Zbog rekonstrukcije Ulice kardinala Alojzija Stepinca, prometnice županijske razine koja od glavnog križanja prema središtu Trogira vodi na zapad grada i prema Segetu Donjem, u ponedjeljak, 26. veljače, u 11 sati, za sva vozila zatvorit će se dionica od ribarnice do skretanja prema Putu kapelice.

Riječ je o zadnjoj, ali ujedno i najzahtjevnijoj dionici projekta obnove, koja bi prema izjavi investitora iz Županijske uprave za ceste Split (ŽUC) i izvođačke tvrtke "Cestar" trebala potrajati sve do 17. travnja.

Za to vrijeme, promet prema Segetu Donjem i Marini, te Zagori i Šibeniku, trebao bi se odvijati dužim putem, odnosno iz središta Trogira najprije prema istoku, do kružnog toka kod novog Čiovskog mosta, te dalje spojnom cestom i obilaznicom/Jadranskom magistralom prema odredištu.

Razljutili čelnike Grada

Iz smjera Segeta prema gradu moći će voziti samo automobili, i to kroz ulice Balančane, Put Dragulina i Put Mulina.

U ponedjeljak će se zatvoriti i južni dio Puta kapelice, točnije od raskrižja s Ulicom kardinala Alojzija Stepinca do skretanja za glavno gradsko parkiralište, jer će na tom dijelu HEP-ovi kooperanti obavljati radove sve do 8. ožujka.

Trasa od skretanja za Put kapelice (prodavaonica "Studenac") do granice sa Segetom Donjim ponovno će biti dvosmjerna.

Najava da će radovi od ribarnice do Puta kapelice potrajati do sredine travnja razljutila je trogirske čelnike zbog čega su zatražili hitan sastanak s predstavnicima ŽUC-a i "Cestara". Projekt preuređenja i modernizacije zapadnog cestovnog ulaza u Trogir, podsjetimo, trebao je biti završen 20. prosinca prošle godine.

Radovi će potrajati do 17. travnja

Svi rokovi su već probijeni, jer je prvi "produžetak" glasio "do kraja ožujka", a najava drugog "produžetka" izazvala je veliku zabrinutost građana i lokalne vlasti, ne samo zbog značaja prometnice koja je zapravo stari dio Magistrale kojom se vozilo do izgradnje trogirske obilaznice prije 40-ak godina i na kojoj asfalt od tada nije obnavljan, već i zbog početka turističke (pred)sezone.

- Bili smo dosta oštri u komunikaciji s predstavnicima investitora i izvođača radova, čuvši za rok 17. travnja, te smo zahtijevali da se posao završi najkasnije do kraja ožujka - istaknuo je trogirski dogradonačelnik Viktor Novak.

- Inzistirali smo da nam odmah dostave detaljan plan o dinamici radova te da se bolje organizira posao i da se radi u dvije smjene, uključujući i vikend.

Uvjeren sam kako bi u tom slučaju situacija bila puno bolja - istaknuo je Novak i dodao da će iz Grada budnim okom pratiti svakodnevno stanje na terenu.

Hrvoje Balić, voditelj ŽUC-ove Službe za građenje, koji je već ranije izrazio razočaranje zbog toga što toliko kasni realizacija projekta koji je bio "dobro pripremljen" i kojemu se "ozbiljno pristupilo", podsjetio je kako je zadnja dionica gradilišta najlošija i kako će biti potrebno kompletno srušiti postojeći kolnik, izgraditi novu oborinsku odvodnju, zamijeniti vodovodne cijevi stare gotovo cijelo stoljeće, položiti nove elektroenergetske kabele, te instalacije za javnu rasvjetu i telekomunikacije.

Problemi s parkingom

Ostaje činjenica da će se Trogirani od ponedjeljka morati naviknuti na novu situaciju i otvaranje gradilišta ispred peškarije, tržnice i velike prodavaonice "Konzuma", dakle na lokacijama na kojima je tijekom dana najveći protok ljudi i vozila.

Nova regulacija prometa će se odraziti na poslovanje velikoga gradskog parkinga kojim upravlja komunalna tvrtka "Trogir holding", ali i na iznimno otežan pristup Domu zdravlja i Hitnoj pomoći. Da ne govorimo kako će medicinari u hitnim slučajevima morati voziti i gotovo 10 kilometara duže pri svakoj intervenciji na zapadnom dijelu grada i u mjestima koja gravitiraju Trogiru.

