INA industrija nafte, na svojim benzinskim crpkama na hrvatskim autocestama naplaćuje putnicima korištenje toaleta pola eura. Za četveročlanu obitelj, korištenje zahoda na odmorištima INA-e stoji dakle dva eura, odnosno petnaestak kuna. INA je izgleda uvela naplatu toaleta još prošle godine, a ovih se dana jedna putnica na dionici autoceste A1 neugodno iznenadila kad se zaustavila na benzinskoj crpki INA-e, te je ulaskom u WC shvatila da je naišla na – rampu, odnosno prepreku koja se ispred toaleta podiže samo ako ubaci pola eura u automat. Poslala nam je i plaćeni tiket kojega je, kako tvrdi, morala platiti dva puta jer je automat u prvom navratu progutao pola eura pa je morala ubaciti još pola eura, a neljubazna djelatnica INA-e pri tom se još i nervozno otresla na nju.

Zašto INA uopće naplaćuje putnicima na autocesti korištenje toaleta s obzirom da Hrvatske autoceste ionako imaju neke od najskupljih cestarine u Europi, ako ne i najveće? Na benzinskim crpkama cijene su znatno više od onih na benzinskim crpkama izvan autoceste, pa se dodatna naplata toaleta može shvatiti kao dodatno „deranje” putnika koji na autocesti nekad ne mogu birati gdje će i kad stati, pa se na ovaj način dovode u neugodne situacije da plaćaju nešto što možda i ne žele.

Hrvatske autoceste od 1. svibnja otvorile su svoja odmorišta s kemijskim WC-ima. Ona su zimi zatvorena, a i ne mogu se usporediti sa „standardnim” sanitarnim čvorovima s tekućom vodom. Ako putnik stane baš na odmorišta INA-e, nema mu druge nego plaćati zahod. Što ako nema sitnog novca i bankovne kartice, jer se na autocestu može ući i samo pomoću ENC-a? Da se pomokri pored vrata zahoda? Ili u travu?

INA-i smo poslali pitanje od kad su uveli plaćanje korištenja toaleta na benzinskim crpkama na hrvatskim autocestama i zašto je uvedena ta nepopularna metoda kad se zna da su naše autoceste među najskupljima u Europi, a gorivo i roba široke potrošnje ionako su već skuplji na odmorištima na autocesti nego izvan njih, te naplaćuje li INA korištenje toaleta i na svojim ostalim benzinskim crpkama? Evo što su nam odgovorili:

- INA osigurava slobodno korištenje toaleta za sve vjerne kupce koji su članovi INA programa, kao i za one koji su ostvarili kupnju na Ininom maloprodajnom mjestu. Pravo na korištenje toaleta bez naplate imaju i svi korisnici INA kartica, osobe s invaliditetom s valjanom potvrdom, te mala djeca. Ako se kupac odluči prvo koristiti toalet, a nije u jednoj od prethodno navedenih skupina, te plati ulaz u iznosu od EUR 0,50, dobivenom potvrdom može ostvariti umanjenje iznosa računa prilikom sljedeće kupnje. Potvrda vrijedi 15 dana od datuma izdavanja, na lokacijama Ine s naplatom toaleta i ne može se zamijeniti za gotovinu. Jedna potvrda vrijedi za minimalno jedan kupljeni artikl, a minimalan iznos kupnje mora odgovarati vrijednosti na potvrdi. Plaćanje je omogućeno kovanicama i bankovnim karticama. Kupac koji prvo obavi kupnju u Ininoj trgovini ili caffe baru, dobit će kupon pomoću kojeg može slobodno koristiti toalet.

