Potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević posljednje vrijeme provodi na Baniji u razrušenim gradovima i selima te je u razgovoru za Večernji list komentirao što točno radi tamo i kakav je dnevni ritam.

- Dan počinje u devet sjednicom Stožera gdje analiziramo što se napravilo prethodnog dana, koje su mjere donesene, je li se pojavio neki novi problem i planiramo na što ćemo staviti naglasak taj dan.

- Nakon sjednice nekad imamo medijske obaveze, nekad rješavamo konkretne probleme ili idemo na neki radni zadatak gdje želimo biti proaktivni, presresti problem prije nego što se pojavi. Ima tu i protokolarnih obveza jer nam često u posjet dolaze razne domaće i strane delegacije - rekao je Milošević.

Komentirao je i kako protječe proces sanacije na potresom pogođenom području.

- U ovom trenutku tog hodograma nema, dakle još nismo došli do te faze. Još uvijek radimo dosta usporednih poslova – traje kontejnersko zbrinjavanje ljudi, osiguravanje toplih obroka za sve i te neke vrste prve pomoći. Dakle, krenuli smo u izgradnju kontejnerskih naselja koja će prvenstveno imati stambenu svrhu iako je lokalni plan da negdje imaju i poslovnu.

- Pa imamo rušenje, potom još uvijek imamo ove brze preglede statike koje želimo završiti do kraja mjeseca – da sve oštećene građevine imaju naljepnicu. Na koncu tu je i procjena štete: u sljedećih mjesec dana trebamo procijeniti kolika je ukupna šteta koju je potres prouzročio kako bismo mogli podnijeti zahtjev Europskoj komisiji za fond solidarnosti da nam se odobre sredstva za obnove javnih zgrada - rekao je Milošević i dodao:

- A ove druge, privatne i gospodarske, rješavat ćemo kroz druge izvore i fondove, na kraju i kroz državni proračun. A sad se pored svega pojavio i taj prirodni fenomen vrtača koje su, kad se potres dogodio, bile samo dvije, a sad ih je više od devedeset.

- Angažirali smo struku s Rudarsko-geološko-naftnog fakulteta da nam objasni zašto one nastaju i koje područje bi, ako bismo išli u obnovu kuća, bilo sigurno i što očekivati u budućnosti. Idućih dana očekuje nas i početak procesa podnošenja zahtjeva za obnovu što svi građani željno iščekuju. Tako da imamo još dosta izazova, koliko god problema riješimo, pojave se novi.”

Milošević se osvrnuo i na to što političku karijeru gradi kroz nacionalnu stranku koja nema veliki domet, te da li je karijeru mogao graditi kroz neku jaku mainstream stranku i tako imati puno više političke moći.

- Rojilo se i meni to u glavi, imao sam i nekih ponuda. No životne okolnosti su me vodile u tu manjinsku politiku i ušao sam preduboko u nju. Dakle, i prije nego što sam se počeo baviti politikom, bavio sam se problemima Srba povratnika i jednostavno ušao u šprancu u kojoj želim napraviti pomak. Vjerujem u to što radim. Mislim da bi mi bilo lakše u mainstream stranci nego u manjinskoj jer se stalno moram boriti protiv predrasuda. Ali cijeli se život borim protiv njih - kazao je Milošević i dodao:

- S jedne strane, što god napravio, za desnicu sam četnik, ili bar ekstremni Srbin, pogotovo kad se još prezivaš Milošević. S druge strane, umjereni te ljudi gledaju kao profesionalnog Srbina. Brojne mainstream stranke zalažu se za nacionalnu ravnopravnost, ali mi nismo dosegli tu razinu da te probleme možemo prepustiti samo njima.

- Kod Srba postoje specifični problemi – od jezika i pisma, pa do stambenog zbrinjavanja, elektrifikacije sela koje mainstream stranke percipiraju kao periferne probleme. I onda kad se dogodi situacija da to iskoči u mainstream, kao recimo sad situacija s Banijom, svi se čude kako su to sela bez struje ili kako žive u strašnim uvjetima.

Milošević je dodao da je još i kao saborski zastupnik ukazivao na takve probleme.

- Fascinira me to jer koliko sam puta kao zastupnik ukazivao na takve probleme i nitko me ne bi doživljavao, pa čak ni kada činiš vladajuću većinu, a sad se svi bave time i pitaju me jesmo li mogli učiniti više? Čak i kad smo u vladajućoj koaliciji ne možemo učiniti više ako nemamo podršku drugih.

- Srbi imaju toliko problema i svi su zapravo prioritetni. Od egzistencijalnih problema do borbe za ostvarenje jezičnih prava. Mi se samo borimo za prava koja su već izglasana zakonima prije 20 godina dvotrećinskom većinom. Samo želimo da se to implementira. A ja opet racionalno shvaćam te stvari, da je to proces i da ne ide preko noći.

- I da ćirilicu treba u javnosti normalizirati, da to nije nikakvo agresorsko pismo, nego pismo kao i svako drugo i da Hrvatska neće ništa izgubiti ako implementira svoje vlastite zakone i ćirilica se pojavi na nekoj javnoj ploči. To ne treba demonizirati”, rekao je Milošević.

Potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević posljednje vrijeme provodi na Baniji u razrušenim gradovima i selima te je u razgovoru za Večernji list komentirao što točno radi tamo i kakav je dnevni ritam.

- Dan počinje u devet sjednicom Stožera gdje analiziramo što se napravilo prethodnog dana, koje su mjere donesene, je li se pojavio neki novi problem i planiramo na što ćemo staviti naglasak taj dan.

- Nakon sjednice nekad imamo medijske obaveze, nekad rješavamo konkretne probleme ili idemo na neki radni zadatak gdje želimo biti proaktivni, presresti problem prije nego što se pojavi. Ima tu i protokolarnih obveza jer nam često u posjet dolaze razne domaće i strane delegacije - rekao je Milošević.

Komentirao je i kako protječe proces sanacije na potresom pogođenom području.

- U ovom trenutku tog hodograma nema, dakle još nismo došli do te faze. Još uvijek radimo dosta usporednih poslova – traje kontejnersko zbrinjavanje ljudi, osiguravanje toplih obroka za sve i te neke vrste prve pomoći. Dakle, krenuli smo u izgradnju kontejnerskih naselja koja će prvenstveno imati stambenu svrhu iako je lokalni plan da negdje imaju i poslovnu.

- Pa imamo rušenje, potom još uvijek imamo ove brze preglede statike koje želimo završiti do kraja mjeseca – da sve oštećene građevine imaju naljepnicu. Na koncu tu je i procjena štete: u sljedećih mjesec dana trebamo procijeniti kolika je ukupna šteta koju je potres prouzročio kako bismo mogli podnijeti zahtjev Europskoj komisiji za fond solidarnosti da nam se odobre sredstva za obnove javnih zgrada - rekao je Milošević i dodao:

- A ove druge, privatne i gospodarske, rješavat ćemo kroz druge izvore i fondove, na kraju i kroz državni proračun. A sad se pored svega pojavio i taj prirodni fenomen vrtača koje su, kad se potres dogodio, bile samo dvije, a sad ih je više od devedeset.

- Angažirali smo struku s Rudarsko-geološko-naftnog fakulteta da nam objasni zašto one nastaju i koje područje bi, ako bismo išli u obnovu kuća, bilo sigurno i što očekivati u budućnosti. Idućih dana očekuje nas i početak procesa podnošenja zahtjeva za obnovu što svi građani željno iščekuju. Tako da imamo još dosta izazova, koliko god problema riješimo, pojave se novi.”

Milošević se osvrnuo i na to što političku karijeru gradi kroz nacionalnu stranku koja nema veliki domet, te da li je karijeru mogao graditi kroz neku jaku mainstream stranku i tako imati puno više političke moći.

- Rojilo se i meni to u glavi, imao sam i nekih ponuda. No životne okolnosti su me vodile u tu manjinsku politiku i ušao sam preduboko u nju. Dakle, i prije nego što sam se počeo baviti politikom, bavio sam se problemima Srba povratnika i jednostavno ušao u šprancu u kojoj želim napraviti pomak. Vjerujem u to što radim. Mislim da bi mi bilo lakše u mainstream stranci nego u manjinskoj jer se stalno moram boriti protiv predrasuda. Ali cijeli se život borim protiv njih - kazao je Milošević i dodao:

- S jedne strane, što god napravio, za desnicu sam četnik, ili bar ekstremni Srbin, pogotovo kad se još prezivaš Milošević. S druge strane, umjereni te ljudi gledaju kao profesionalnog Srbina. Brojne mainstream stranke zalažu se za nacionalnu ravnopravnost, ali mi nismo dosegli tu razinu da te probleme možemo prepustiti samo njima.

- Kod Srba postoje specifični problemi – od jezika i pisma, pa do stambenog zbrinjavanja, elektrifikacije sela koje mainstream stranke percipiraju kao periferne probleme. I onda kad se dogodi situacija da to iskoči u mainstream, kao recimo sad situacija s Banijom, svi se čude kako su to sela bez struje ili kako žive u strašnim uvjetima.

Milošević je dodao da je još i kao saborski zastupnik ukazivao na takve probleme.

- Fascinira me to jer koliko sam puta kao zastupnik ukazivao na takve probleme i nitko me ne bi doživljavao, pa čak ni kada činiš vladajuću većinu, a sad se svi bave time i pitaju me jesmo li mogli učiniti više? Čak i kad smo u vladajućoj koaliciji ne možemo učiniti više ako nemamo podršku drugih.

- Srbi imaju toliko problema i svi su zapravo prioritetni. Od egzistencijalnih problema do borbe za ostvarenje jezičnih prava. Mi se samo borimo za prava koja su već izglasana zakonima prije 20 godina dvotrećinskom većinom. Samo želimo da se to implementira. A ja opet racionalno shvaćam te stvari, da je to proces i da ne ide preko noći.

- I da ćirilicu treba u javnosti normalizirati, da to nije nikakvo agresorsko pismo, nego pismo kao i svako drugo i da Hrvatska neće ništa izgubiti ako implementira svoje vlastite zakone i ćirilica se pojavi na nekoj javnoj ploči. To ne treba demonizirati”, rekao je Milošević.