Zbog rekonstrukcije Ulice kardinala Alojzija Stepinca, prometnice županijske razine koja od glavnog križanja prema središtu Trogira vodi na zapad grada i prema Segetu Donjem, u ponedjeljak, 26. veljače, u 11 sati, za sva vozila zatvorit će se dionica od ribarnice do skretanja prema Putu kapelice.

Riječ je o zadnjoj, ali ujedno i najzahtjevnijoj dionici projekta obnove, koja bi prema izjavi investitora iz Županijske uprave za ceste Split (ŽUC) i izvođačke tvrtke "Cestar" trebala potrajati sve do 17. travnja.

Za to vrijeme, promet prema Segetu Donjem i Marini, te Zagori i Šibeniku, trebao bi se odvijati dužim putem, odnosno iz središta Trogira najprije prema istoku, do kružnog toka kod novog Čiovskog mosta, te dalje spojnom cestom i obilaznicom/Jadranskom magistralom prema odredištu.

Razljutili čelnike Grada

Iz smjera Segeta prema gradu moći će voziti samo automobili, i to kroz ulice Balančane, Put Dragulina i Put Mulina.

U ponedjeljak će se zatvoriti i južni dio Puta kapelice, točnije od raskrižja s Ulicom kardinala Alojzija Stepinca do skretanja za glavno gradsko parkiralište, jer će na tom dijelu HEP-ovi kooperanti obavljati radove sve do 8. ožujka.

Trasa od skretanja za Put kapelice (prodavaonica "Studenac") do granice sa Segetom Donjim ponovno će biti dvosmjerna.

Najava da će radovi od ribarnice do Puta kapelice potrajati do sredine travnja razljutila je trogirske čelnike zbog čega su zatražili hitan sastanak s predstavnicima ŽUC-a i "Cestara". Projekt preuređenja i modernizacije zapadnog cestovnog ulaza u Trogir, podsjetimo, trebao je biti završen 20. prosinca prošle godine.

Svi rokovi su već probijeni, jer je prvi "produžetak" glasio "do kraja ožujka", a najava drugog "produžetka" izazvala je veliku zabrinutost građana i lokalne vlasti, ne samo zbog značaja prometnice koja je zapravo stari dio Magistrale kojom se vozilo do izgradnje trogirske obilaznice prije 40-ak godina i na kojoj asfalt od tada nije obnavljan, već i zbog početka turističke (pred)sezone.

- Bili smo dosta oštri u komunikaciji s predstavnicima investitora i izvođača radova, čuvši za rok 17. travnja, te smo zahtijevali da se posao završi najkasnije do kraja ožujka - istaknuo je trogirski dogradonačelnik Viktor Novak.

- Inzistirali smo da nam odmah dostave detaljan plan o dinamici radova te da se bolje organizira posao i da se radi u dvije smjene, uključujući i vikend.

Uvjeren sam kako bi u tom slučaju situacija bila puno bolja - istaknuo je Novak i dodao da će iz Grada budnim okom pratiti svakodnevno stanje na terenu.

Hrvoje Balić, voditelj ŽUC-ove Službe za građenje, koji je već ranije izrazio razočaranje zbog toga što toliko kasni realizacija projekta koji je bio "dobro pripremljen" i kojemu se "ozbiljno pristupilo", podsjetio je kako je zadnja dionica gradilišta najlošija i kako će biti potrebno kompletno srušiti postojeći kolnik, izgraditi novu oborinsku odvodnju, zamijeniti vodovodne cijevi stare gotovo cijelo stoljeće, položiti nove elektroenergetske kabele, te instalacije za javnu rasvjetu i telekomunikacije.

Problemi s parkingom

Ostaje činjenica da će se Trogirani od ponedjeljka morati naviknuti na novu situaciju i otvaranje gradilišta ispred peškarije, tržnice i velike prodavaonice "Konzuma", dakle na lokacijama na kojima je tijekom dana najveći protok ljudi i vozila.

Nova regulacija prometa će se odraziti na poslovanje velikoga gradskog parkinga kojim upravlja komunalna tvrtka "Trogir holding", ali i na iznimno otežan pristup Domu zdravlja i Hitnoj pomoći. Da ne govorimo kako će medicinari u hitnim slučajevima morati voziti i gotovo 10 kilometara duže pri svakoj intervenciji na zapadnom dijelu grada i u mjestima koja gravitiraju Trogiru.
