Od 1. listopada građevinske dozvole za Brela i Bašku Vodu dobivaju se u Županijskom uredu za urbanizam u Splitu.
U Općini Baška Voda novinaru su predočene pritužbe građana na rad Urbanističkog odjela u Makarskoj prispjele u općinsku upravu. Postupci rješavanja predmeta traju predugo, previše se cjepidlači, tako da se do lokacijskih dozvola dolazi vrlo sporo i teško.
U obrazloženju Županijskog odjela za urbanizam, kao razlog prebacivanja predmeta u Split navodi se preveliko opterećenje makarskog ureda.
Navodi se kako je broj riješenih predmeta tek neznatno veći od broja zaprimljenih. Ne okrivljuju se zbog toga zaposlenici ureda, za koje se kaže kako ispunjavaju i premašuju mjesečnu normu.
Međutim, veliki je broj neriješenih predmeta iz prijašnjih godina, a više od 600 predmeta je u radu. Na iznimno turistički atraktivnoj rivijeri, kao i zanimljivoj regiji za vikend, stanove susjeda iz BiH, kao i stranaca iz EU-a, gradnja ne jenjava, te se mjesečno zaprima i rješava 170 do 200 predmeta. Ispostava Makarska je najopterećenija u županiji.
Stoga je pročelnik Županijskog urbanističkog ureda Mario Radeveljić donio odluku o privremenoj mjeri rasterećenja dijela predmeta koji se odnose na Bašku Vodu i Brela, što bi trebalo u kratkom roku pomoći da se nagomilani predmeti riješe.
“Nekoliko desetaka najsloženijih predmeta raspoređeno je iskusnijim djelatnicima u drugim ispostavama, jedan djelatnik iz ispostave u Omišu prebačen je na rad u Makarsku, a dvije djelatnice iz Splita privremeno će rješavati nove predmete s područja općina Brela i Baška Voda, koje su najbliže i dosta opterećene”, navodi se u obrazloženju Županijskog urbanističkog ureda.
U roku od najviše 15 dana od dana zaprimanja zahtjeva, investitori moraju dobiti odgovor na svoj zahtjev, s popisom akata koji nedostaju, s nedostacima u projektu i naputkom o daljnjem postupanju. Ako se takav zahtjev upotpuni na opisani način, isti će biti žurno riješen, a u protivnom će biti odbijen.

Od 1. listopada građevinske dozvole za Brela i Bašku Vodu dobivaju se u Županijskom uredu za urbanizam u Splitu.
U Općini Baška Voda novinaru su predočene pritužbe građana na rad Urbanističkog odjela u Makarskoj prispjele u općinsku upravu. Postupci rješavanja predmeta traju predugo, previše se cjepidlači, tako da se do lokacijskih dozvola dolazi vrlo sporo i teško.
U obrazloženju Županijskog odjela za urbanizam, kao razlog prebacivanja predmeta u Split navodi se preveliko opterećenje makarskog ureda.
Navodi se kako je broj riješenih predmeta tek neznatno veći od broja zaprimljenih. Ne okrivljuju se zbog toga zaposlenici ureda, za koje se kaže kako ispunjavaju i premašuju mjesečnu normu.
Međutim, veliki je broj neriješenih predmeta iz prijašnjih godina, a više od 600 predmeta je u radu. Na iznimno turistički atraktivnoj rivijeri, kao i zanimljivoj regiji za vikend, stanove susjeda iz BiH, kao i stranaca iz EU-a, gradnja ne jenjava, te se mjesečno zaprima i rješava 170 do 200 predmeta. Ispostava Makarska je najopterećenija u županiji.
Stoga je pročelnik Županijskog urbanističkog ureda Mario Radeveljić donio odluku o privremenoj mjeri rasterećenja dijela predmeta koji se odnose na Bašku Vodu i Brela, što bi trebalo u kratkom roku pomoći da se nagomilani predmeti riješe.
“Nekoliko desetaka najsloženijih predmeta raspoređeno je iskusnijim djelatnicima u drugim ispostavama, jedan djelatnik iz ispostave u Omišu prebačen je na rad u Makarsku, a dvije djelatnice iz Splita privremeno će rješavati nove predmete s područja općina Brela i Baška Voda, koje su najbliže i dosta opterećene”, navodi se u obrazloženju Županijskog urbanističkog ureda.
U roku od najviše 15 dana od dana zaprimanja zahtjeva, investitori moraju dobiti odgovor na svoj zahtjev, s popisom akata koji nedostaju, s nedostacima u projektu i naputkom o daljnjem postupanju. Ako se takav zahtjev upotpuni na opisani način, isti će biti žurno riješen, a u protivnom će biti odbijen.