- Ini je cilj ostati prvi izbor kupaca u pokretu i stoga je unazad nekoliko godina investirala značajna sredstva u razvoj maloprodajne mreže kako bi za njih osigurala vrhunsku uslugu. Kao važan faktor zadovoljstva kupaca INA je prepoznala potrebu unaprijeđenja usluge korištenja toaleta. Kroz program modernizacije kompanija je pokrenula obnovu toaleta na svojim lokacijama na autocestama s ciljem još ugodnijeg boravka, te dodatnog unapređenja čistoće i zaštite zdravlja Ininih kupaca. INA kontinuirano prati pozitivne svjetske trendove kada su u pitanju ponuda i usluge, a naplata korištenja toaleta je već godinama praksa u zemljama Europske unije u okruženju, te je INA u 2022. godini uvela naplatu korištenja toaleta na autoputnim lokacijama – stoji u odgovoru Korporativnih komunikacija i marketinga INA-e.

Poslali smo pitanje HAC-u na kojim se sve benzinskim crpkama-odmorištima na Hrvatskim autocestama naplaćuje korištenje toaleta, po kojoj cijeni i od kad je naplata uvedena? S kojim je benzinskim crpkama i na koliko godina potpisana koncesija za njihovu djelatnost na hrvatskim autocestama, kakva su međusobna prava i obveze, može li HAC određivati uvjete djelovanja benzinskih crpki-odmorišta u smislu naplate toaleta, formiranja maloprodajnih cijena na benzinskim crpkama, trgovinama i restoranima i sl.?

Pitanje o naplati toaleta poslali smo i drugim kompanijama koje imaju svoje benzinske crpke na autocesti: Petrolu, Tifonu i Lukoilu. Dobili smo odgovor samo od Petrola:

- Tvrtka Petrol d.o.o. nije uvela plaćanje korištenja toaleta na benzinskim postajama na hrvatskim autocestama – stoji u njihovom jednostavnom, ali nedvosmisleno jasnom odgovoru.

Prema svjedočenju samih putnika, Lukoil također ne naplaćuje toalet na svojim benzinskim crpkama na autocestama.

Ostali, uključujući i HAC, nisu nam odgovorili. Kad dobijemo njihove odgovore, objavit ćemo ih.

INA industrija nafte, na svojim benzinskim crpkama na hrvatskim autocestama naplaćuje putnicima korištenje toaleta pola eura. Za četveročlanu obitelj, korištenje zahoda na odmorištima INA-e stoji dakle dva eura, odnosno petnaestak kuna. INA je izgleda uvela naplatu toaleta još prošle godine, a ovih se dana jedna putnica na dionici autoceste A1 neugodno iznenadila kad se zaustavila na benzinskoj crpki INA-e, te je ulaskom u WC shvatila da je naišla na – rampu, odnosno prepreku koja se ispred toaleta podiže samo ako ubaci pola eura u automat. Poslala nam je i plaćeni tiket kojega je, kako tvrdi, morala platiti dva puta jer je automat u prvom navratu progutao pola eura pa je morala ubaciti još pola eura, a neljubazna djelatnica INA-e pri tom se još i nervozno otresla na nju.

Zašto INA uopće naplaćuje putnicima na autocesti korištenje toaleta s obzirom da Hrvatske autoceste ionako imaju neke od najskupljih cestarine u Europi, ako ne i najveće? Na benzinskim crpkama cijene su znatno više od onih na benzinskim crpkama izvan autoceste, pa se dodatna naplata toaleta može shvatiti kao dodatno „deranje” putnika koji na autocesti nekad ne mogu birati gdje će i kad stati, pa se na ovaj način dovode u neugodne situacije da plaćaju nešto što možda i ne žele.

Hrvatske autoceste od 1. svibnja otvorile su svoja odmorišta s kemijskim WC-ima. Ona su zimi zatvorena, a i ne mogu se usporediti sa „standardnim” sanitarnim čvorovima s tekućom vodom. Ako putnik stane baš na odmorišta INA-e, nema mu druge nego plaćati zahod. Što ako nema sitnog novca i bankovne kartice, jer se na autocestu može ući i samo pomoću ENC-a? Da se pomokri pored vrata zahoda? Ili u travu?

