Potpisom ugovora o prijenosu prava vlasništva APN-u i predugovora o međusobnim pravima, Grad Trogir obavio je svoj dio posla vezan u projekt POS-ovih stanova u Planom.

Time je APN-u omogućeno da krene u ishođenje građevinske dozvole i raspisivanje natječaja za izvođača radova.

Izgradnja bi trebala započeti u 2021., na lokaciji neposredno uz glavnu prometnicu u Planom, 200-tinjak metara ispod novog vrtića na čestici površine 6000 četvornih metara.

– Ovime smo korak bliže realizaciji prvog programa POS-a u Trogiru za koji smo se odlučili prije dvije godine. Više od 60 prijavljenih ovdje će tako moći riješiti svoje stambeno pitanje, što je od presudne važnosti kad znamo kakve su danas cijene nekretnina, pogotovo na Jadranu. Zato je izgradnja POS-ovih stanova bila jedan od naših glavnih fokusa i sretni smo što će se uskoro realizirati. Prostora i terena ima dovoljno da će moći biti i drugi krug natječaja pa će se moći prijaviti još zainteresiranih – rekao je gradonačelnik Ante Bilić i dodao:

– Plano smo u posljednje tri godine snažno urbanizirali i ono postaje naselje idealno za obiteljski život. Za mjesec dana ovdje se otvara novi vrtić koji će moći primiti 60 djece, gradi se kanalizacijska mreža, tu je i novo dječje igralište, niz asfaltiranih ulica, blizu je spoj na Jadransku magistralu i na autocestu. Lokacija je zaista odlična.

Direktor APN-a Dragan Hristov najavio je sljedeće korake:

– Cijene kvadrata još nisu poznate, a bit će kada bude definiran projektni zadatak, kada budemo znali konačan broj prijavljenih. Cijena neće biti viša od 1350 eura po kvadratu, a može biti niža ako Grad odluči smanjiti komunalne doprinose i slična davanja. Do sada smo kroz program POS-a diljem Hrvatske izgradili više od 8000 stanova. Sada slijedi definiranje projektnog zadatka, a izgradnja bi trebala početi za šest do osam mjeseci.

Potpisom ugovora o prijenosu prava vlasništva APN-u i predugovora o međusobnim pravima, Grad Trogir obavio je svoj dio posla vezan u projekt POS-ovih stanova u Planom.

Time je APN-u omogućeno da krene u ishođenje građevinske dozvole i raspisivanje natječaja za izvođača radova.

Izgradnja bi trebala započeti u 2021., na lokaciji neposredno uz glavnu prometnicu u Planom, 200-tinjak metara ispod novog vrtića na čestici površine 6000 četvornih metara.

– Ovime smo korak bliže realizaciji prvog programa POS-a u Trogiru za koji smo se odlučili prije dvije godine. Više od 60 prijavljenih ovdje će tako moći riješiti svoje stambeno pitanje, što je od presudne važnosti kad znamo kakve su danas cijene nekretnina, pogotovo na Jadranu. Zato je izgradnja POS-ovih stanova bila jedan od naših glavnih fokusa i sretni smo što će se uskoro realizirati. Prostora i terena ima dovoljno da će moći biti i drugi krug natječaja pa će se moći prijaviti još zainteresiranih – rekao je gradonačelnik Ante Bilić i dodao:

– Plano smo u posljednje tri godine snažno urbanizirali i ono postaje naselje idealno za obiteljski život. Za mjesec dana ovdje se otvara novi vrtić koji će moći primiti 60 djece, gradi se kanalizacijska mreža, tu je i novo dječje igralište, niz asfaltiranih ulica, blizu je spoj na Jadransku magistralu i na autocestu. Lokacija je zaista odlična.

Direktor APN-a Dragan Hristov najavio je sljedeće korake:

– Cijene kvadrata još nisu poznate, a bit će kada bude definiran projektni zadatak, kada budemo znali konačan broj prijavljenih. Cijena neće biti viša od 1350 eura po kvadratu, a može biti niža ako Grad odluči smanjiti komunalne doprinose i slična davanja. Do sada smo kroz program POS-a diljem Hrvatske izgradili više od 8000 stanova. Sada slijedi definiranje projektnog zadatka, a izgradnja bi trebala početi za šest do osam mjeseci.

Kvadrat POS-ova stana u Planom koštat će do 1350 €: u Trogiru potpisan predugovor između APN-a i Gradu za gradnju u 2021.

Potpisom ugovora o prijenosu prava vlasništva APN-u i predugovora o međusobnim pravima, Grad Trogir obavio je svoj dio posla vezan u projekt POS-ovih stanova u Planom.

Time je APN-u omogućeno da krene u ishođenje građevinske dozvole i raspisivanje natječaja za izvođača radova.

Izgradnja bi trebala započeti u 2021., na lokaciji neposredno uz glavnu prometnicu u Planom, 200-tinjak metara ispod novog vrtića na čestici površine 6000 četvornih metara.

– Ovime smo korak bliže realizaciji prvog programa POS-a u Trogiru za koji smo se odlučili prije dvije godine. Više od 60 prijavljenih ovdje će tako moći riješiti svoje stambeno pitanje, što je od presudne važnosti kad znamo kakve su danas cijene nekretnina, pogotovo na Jadranu.
