U borbu s lošom demografskom situacijom "kreće" i Općina Gradac, najjužnija lokalna zajednica Splitsko-dalmatinske županije i to izgradnjom stanova za – iznajmljivanje.
- Želja nam je osigurati mladim obiteljima stan, dom kojeg će najprije moći unajmiti, i to na 11 godina. Razdoblje je to koliko je djeca budu u vrtiću (tri godine) i u osnovnoj školi (osam godina), kada želimo da nemaju problema sa seljakanjem iz podstanarskih stanova i kuća koje se ljeti "rentaju" kao apartmani.
Želimo im omogućiti normalne uvjete za život, a koliko ćemo na kraju izgraditi stanova za najam, te nakon 11 godina i uz mogućnost otkupa tih kvadrata, ovisi o veličini parcele - u priču koja bi itekako riješila probleme mnogih obitelji koji žele ostati u Gradcu ili onima koji se žele doseliti u općinu koja u svom sastavu ima i mjesta Zaostrog, Drvenik, Brist i Podaca, uvodi nas Matko Burić, SDP-ov načelnik u svojem drugom mandatu.
Naime, lokalni vijećnici su u veljači donijeli odluku o provedbi ovog projekta usvojivši Odluku o uvjetima, mjerilima i postupku za određivanje reda prvenstva za najam i kupnju stana u Programu stanogradnje za demografsku obnovu Općine Gradac (POSDOG).

- U programu želimo izgraditi stanove za jedanaestogodišnji najam, s pravom otkupa ili produžetka najma, ako obitelji ne žele kupiti taj stan. Veličina stana koje ćemo graditi neće biti manja od 60 kvadrata, znači namijenjen je obitelji, uz obvezni najam i jednog parkirališnog mjesta.
I radi se isključivo o korištenju tog stambenog prostora za stalno stanovanje – ističe načelnik, dodajući i visinu najamnine koja je precizirana u ovim okvirima:
- Visinu najamnine odrađuje javna ustanova, ovisno o kalkulacijama troškova izgradnje i primjerenog roka povratak uloženih sredstava i to za svaku lokaciju posebno, no ono što je važno ne može biti veća od 350 eura (2650 kuna) po stambenoj jedinici mjesečno. Što se mjesta za vozilo tiče, najamnina ne može biti veća od 80 eura godišnje.
Lista prioriteta "složit" će se ocjenjivanjem i bodovanjem, od aktualnog stambenog statusa obitelji, do broja djece predškolske dobi i djece na školovanju, životnoj dobi podnositelja zahtjeva, mjesečnih primanja, stručnoj spremi...
Primjera radi, najviše bodova (15), nosi dijete uzrasta do šest godina, kao i podnositelji zahtjeva do 30 godina života (šest bodova), te ako osoba ima mjesečna primanja manja od 670 eura (tri boda), dok visoka stručna sprema osigurava još dodatnih pet bodova, a status samohranog roditelja donosi dodatni bod.
- Svi uvjeti su precizirani u našoj odluci o POSDOG-u, kao i to da djeca moraju pohađati vrtić ili osnovnu školu na području Općine Gradac – iznosi neke od uvjeta Burić, otkrivajući i ritam te iznos novca za otkupljivanje stana:

- Nakon 132 mjeseca, tih 11 godina unajmljivanja stana, obitelji imaju pravo prvootkupa. I tu smo precizirali cijenu kvadrata, na temelju kalkulacije troškova izgradnje i primjerenog roka povratka uloženih sredstava, za svaku lokaciju posebno.
No ona ne može biti veća od 850 eura po kvadratu, odnosno 425 eura za metar balkona ili natkrivene terase. Dok otkupna cijena za parkirališno mjesto ne može biti veća od 1980 eura po mjestu.
Naglašava načelnik i još jednu primamljivu vijest, a ta je da se i novac uplaćena kroz najamninu stana i mjesta za vozilo unutar 11 godina, također uračunavaju u kupoprodajnu cijenu stana, kao predujam.
Što se tiče same lokacije budućih zgrada, u tijeku je proces pronalaska zemljišta:
- Imamo zemljište koje smo zatražili od države, da nam prepuste parcelu za izgradnju stanova. No ako ga u skorije vrijeme ne dobijemo, morat ćemo kupovati privatno zemljište.
Tako da će i veličina zgrada, broj stanova, ovisiti o veličini dobivenih ili kupljenih terena, odnosno omjeru izgrađenosti na pojedinom zemljištu.