INA-i smo poslali pitanje od kad su uveli plaćanje korištenja toaleta na benzinskim crpkama na hrvatskim autocestama i zašto je uvedena ta nepopularna metoda kad se zna da su naše autoceste među najskupljima u Europi, a gorivo i roba široke potrošnje ionako su već skuplji na odmorištima na autocesti nego izvan njih, te naplaćuje li INA korištenje toaleta i na svojim ostalim benzinskim crpkama? Evo što su nam odgovorili:

- INA osigurava slobodno korištenje toaleta za sve vjerne kupce koji su članovi INA programa, kao i za one koji su ostvarili kupnju na Ininom maloprodajnom mjestu. Pravo na korištenje toaleta bez naplate imaju i svi korisnici INA kartica, osobe s invaliditetom s valjanom potvrdom, te mala djeca. Ako se kupac odluči prvo koristiti toalet, a nije u jednoj od prethodno navedenih skupina, te plati ulaz u iznosu od EUR 0,50, dobivenom potvrdom može ostvariti umanjenje iznosa računa prilikom sljedeće kupnje. Potvrda vrijedi 15 dana od datuma izdavanja, na lokacijama Ine s naplatom toaleta i ne može se zamijeniti za gotovinu. Jedna potvrda vrijedi za minimalno jedan kupljeni artikl, a minimalan iznos kupnje mora odgovarati vrijednosti na potvrdi. Plaćanje je omogućeno kovanicama i bankovnim karticama. Kupac koji prvo obavi kupnju u Ininoj trgovini ili caffe baru, dobit će kupon pomoću kojeg može slobodno koristiti toalet.

- Ini je cilj ostati prvi izbor kupaca u pokretu i stoga je unazad nekoliko godina investirala značajna sredstva u razvoj maloprodajne mreže kako bi za njih osigurala vrhunsku uslugu. Kao važan faktor zadovoljstva kupaca INA je prepoznala potrebu unaprijeđenja usluge korištenja toaleta. Kroz program modernizacije kompanija je pokrenula obnovu toaleta na svojim lokacijama na autocestama s ciljem još ugodnijeg boravka, te dodatnog unapređenja čistoće i zaštite zdravlja Ininih kupaca. INA kontinuirano prati pozitivne svjetske trendove kada su u pitanju ponuda i usluge, a naplata korištenja toaleta je već godinama praksa u zemljama Europske unije u okruženju, te je INA u 2022. godini uvela naplatu korištenja toaleta na autoputnim lokacijama – stoji u odgovoru Korporativnih komunikacija i marketinga INA-e.

Poslali smo pitanje HAC-u na kojim se sve benzinskim crpkama-odmorištima na Hrvatskim autocestama naplaćuje korištenje toaleta, po kojoj cijeni i od kad je naplata uvedena? S kojim je benzinskim crpkama i na koliko godina potpisana koncesija za njihovu djelatnost na hrvatskim autocestama, kakva su međusobna prava i obveze, može li HAC određivati uvjete djelovanja benzinskih crpki-odmorišta u smislu naplate toaleta, formiranja maloprodajnih cijena na benzinskim crpkama, trgovinama i restoranima i sl.?

Pitanje o naplati toaleta poslali smo i drugim kompanijama koje imaju svoje benzinske crpke na autocesti: Petrolu, Tifonu i Lukoilu. Dobili smo odgovor samo od Petrola:

- Tvrtka Petrol d.o.o. nije uvela plaćanje korištenja toaleta na benzinskim postajama na hrvatskim autocestama – stoji u njihovom jednostavnom, ali nedvosmisleno jasnom odgovoru.

Prema svjedočenju samih putnika, Lukoil također ne naplaćuje toalet na svojim benzinskim crpkama na autocestama.

Ostali, uključujući i HAC, nisu nam odgovorili. Kad dobijemo njihove odgovore, objavit ćemo ih.
