- Prema onome čemu svjedočimo posljednja dva tjedna, postoji mogućnost da ovaj delta soj koronavirusa, koji je sada prisutan među populacijom, ipak nije toliko patogen, odnosno da nema tako razarajuće djelovanje na pluća, stoga i ne uzrokuje tako razarajuću upalu pluća, kao oni prije njega. No, da bi se to u potpunosti potvrdilo ili opovrgnulo trebalo bi napraviti veliku znanstvenu analizu, na velikom uzorku pacijenata, kazuje nam izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

Međutim, ovo što govori dr. Ivić moglo bi biti vrlo blizu istini, ukoliko se posljednja dva tjedna usporede brojke hospitaliziranih pacijenata oboljelih od Covida u KBC-u Split, onih koji su na strojnoj ventilaciji (respiratoru) i onih koji su "skinuti" sa respiratora, odnosno onih koji su "preživjeli" respirator.

Trenutačno, sa jučerašnjim danom u Covid bolnici na Križinama nalazilo se 40 hospitaliziranih pacijenata, od kojih je njih 12 ili čak 30 posto bilo priključeno na respirator.

Valja istaknuti da je tih 12 splitskih pacijenata na respiratoru, čak 63 posto trenutačno svih pacijenata oboljelih od Covida na respiratoru u RH.

Jučer je u RH na respiratoru zbog Covida bilo ukupno 19 pacijenata, od čega ih je čak 12 u Splitu. Ako se zna da je jučerašnjim danom u hrvatskim bolnicama od Covida bilo hospitalizirano 192 pacijenta, jasno je da je postotak oboljelih od Covida na respiratoru u RH bio 9,89 posto, dok je u Splitu, kako smo već napisali 30 posto.

- Takav postotak bolesnika oboljelih od Covida na respiratoru u splitskoj bolnici je viši nego li ikada do sada. Međutim, u svemu tome ima i jedna dobra stvar. Svi oni koji su u posljednja dva tjedna bili na respiratoru preživjeli su. Zašto je to tako? Zasigurno je jedan od odgovora i u dobi onih pacijenata koji sada dolaze na respirator. Radi se o sve mlađim ljudima, koji vrlo rijetko boluju od neke kronične ili onkološke bolesti, koji imaju jači i otporniji organizam, od onih starijih koji su prije prevladavali na respiratoru. To je zasigurno jedan od razloga, a drugi bi mogao biti, ovaj koji smo već spomenuli, da ovaj delta soj ipak nije patogen kao oni prije, kazuje dr. Ivić.

Sada nerijetko na respirator stižu i osobe u 40-im, odnosno 50-im godinama života, dok je taj prosjek, onih koji su prije dolazili na respirator, dok ipak nije bilo kakve-takve procijepljenosti bio poviše 70-75... godina života.

- I prije su mladi, odnosno mlađi ljudi znali biti priključeni na respirator, ali to je bila iznimka, sada se to češće događa. Prije su na respiratoru bili ljudi starije životne dobi, koji imaju kronična ili onkološka oboljenja i koji su bili zbog svog osabljenog imuniteta "ranjiviji". Sve je dobro, dok se ljudi oporavljaju i dok brojke ne "divljaju", kako su "divljale". Ipak, treba biti jako oprezan i smanjiti mogućnost zaraze na najmanju moguću mjeru. Ljudi se trebaju cijepiti i trebaju se pridržavati epidemioloških mjera, kako bi jesen i zima bili sigurniji i normalniji za sve nas, zaključio je izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić.

Na Kliniku za infektologiju KBC-a Split posljednjih dana dolazi po 70-tak naših sugrađana koji traže pomoć (jedan dan ih je bilo i 84). Iako, je ta brojka daleko od onih najgorih dana, kada je u hitnu ambulantu infektologije znalo po pomoć i na pregled dolaziti po 120 osoba, svakako porast onih koji trebaju pomoć infektologa treba biti upozoravajuća. Naime, nedavno, prije samo 20-tak dna ta brojka bila kud i kamo manja oko 30.

Inače, danas je u SDŽ bilo 69 novooboljelih, a testirano je 1420 osoba, te je udio pozitivnih u broju testiranih bio 4.85 posto.

Kada je Hrvatska u pitanju, zabilježena su 333 nova slučaja zaraze virusom SARS-CoV-2, što je 48 slučajeva manje nego u srijedu, ali i 275 slučajeva više nego prethodnog četvrtka.

Broj aktivnih slučajeva u Hrvatskoj ukupno je 1552. Još su preminule tri osobe.

