Hrvatskoj.

Na sjednici 11. prosinca prošle godine oni su izglasali tu Odluku o smanjenju poreza, znači izvan zakonskog roka. Da bi bila zakonska ta se Odluka trebala izglasati do 30. studenoga.

Znači, ako bih je provodio, ja bih imao problem sa Zakonom i onda bi oni pričali da provodim nezakonitu odluku, a sada kažu da ja neću da provodim tu Odluku. A, ne kažu da su oni izvan zakonskog roka izglasali tu Odluku. No, to ne znači da se ona neće provoditi iduće godine, nakon što se oformi novo Općinsko vijeće koje će donijeti tu Odluku - kazao je Đula.

Govoreći o prijevremenim izborima za Općinsko vijeće Općine Otok Đula je ponovo kazao kako se oni trebaju održati do kraja ožujka, no još uvijek nije imenovan povjerenik Vlade RH za poslove Općinskog vijeća. Zbog toga je prozvao otočki HDZ.
