Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je 14. veljače 2024., redovnim putem zaprimilo posebno izvješće Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske protiv 36-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Hrvatske zbog osnova sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz članka 215. stavak 1. Kaznenog zakona/11 i dva kaznena djela oštećenja tuđe stvari iz članka 235. stavak 1. KZ-a/11.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 36-godišnjak 10. veljače 2024., u Splitu, pod utjecajem alkohola upravljao osobnim vozilom koje je naglo i bez opravdanog razloga zaustavio i prepriječio put drugim vozilima te potom izašao iz vozila i prišao do vozila zaustavljeno iza njega.
Zabio se u vozilo
Osnovano se sumnja da je agresivno vikao na žensku osobu koja je sjedila na mjestu vozača i zahtijevao otvaranje prozora na vozilu, kao i da je, nakon što nije uspio istrgnuti brisač sa prednjeg vjetrobranskog stakla njenog vozila, sjeo za upravljač svog vozila te se namjerno i svjesno vožnjom unatrag zabio u njeno vozilo koje je oštetio.

Osnovano se sumnja i da je istoga dana u Splitu, pod utjecajem alkohola, prišao parkiranom osobnom vozilu u kojem su bile tri osobe te agresivno od suvozača zahtijevao spuštanje stakla na prozoru, kao i da je rukama počeo udarati po prozoru suvozačevih vrata pa je ženska osoba, koja je bila na mjestu vozača, iz straha pokrenula vozilo i počela s udaljavanjem. Osumnjičenik je sjeo za upravljač svog vozila te se, osnovano se sumnja, svjesno i namjerno zabio u vozilo kojim je ona upravljala i po izlasku staklenom bocom razbio prednje vjetrobransko staklo na tom vozilu.
‘Može počiniti isto‘
Vozačica ga je uspjela zaobići i uključiti se u promet no on je, osnovano se sumnja, krenuo voziti za njom te ju sustigao i, u namjeri da je izgura s kolnika, prednjim dijelom svog vozila namjerno u više navrata zabijao u stražnji dio vozila kojim je upravljala. Vozačica i suputnik su zadobili lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je, nakon pregleda dokumentacije dostavljene uz posebno izvješće i pregleda video snimki ovih događaja, ocijenilo kako postoje osobite okolnosti koje upućuju na opasnost da bi osumnjičenik boravkom na slobodi mogao počiniti isto ili teže kazneno djelo pa je podnijelo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora na temelju zakonskog osnova iz članka 123. stavak 1. točka 3. Zakona o kaznenom postupku.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je 14. veljače 2024., redovnim putem zaprimilo posebno izvješće Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske protiv 36-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Hrvatske zbog osnova sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz članka 215. stavak 1. Kaznenog zakona/11 i dva kaznena djela oštećenja tuđe stvari iz članka 235. stavak 1. KZ-a/11.
Ivošević pozdravlja smjenu šefa policijske postaje: ‘Nadam se da će budući biti više orijentiran zaštiti javnog dobra‘
Postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 36-godišnjak 10. veljače 2024., u Splitu, pod utjecajem alkohola upravljao osobnim vozilom koje je naglo i bez opravdanog razloga zaustavio i prepriječio put drugim vozilima te potom izašao iz vozila i prišao do vozila zaustavljeno iza njega.

Osnovano se sumnja da je agresivno vikao na žensku osobu koja je sjedila na mjestu vozača i zahtijevao otvaranje prozora na vozilu, kao i da je, nakon što nije uspio istrgnuti brisač sa prednjeg vjetrobranskog stakla njenog vozila, sjeo za upravljač svog vozila te se namjerno i svjesno vožnjom unatrag zabio u njeno vozilo koje je oštetio.

Osnovano se sumnja i da je istoga dana u Splitu, pod utjecajem alkohola, prišao parkiranom osobnom vozilu u kojem su bile tri osobe te agresivno od suvozača zahtijevao spuštanje stakla na prozoru, kao i da je rukama počeo udarati po prozoru suvozačevih vrata pa je ženska osoba, koja je bila na mjestu vozača, iz straha pokrenula vozilo i počela s udaljavanjem. Osumnjičenik je sjeo za upravljač svog vozila te se, osnovano se sumnja, svjesno i namjerno zabio u vozilo kojim je ona upravljala i po izlasku staklenom bocom razbio prednje vjetrobransko staklo na tom vozilu.
‘Može počiniti isto‘
Vozačica ga je uspjela zaobići i uključiti se u promet no on je, osnovano se sumnja, krenuo voziti za njom te ju sustigao i, u namjeri da je izgura s kolnika, prednjim dijelom svog vozila namjerno u više navrata zabijao u stražnji dio vozila kojim je upravljala. Vozačica i suputnik su zadobili lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je, nakon pregleda dokumentacije dostavljene uz posebno izvješće i pregleda video snimki ovih događaja, ocijenilo kako postoje osobite okolnosti koje upućuju na opasnost da bi osumnjičenik boravkom na slobodi mogao počiniti isto ili teže kazneno djelo pa je podnijelo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu prijedlog za određivanje istražnog zatvora na temelju zakonskog osnova iz članka 123. stavak 1. točka 3. Zakona o kaznenom postupku.