- Prema onome čemu svjedočimo posljednja dva tjedna, postoji mogućnost da ovaj delta soj koronavirusa, koji je sada prisutan među populacijom, ipak nije toliko patogen, odnosno da nema tako razarajuće djelovanje na pluća, stoga i ne uzrokuje tako razarajuću upalu pluća, kao oni prije njega. No, da bi se to u potpunosti potvrdilo ili opovrgnulo trebalo bi napraviti veliku znanstvenu analizu, na velikom uzorku pacijenata, kazuje nam izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

Međutim, ovo što govori dr. Ivić moglo bi biti vrlo blizu istini, ukoliko se posljednja dva tjedna usporede brojke hospitaliziranih pacijenata oboljelih od Covida u KBC-u Split, onih koji su na strojnoj ventilaciji (respiratoru) i onih koji su "skinuti" sa respiratora, odnosno onih koji su "preživjeli" respirator.

Trenutačno, sa jučerašnjim danom u Covid bolnici na Križinama nalazilo se 40 hospitaliziranih pacijenata, od kojih je njih 12 ili čak 30 posto bilo priključeno na respirator.

Valja istaknuti da je tih 12 splitskih pacijenata na respiratoru, čak 63 posto trenutačno svih pacijenata oboljelih od Covida na respiratoru u RH.

Jučer je u RH na respiratoru zbog Covida bilo ukupno 19 pacijenata, od čega ih je čak 12 u Splitu. Ako se zna da je jučerašnjim danom u hrvatskim bolnicama od Covida bilo hospitalizirano 192 pacijenta, jasno je da je postotak oboljelih od Covida na respiratoru u RH bio 9,89 posto, dok je u Splitu, kako smo već napisali 30 posto.

- Takav postotak bolesnika oboljelih od Covida na respiratoru u splitskoj bolnici je viši nego li ikada do sada. Međutim, u svemu tome ima i jedna dobra stvar. Svi oni koji su u posljednja dva tjedna bili na respiratoru preživjeli su. Zašto je to tako? Zasigurno je jedan od odgovora i u dobi onih pacijenata koji sada dolaze na respirator. Radi se o sve mlađim ljudima, koji vrlo rijetko boluju od neke kronične ili onkološke bolesti, koji imaju jači i otporniji organizam, od onih starijih koji su prije prevladavali na respiratoru. To je zasigurno jedan od razloga, a drugi bi mogao biti, ovaj koji smo već spomenuli, da ovaj delta soj ipak nije patogen kao oni prije, kazuje dr. Ivić.

Sada nerijetko na respirator stižu i osobe u 40-im, odnosno 50-im godinama života, dok je taj prosjek, onih koji su prije dolazili na respirator, dok ipak nije bilo kakve-takve procijepljenosti bio poviše 70-75... godina života.

- I prije su mladi, odnosno mlađi ljudi znali biti priključeni na respirator, ali to je bila iznimka, sada se to češće događa. Prije su na respiratoru bili ljudi starije životne dobi, koji imaju kronična ili onkološka oboljenja i koji su bili zbog svog osabljenog imuniteta "ranjiviji". Sve je dobro, dok se ljudi oporavljaju i dok brojke ne "divljaju", kako su "divljale". Ipak, treba biti jako oprezan i smanjiti mogućnost zaraze na najmanju moguću mjeru. Ljudi se trebaju cijepiti i trebaju se pridržavati epidemioloških mjera, kako bi jesen i zima bili sigurniji i normalniji za sve nas, zaključio je izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić.

Na Kliniku za infektologiju KBC-a Split posljednjih dana dolazi po 70-tak naših sugrađana koji traže pomoć (jedan dan ih je bilo i 84). Iako, je ta brojka daleko od onih najgorih dana, kada je u hitnu ambulantu infektologije znalo po pomoć i na pregled dolaziti po 120 osoba, svakako porast onih koji trebaju pomoć infektologa treba biti upozoravajuća. Naime, nedavno, prije samo 20-tak dna ta brojka bila kud i kamo manja oko 30.

Inače, danas je u SDŽ bilo 69 novooboljelih, a testirano je 1420 osoba, te je udio pozitivnih u broju testiranih bio 4.85 posto.

Kada je Hrvatska u pitanju, zabilježena su 333 nova slučaja zaraze virusom SARS-CoV-2, što je 48 slučajeva manje nego u srijedu, ali i 275 slučajeva više nego prethodnog četvrtka.

Broj aktivnih slučajeva u Hrvatskoj ukupno je 1552. Još su preminule tri osobe.
