U Solinu su danas uručeni ključevi za 17 obitelji koje su ostvarile pravo na kupnju stanova u POS-ovoj zgradi na predjelu Sveti Kajo.

U gradu u kojem prosječna cijena stambenog kvadrata već premašuje i 3500 eura, barem dio građana riješio je svoje stambeno pitanje za iznos od 1489 eura po četvornom metru. Među njima je i višečlana obitelj Ines i Mirka Matića koji imaju devetero djece.

- Zahvalni smo Bogu za ovu priliku koju smo dugo čekali. Propustili smo prvi natječaj i kad smo čuli za drugi odmah smo se prijavili.

Bili smo prvi na listi i dobili smo stan u potkrovlju od 73 kvadrata. Suprug i ja imamo devetero djece, šest dječaka i tri djevojčice. Trenutno sam na porodiljnom, suprug radi, ali vrlo je teško uz ovako veliku obitelj kupiti nešto po tržišnoj cijeni, tako da je ovo za nas bila jedina prilika - istaknula je Ines Matić.

Josip Matijašević sa suprugom i dvoje djece također je bio među 17 kupaca na listi prvenstva:

- Prezadovoljan sam, dobili smo stan od 48 četvornih metara plus terasu, ostavu i parkirališno mjesto u garaži. Nismo mogli zamisliti bolji božićni dar. Nakon dvadeset godina života u Solinu konačno smo u svome.

Događaju je nazočio i Branko Bačić (HDZ), ministar graditeljstva.

- Poticana stanogradnja je jedan od triju modela stambenoga zbrinjavanja kojeg provodi Vlada, a kojima omogućujemo našim građanima rješavanje stambenoga pitanja po povoljnim uvjetima i cijenama. Ako cijenu solinskog POS-a usporedimo s trenutnim tržišnim cijenama u ovom gradu koje se kreću od 3000 do 3500 eura po kvadratu, vidimo koliko je taj model kvalitetan i pogodan za naše građane.

Model stambenoga zbrinjavanja posebno je izražen na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije u kojoj je, uz ovih 17 stanova čije smo ključeve svečano uručili, na ovaj način zbrinuto još 1210 obitelji. Drugi model kojeg provodimo je subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, a treći, koji trenutno realiziramo diljem Hrvatske, je izgradnja sličnih zgrada sa stanovima za iznajmljivanje, s mogućnošću otkupa nakon određenog vremena, za one naše sugrađane koji trenutno nisu kreditno sposobni.

Budući da je u Hrvatskoj izuzetno velika potražnja za novim stanovima, a s druge strane ponuda nije velika što dovodi do rasta cijena nekretnina i rasta najmova, krenuli smo u izradu stambene strategije, odnosno Nacionalnog plana stambene politike do 2030., koji bi trebao biti predstavljen do kraja travnja 2024. kako bi iznašli model da mladim ljudima osiguramo što više ovakvih stambenih prostora - naglasio je Bačić.

Solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević (HDZ) kazao je kako "za 17 obitelji koji su temeljem liste prvenstva ostvarili pravo na kupnju stana iz programa POS-a nema boljeg božićnog poklona od toga da su riješili jedno od najvažnijih pitanja, a to je stambeno pitanje".

- Na nama u Gradu, naravno u suradnji s Vladom, Ministarstvom i Županijom, je iznalaženje daljnjih rješenja za stambeno zbrinjavanje, jer u našem gradu postoji još puno obitelji koje nemaju riješeno stambeno pitanje - dodao je Ninčević.

U Solinu su danas uručeni ključevi za 17 obitelji koje su ostvarile pravo na kupnju stanova u POS-ovoj zgradi na predjelu Sveti Kajo.

U gradu u kojem prosječna cijena stambenog kvadrata već premašuje i 3500 eura, barem dio građana riješio je svoje stambeno pitanje za iznos od 1489 eura po četvornom metru. Među njima je i višečlana obitelj Ines i Mirka Matića koji imaju devetero djece.

- Zahvalni smo Bogu za ovu priliku koju smo dugo čekali. Propustili smo prvi natječaj i kad smo čuli za drugi odmah smo se prijavili.

