Mediji su zadnjih dana izvještavali o tome kako je problem nedostatka grobara eskalirao. U Rijeci planiraju zapošljavanje stranih radnika, u Zagrebu na posao zovu i umirovljenike, a u Ludbregu su ograničili broj dnevnih ukopa.

Glas Istre provjerio je kakva je situacija u Istri. Anketirali su pet direktora gradskih poduzeća i doznali sljedeće:

Komunalna poduzeća 1. maj (Labin), 6. maj (Umag), Usluga (Poreč) i Park (Buzet) problem nedostatka grobara rješavaju preraspodjelom radnika iz drugih sektora, obzirom da sve četiri tvrtke imaju širok spektar djelatnosti koje pokrivaju. To nije slučaj u Puli, gdje postoji niz specijaliziranih gradskih poduzeća, pa tako gradsko poduzeće za ukope, Monte Giro, ne može računati na pomoć radnika iz ostalih tvrtki.

Najveći je nedostatak radnika tamo gdje su najveće plaće, ali i gdje je blizina drugih država s višim plaćama. Riječ je o tvrtki 6. maj iz Umaga koja pokriva ukope još u gradovima Buje i Novigrad te u općinama Grožnjan, Oprtalj i Brtonigla. Kod njih je minimalna neto plaća ukopnika 1.000 i više eura, a pogrebnici dobivaju 1.500 eura neto, rekao je za Glas Istre direktor Reuf Šerbečić.

Mediji su zadnjih dana izvještavali o tome kako je problem nedostatka grobara eskalirao. U Rijeci planiraju zapošljavanje stranih radnika, u Zagrebu na posao zovu i umirovljenike, a u Ludbregu su ograničili broj dnevnih ukopa.

Glas Istre provjerio je kakva je situacija u Istri. Anketirali su pet direktora gradskih poduzeća i doznali sljedeće:

Komunalna poduzeća 1. maj (Labin), 6. maj (Umag), Usluga (Poreč) i Park (Buzet) problem nedostatka grobara rješavaju preraspodjelom radnika iz drugih sektora, obzirom da sve četiri tvrtke imaju širok spektar djelatnosti koje pokrivaju. To nije slučaj u Puli, gdje postoji niz specijaliziranih gradskih poduzeća, pa tako gradsko poduzeće za ukope, Monte Giro, ne može računati na pomoć radnika iz ostalih tvrtki.

Najveći je nedostatak radnika tamo gdje su najveće plaće, ali i gdje je blizina drugih država s višim plaćama. Riječ je o tvrtki 6. maj iz Umaga koja pokriva ukope još u gradovima Buje i Novigrad te u općinama Grožnjan, Oprtalj i Brtonigla. Kod njih je minimalna neto plaća ukopnika 1.000 i više eura, a pogrebnici dobivaju 1.500 eura neto, rekao je za Glas Istre direktor Reuf Šerbečić.

I u ovom dijelu Hrvatske nitko neće u grobare, a plaće uopće nisu loše, evo koliko im se mjesečno nudi

Mediji su zadnjih dana izvještavali o tome kako je problem nedostatka grobara eskalirao. U Rijeci planiraju zapošljavanje stranih radnika, u Zagrebu na posao zovu i umirovljenike, a u Ludbregu su ograničili broj dnevnih ukopa.

Glas Istre provjerio je kakva je situacija u Istri. Anketirali su pet direktora gradskih poduzeća i doznali sljedeće:

Komunalna poduzeća 1. maj (Labin), 6. maj (Umag), Usluga (Poreč) i Park (Buzet) problem nedostatka grobara rješavaju preraspodjelom radnika iz drugih sektora, obzirom da sve četiri tvrtke imaju širok spektar djelatnosti koje pokrivaju. To nije slučaj u Puli, gdje postoji niz specijaliziranih gradskih poduzeća, pa tako gradsko poduzeće za ukope, Monte Giro, ne može računati na pomoć radnika iz ostalih tvrtki.

Najveći je nedostatak radnika tamo gdje su najveće plaće, ali i gdje je blizina drugih država s višim plaćama. Riječ je o tvrtki 6. maj iz Umaga koja pokriva ukope još u gradovima Buje i Novigrad te u općinama Grožnjan, Oprtalj i Brtonigla. Kod njih je minimalna neto plaća ukopnika 1.000 i više eura, a pogrebnici dobivaju 1.500 eura neto, rekao je za Glas Istre direktor Reuf Šerbečić.
