Dok polako i sigurno turisti napuštaju Split, vlasnici stanova sada s veseljem žele privući domaće ljude koje su, samo nekoliko mjeseci ranije, tjerali iz stanova. 

Jedan od oglasa koji je nedavno objavljen u jednoj Facebook grupi navodi jedan zanimljivi izazov. 

"Dajem besplatno godinu dana najma ako nađete ovakav stan s garažnim mjestom u centru za manji iznos!" piše u oglasu u kojem se nudi dvosoban stan. 

Dvosobni stan, 65 metara kvadratnih, dugoročno, smješten pokraj "Jokera". Sve to nudi se za 750 eura plus 50 eura za mjesto u garaži. 

Svi koji prihvate ovaj izazov neka se naoružaju čeličnim živcima. Prateći oglase na internetu, čini se da je ovo doista postala prosječna cijena najma.

Dok polako i sigurno turisti napuštaju Split, vlasnici stanova sada s veseljem žele privući domaće ljude koje su, samo nekoliko mjeseci ranije, tjerali iz stanova. 

Jedan od oglasa koji je nedavno objavljen u jednoj Facebook grupi navodi jedan zanimljivi izazov. 

"Dajem besplatno godinu dana najma ako nađete ovakav stan s garažnim mjestom u centru za manji iznos!" piše u oglasu u kojem se nudi dvosoban stan. 

Dvosobni stan, 65 metara kvadratnih, dugoročno, smješten pokraj "Jokera". Sve to nudi se za 750 eura plus 50 eura za mjesto u garaži. 

Svi koji prihvate ovaj izazov neka se naoružaju čeličnim živcima. Prateći oglase na internetu, čini se da je ovo doista postala prosječna cijena najma.

Splitska stanodavka mami podstanare: ‘Dajem besplatno godinu dana najma ako nađete ovakav stan za manju cijenu‘

Dok polako i sigurno turisti napuštaju Split, vlasnici stanova sada s veseljem žele privući domaće ljude koje su, samo nekoliko mjeseci ranije, tjerali iz stanova. 

Jedan od oglasa koji je nedavno objavljen u jednoj Facebook grupi navodi jedan zanimljivi izazov. 

"Dajem besplatno godinu dana najma ako nađete ovakav stan s garažnim mjestom u centru za manji iznos!" piše u oglasu u kojem se nudi dvosoban stan. 

Dvosobni stan, 65 metara kvadratnih, dugoročno, smješten pokraj "Jokera". Sve to nudi se za 750 eura plus 50 eura za mjesto u garaži. 

Svi koji prihvate ovaj izazov neka se naoružaju čeličnim živcima. Prateći oglase na internetu, čini se da je ovo doista postala prosječna cijena najma.
