Nedavno se na društvenim mrežama pojavila slika ribe iznad koje je stajalo pitanje:

- Lipi pozdrav! Pitam se koja je ova riba - crven ko arbun, oblik ko brancin. Hvala unaprijed

Naravno da se u skladu s našim običajima ispod objave pojavila hrpa odgovora koji su samo potvrdili jedno sveopće nepoznavanje podmorja. Pored promašeno ‘duhovitih‘ odgovora moglo se vidjeti kako je u pitanju ‘mali šnjur koji živi od 9-14 metara‘, ‘arbun okan‘, ‘lubin kojem je falilo kisika, zbog čega je dobijao vitamine u hrani‘, brancin koji je ubijen dinamitom pa je crven zato što su mu popucali krvni sudovi‘, i tako u nedogled.

Nažalost, ovi su odgovori dani iz uvjerenja bez želje za duhovitošću i naravno, ništa od toga nije ni u kom slučaju istina.

Mnogi su pomislili da je možda riječ o ksantokromizmu, koji se još naziva i ksantokroizam ili ksantizam, a koji se često povezuje s nedostatkom uobičajene pigmentacije i njenom zamjenom neobično visoke razine žute pigmentacije i čiji je uzrok obično genetski, ali ponekad može biti povezan i s ishranom, što također nije točno.

Riba koja je ulovljena na Pagu u blizini uzgajališta udicom ‘na ruku‘ je brancin, a neobična boja je posljedica bakterijskog oboljenja.

I premda većina bakterija koje napadaju ribe nisu kobne za ljude, tim više što bi se termičkom obradom vjerojatno uništile sve potencijalno opasne bakterije, preporuka je da se ovako očito bolesne jedinke ne konzumiraju.

Dodirivanje bolesne ribe je jedno, a unos bakterija u probavni trakt nešto sasvim drugo što ne bi trebalo ispuštati iz vida u susretu s ovako oboljelim organizmima. 

Nažalost, nakon ulova ovog brancina snimljen je samo jedna fotografija tako da ovim putem pozivamo sve ribolovce kad ostvare bilo kakav neobičan ulov da to snime iz više kuteva te da o tom ulovu ili nalazu obavijeste Institut ili da ga pak duboko zamrznu do dolaska nekoga iz Institutu.

Pored promašeno ‘duhovitih‘ odgovora moglo se vidjeti kako je u pitanju ‘mali šnjur koji živi od 9-14 metara‘, ‘arbun okan‘, ‘lubin kojem je falilo kisika, zbog čega je dobijao vitamine u hrani‘, brancin koji je ubijen dinamitom pa je crven zato što su mu popucali krvni sudovi‘, i tako u nedogled.

Nažalost, ovi su odgovori dani iz uvjerenja bez želje za duhovitošću i naravno, ništa od toga nije ni u kom slučaju istina.

Mnogi su pomislili da je možda riječ o ksantokromizmu, koji se još naziva i ksantokroizam ili ksantizam, a koji se često povezuje s nedostatkom uobičajene pigmentacije i njenom zamjenom neobično visoke razine žute pigmentacije i čiji je uzrok obično genetski, ali ponekad može biti povezan i s ishranom, što također nije točno.

Riba koja je ulovljena na Pagu u blizini uzgajališta udicom ‘na ruku‘ je brancin, a neobična boja je posljedica bakterijskog oboljenja.

I premda većina bakterija koje napadaju ribe nisu kobne za ljude, tim više što bi se termičkom obradom vjerojatno uništile sve potencijalno opasne bakterije, preporuka je da se ovako očito bolesne jedinke ne konzumiraju.

Dodirivanje bolesne ribe je jedno, a unos bakterija u probavni trakt nešto sasvim drugo što ne bi trebalo ispuštati iz vida u susretu s ovako oboljelim organizmima. 

Nažalost, nakon ulova ovog brancina snimljen je samo jedna fotografija tako da ovim putem pozivamo sve ribolovce kad ostvare bilo kakav neobičan ulov da to snime iz više kuteva te da o tom ulovu ili nalazu obavijeste Institut ili da ga pak duboko zamrznu do dolaska nekoga iz Institutu.

Nedavno se na društvenim mrežama pojavila slika ribe iznad koje je stajalo pitanje:

- Lipi pozdrav! Pitam se koja je ova riba - crven ko arbun, oblik ko brancin. Hvala unaprijed

Naravno da se u skladu s našim običajima ispod objave pojavila hrpa odgovora koji su samo potvrdili jedno sveopće nepoznavanje podmorja.