Bili smo prvi na listi i dobili smo stan u potkrovlju od 73 kvadrata. Suprug i ja imamo devetero djece, šest dječaka i tri djevojčice. Trenutno sam na porodiljnom, suprug radi, ali vrlo je teško uz ovako veliku obitelj kupiti nešto po tržišnoj cijeni, tako da je ovo za nas bila jedina prilika - istaknula je Ines Matić.

Josip Matijašević sa suprugom i dvoje djece također je bio među 17 kupaca na listi prvenstva:

- Prezadovoljan sam, dobili smo stan od 48 četvornih metara plus terasu, ostavu i parkirališno mjesto u garaži. Nismo mogli zamisliti bolji božićni dar. Nakon dvadeset godina života u Solinu konačno smo u svome.

Događaju je nazočio i Branko Bačić (HDZ), ministar graditeljstva.

- Poticana stanogradnja je jedan od triju modela stambenoga zbrinjavanja kojeg provodi Vlada, a kojima omogućujemo našim građanima rješavanje stambenoga pitanja po povoljnim uvjetima i cijenama. Ako cijenu solinskog POS-a usporedimo s trenutnim tržišnim cijenama u ovom gradu koje se kreću od 3000 do 3500 eura po kvadratu, vidimo koliko je taj model kvalitetan i pogodan za naše građane.

Model stambenoga zbrinjavanja posebno je izražen na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije u kojoj je, uz ovih 17 stanova čije smo ključeve svečano uručili, na ovaj način zbrinuto još 1210 obitelji. Drugi model kojeg provodimo je subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, a treći, koji trenutno realiziramo diljem Hrvatske, je izgradnja sličnih zgrada sa stanovima za iznajmljivanje, s mogućnošću otkupa nakon određenog vremena, za one naše sugrađane koji trenutno nisu kreditno sposobni.

Budući da je u Hrvatskoj izuzetno velika potražnja za novim stanovima, a s druge strane ponuda nije velika što dovodi do rasta cijena nekretnina i rasta najmova, krenuli smo u izradu stambene strategije, odnosno Nacionalnog plana stambene politike do 2030., koji bi trebao biti predstavljen do kraja travnja 2024. kako bi iznašli model da mladim ljudima osiguramo što više ovakvih stambenih prostora - naglasio je Bačić.

Solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević (HDZ) kazao je kako "za 17 obitelji koji su temeljem liste prvenstva ostvarili pravo na kupnju stana iz programa POS-a nema boljeg božićnog poklona od toga da su riješili jedno od najvažnijih pitanja, a to je stambeno pitanje".

- Na nama u Gradu, naravno u suradnji s Vladom, Ministarstvom i Županijom, je iznalaženje daljnjih rješenja za stambeno zbrinjavanje, jer u našem gradu postoji još puno obitelji koje nemaju riješeno stambeno pitanje - dodao je Ninčević.

U Solinu su danas uručeni ključevi za 17 obitelji koje su ostvarile pravo na kupnju stanova u POS-ovoj zgradi na predjelu Sveti Kajo.

U gradu u kojem prosječna cijena stambenog kvadrata već premašuje i 3500 eura, barem dio građana riješio je svoje stambeno pitanje za iznos od 1489 eura po četvornom metru. Među njima je i višečlana obitelj Ines i Mirka Matića koji imaju devetero djece.

- Zahvalni smo Bogu za ovu priliku koju smo dugo čekali. Propustili smo prvi natječaj i kad smo čuli za drugi odmah smo se prijavili.

Bili smo prvi na listi i dobili smo stan u potkrovlju od 73 kvadrata. Suprug i ja imamo devetero djece, šest dječaka i tri djevojčice. Trenutno sam na porodiljnom, suprug radi, ali vrlo je teško uz ovako veliku obitelj kupiti nešto po tržišnoj cijeni, tako da je ovo za nas bila jedina prilika - istaknula je Ines Matić.

Josip Matijašević sa suprugom i dvoje djece također je bio među 17 kupaca na listi prvenstva:
