Društvo arhitekata Split (DAS) reagiralo je na plan uređenja Trga Gaje Bulata ispred Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta.
Podsjetimo, plan uređenja ovog splitskog trga predstavljen je krajem studenog. Projektna dokumentacija je skoro u potpunosti izmijenjena u odnosu na onu iz 2016. godine, a ubrzo je objavljen i natječaj za izvođača.
Procjenjena vrijednost radova je oko pet milijuna kuna, a rok za dovršetak 90 dana od uvođenja izvođača u posao.
Splitski arhitekti nisu zadovoljni procesom planiranja uređenja, a naglašavaju da je ova tema ne samo prostorno značajna, već i društveno relevantan simbol upitnog upravljanja gradskim prostorima.
- Tadašnji gradonačelnik (Ivo Baldasar op.a.) je 2016. godine, u sumraku svog mandata i na temelju proste javne nabave, pokušao "ispod radara" urediti gradski trg unutar zone A - zone koja je najosjetljivija i najzaštićenija zona u gradu Splitu.
Internetom su kružile poluinformacije i nekakvi opskurni 3d prikazi, ništa nije bilo javno iskomunicirano i taj zahvat se htio provesti kao elementarno komunalno uređenje s "ubačenom" skulpturom.

Javnost i struka su to, naravno, osudili uz jasnu deklaraciju da taj prostor grada, s obzirom na važnost i trenutnu neartikuliranost, treba urediti javnim arhitektonskim natječajem i transparentnim pristupom prema javnosti - podsjećaju DAS-ovci
Naglašavaju da se radi ne samo o civilizacijskom standardu, već građani Splita zaslužuju da se bilo kakav gradski prostor, a posebno ovako važan, artikulira na najbolji mogući način i s najboljim mogućim rješenjem. Upravo zato su im nelogični postupci aktualne gradske vlasti.
- Aktualna situacija s novim pokušajem javno-nabavnog uređenja nesretnog trga nam je dodatno nelogična jer je aktualni gradonačelnik, uz sva naša neslaganja kod određenih tema, zaista kroz svoj mandat inzistirao na instrumentu natječaja i upravo oni natječaji koji su provedeni su isproducirali kvalitetna rješenja.
Tu je uređenje žnjanskog platoa, za koji čekamo da napokon krene u realizaciju po detaljnom planu i koji je napravljen na temelju natječajnog rješenja, kao i natječaj za Korešnicu, po čijem nagrađenom radu slijedi izrada UPU-a te koja će, ako se fizički realizira, biti mjesto kvalitetnog stanovanja u budućnosti.
Poanta je da su procesi arhitektonskih natječaja i samog projektiranja domena gdje mi kao struka možemo ponuditi pomoć, i to i radimo, ali da realizacija tih rješenja ipak ostaje ono što definira uspješnost gradskih upravljača.
Najveći splitski gradonačelnici su upravo ljudi koji su imali sposobnost realizacije zadanih ciljeva te organiziranja efikasne gradske uprave u tu svrhu.
Isto tako, u tradiciji i temeljima najboljih rješenja i zahvata unutar grada Splita su upravo arhitektonski natječaji, stručni i civilizacijski instrumenti zahvaljujući kojima smo ostali upisani u povijesti i svjetske arhitekture; od pojedinačnih građevina kao što je poljudski stadion, pa do urbanističkih i arhitektonskih realizacija kompletnih kvartova.
Od svega navedenog, opet smo u 2020. došli do ad hoc uređenja Trga Gaje Bulata, nemuštih vizualizacija i selektivnih prikaza projekta, bez jasnog isticanja autorstva arhitektonskog dijela te ikakvog jasnog filtera kvalitete.
Ukratko, ovaj proces je priznanje statusa privremenog, ad hoc grada i još uvijek se nadamo da se takva degradacija splitskog prostora i društva neće na ovakav način odigrati - poručuju splitski arhitekti.

Društvo arhitekata Split (DAS) reagiralo je na plan uređenja Trga Gaje Bulata ispred Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta.
Podsjetimo, plan uređenja ovog splitskog trga predstavljen je krajem studenog. Projektna dokumentacija je skoro u potpunosti izmijenjena u odnosu na onu iz 2016. godine, a ubrzo je objavljen i natječaj za izvođača.
Procjenjena vrijednost radova je oko pet milijuna kuna, a rok za dovršetak 90 dana od uvođenja izvođača u posao.
Splitski arhitekti nisu zadovoljni procesom planiranja uređenja, a naglašavaju da je ova tema ne samo prostorno značajna, već i društveno relevantan simbol upitnog upravljanja gradskim prostorima.
- Tadašnji gradonačelnik (Ivo Baldasar op.a.) je 2016. godine, u sumraku svog mandata i na temelju proste javne nabave, pokušao "ispod radara" urediti gradski trg unutar zone A - zone koja je najosjetljivija i najzaštićenija zona u gradu Splitu.
Internetom su kružile poluinformacije i nekakvi opskurni 3d prikazi, ništa nije bilo javno iskomunicirano i taj zahvat se htio provesti kao elementarno komunalno uređenje s "ubačenom" skulpturom.

Javnost i struka su to, naravno, osudili uz jasnu deklaraciju da taj prostor grada, s obzirom na važnost i trenutnu neartikuliranost, treba urediti javnim arhitektonskim natječajem i transparentnim pristupom prema javnosti - podsjećaju DAS-ovci
Naglašavaju da se radi ne samo o civilizacijskom standardu, već građani Splita zaslužuju da se bilo kakav gradski prostor, a posebno ovako važan, artikulira na najbolji mogući način i s najboljim mogućim rješenjem. Upravo zato su im nelogični postupci aktualne gradske vlasti.
- Aktualna situacija s novim pokušajem javno-nabavnog uređenja nesretnog trga nam je dodatno nelogična jer je aktualni gradonačelnik, uz sva naša neslaganja kod određenih tema, zaista kroz svoj mandat inzistirao na instrumentu natječaja i upravo oni natječaji koji su provedeni su isproducirali kvalitetna rješenja.
Tu je uređenje žnjanskog platoa, za koji čekamo da napokon krene u realizaciju po detaljnom planu i koji je napravljen na temelju natječajnog rješenja, kao i natječaj za Korešnicu, po čijem nagrađenom radu slijedi izrada UPU-a te koja će, ako se fizički realizira, biti mjesto kvalitetnog stanovanja u budućnosti.
Poanta je da su procesi arhitektonskih natječaja i samog projektiranja domena gdje mi kao struka možemo ponuditi pomoć, i to i radimo, ali da realizacija tih rješenja ipak ostaje ono što definira uspješnost gradskih upravljača.
Najveći splitski gradonačelnici su upravo ljudi koji su imali sposobnost realizacije zadanih ciljeva te organiziranja efikasne gradske uprave u tu svrhu.
Isto tako, u tradiciji i temeljima najboljih rješenja i zahvata unutar grada Splita su upravo arhitektonski natječaji, stručni i civilizacijski instrumenti zahvaljujući kojima smo ostali upisani u povijesti i svjetske arhitekture; od pojedinačnih građevina kao što je poljudski stadion, pa do urbanističkih i arhitektonskih realizacija kompletnih kvartova.
Od svega navedenog, opet smo u 2020. došli do ad hoc uređenja Trga Gaje Bulata, nemuštih vizualizacija i selektivnih prikaza projekta, bez jasnog isticanja autorstva arhitektonskog dijela te ikakvog jasnog filtera kvalitete.
Ukratko, ovaj proces je priznanje statusa privremenog, ad hoc grada i još uvijek se nadamo da se takva degradacija splitskog prostora i društva neće na ovakav način odigrati - poručuju splitski arhitekti.
