Ilija" u Bastu.

– Razgrnuli smo oblutke i zaobljeni šljunak s plaža kako bismo ih nadohranili s 15 tisuća kubika čistog kamena. Lani smo dovezli 10 tisuća kubika. Svjesni smo da bez maksimalno uređenih plaža nema uspješnog turizma.
Plaža zapravo sve nas hrani i nastojimo se prema njoj odnositi s posebnom pažnjom. Ima istaknutu Plavu zastavu, značajnu u promidžbi destinacije, i taj standard ne želimo nebrigom izgubiti – rekao je načelnik Baške Vode Joško Roščić.

Koncesiju za korištenje kamena iz tunela Općina je treći put dobila od DUUDI-ja. Kamioni neprestano dovoze tucanik, tako da će polaganje goleme količine novog kamena na plaže biti završeno u siječnju i prepušteno valovanju, garbinadama i atmosferskom utjecaju da učine svoje. Pred ljeto će se zatim razgrnuti sada povučeni šljunak.

Prema Roščićevim riječima, to je najkvalitetnije izvedeno nadohranjivanje plaža, za koje je Općina dobila punu podršku TZ-a, a za taj je posao izdvojeno milijun kuna.

Vodi se također računa o nadohrani prekrasnih šljunčanih plaža u svim mjestima općine.

U većini mjesta prirodne su plaže, kakvih nema nigdje kao u podnožju Biokova, znatno uništene nadohranom građevnim materijalom dobivenim od iskopa. Na to je često ukazivala Ekoudruga "Meteor", ali bez uspjeha.

– Razgrnuli smo oblutke i zaobljeni šljunak s plaža kako bismo ih nadohranili s 15 tisuća kubika čistog kamena. Lani smo dovezli 10 tisuća kubika. Svjesni smo da bez maksimalno uređenih plaža nema uspješnog turizma.
Plaža zapravo sve nas hrani i nastojimo se prema njoj odnositi s posebnom pažnjom. Ima istaknutu Plavu zastavu, značajnu u promidžbi destinacije, i taj standard ne želimo nebrigom izgubiti – rekao je načelnik Baške Vode Joško Roščić.

Koncesiju za korištenje kamena iz tunela Općina je treći put dobila od DUUDI-ja. Kamioni neprestano dovoze tucanik, tako da će polaganje goleme količine novog kamena na plaže biti završeno u siječnju i prepušteno valovanju, garbinadama i atmosferskom utjecaju da učine svoje. Pred ljeto će se zatim razgrnuti sada povučeni šljunak.

Prema Roščićevim riječima, to je najkvalitetnije izvedeno nadohranjivanje plaža, za koje je Općina dobila punu podršku TZ-a, a za taj je posao izdvojeno milijun kuna.

Vodi se također računa o nadohrani prekrasnih šljunčanih plaža u svim mjestima općine.

U većini mjesta prirodne su plaže, kakvih nema nigdje kao u podnožju Biokova, znatno uništene nadohranom građevnim materijalom dobivenim od iskopa. Na to je često ukazivala Ekoudruga "Meteor", ali bez uspjeha.

Baškovoške šljunčane plaže, koje su strani novinari ovoga ljeta ocijenili najuređenijima na Mediteranu, nasipaju se, odnosno nadohranjuju mljevenim kamenom od ostataka iskopa tunela "Sv. Ilija" u Bastu.