U borbu s lošom demografskom situacijom "kreće" i Općina Gradac, najjužnija lokalna zajednica Splitsko-dalmatinske županije i to izgradnjom stanova za – iznajmljivanje.
- Želja nam je osigurati mladim obiteljima stan, dom kojeg će najprije moći unajmiti, i to na 11 godina. Razdoblje je to koliko je djeca budu u vrtiću (tri godine) i u osnovnoj školi (osam godina), kada želimo da nemaju problema sa seljakanjem iz podstanarskih stanova i kuća koje se ljeti "rentaju" kao apartmani.
Želimo im omogućiti normalne uvjete za život, a koliko ćemo na kraju izgraditi stanova za najam, te nakon 11 godina i uz mogućnost otkupa tih kvadrata, ovisi o veličini parcele - u priču koja bi itekako riješila probleme mnogih obitelji koji žele ostati u Gradcu ili onima koji se žele doseliti u općinu koja u svom sastavu ima i mjesta Zaostrog, Drvenik, Brist i Podaca, uvodi nas Matko Burić, SDP-ov načelnik u svojem drugom mandatu.
Naime, lokalni vijećnici su u veljači donijeli odluku o provedbi ovog projekta usvojivši Odluku o uvjetima, mjerilima i postupku za određivanje reda prvenstva za najam i kupnju stana u Programu stanogradnje za demografsku obnovu Općine Gradac (POSDOG).

- U programu želimo izgraditi stanove za jedanaestogodišnji najam, s pravom otkupa ili produžetka najma, ako obitelji ne žele kupiti taj stan. Veličina stana koje ćemo graditi neće biti manja od 60 kvadrata, znači namijenjen je obitelji, uz obvezni najam i jednog parkirališnog mjesta.
I radi se isključivo o korištenju tog stambenog prostora za stalno stanovanje – ističe načelnik, dodajući i visinu najamnine koja je precizirana u ovim okvirima:
- Visinu najamnine odrađuje javna ustanova, ovisno o kalkulacijama troškova izgradnje i primjerenog roka povratak uloženih sredstava i to za svaku lokaciju posebno, no ono što je važno ne može biti veća od 350 eura (2650 kuna) po stambenoj jedinici mjesečno. Što se mjesta za vozilo tiče, najamnina ne može biti veća od 80 eura godišnje.
Lista prioriteta "složit" će se ocjenjivanjem i bodovanjem, od aktualnog stambenog statusa obitelji, do broja djece predškolske dobi i djece na školovanju, životnoj dobi podnositelja zahtjeva, mjesečnih primanja, stručnoj spremi...
Primjera radi, najviše bodova (15), nosi dijete uzrasta do šest godina, kao i podnositelji zahtjeva do 30 godina života (šest bodova), te ako osoba ima mjesečna primanja manja od 670 eura (tri boda), dok visoka stručna sprema osigurava još dodatnih pet bodova, a status samohranog roditelja donosi dodatni bod.
- Svi uvjeti su precizirani u našoj odluci o POSDOG-u, kao i to da djeca moraju pohađati vrtić ili osnovnu školu na području Općine Gradac – iznosi neke od uvjeta Burić, otkrivajući i ritam te iznos novca za otkupljivanje stana:

- Nakon 132 mjeseca, tih 11 godina unajmljivanja stana, obitelji imaju pravo prvootkupa. I tu smo precizirali cijenu kvadrata, na temelju kalkulacije troškova izgradnje i primjerenog roka povratka uloženih sredstava, za svaku lokaciju posebno.
No ona ne može biti veća od 850 eura po kvadratu, odnosno 425 eura za metar balkona ili natkrivene terase. Dok otkupna cijena za parkirališno mjesto ne može biti veća od 1980 eura po mjestu.
Naglašava načelnik i još jednu primamljivu vijest, a ta je da se i novac uplaćena kroz najamninu stana i mjesta za vozilo unutar 11 godina, također uračunavaju u kupoprodajnu cijenu stana, kao predujam.
Što se tiče same lokacije budućih zgrada, u tijeku je proces pronalaska zemljišta:
- Imamo zemljište koje smo zatražili od države, da nam prepuste parcelu za izgradnju stanova. No ako ga u skorije vrijeme ne dobijemo, morat ćemo kupovati privatno zemljište.
Tako da će i veličina zgrada, broj stanova, ovisiti o veličini dobivenih ili kupljenih terena, odnosno omjeru izgrađenosti na pojedinom zemljištu.
