Zadarski su policajci proveli kriminalističko istraživanje nad 46-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči da je od troje vlasnika objekata na zadarskom području za izvođenje građevinskih radova primio novac, a dogovorene radove nije izvršio.

Tako ga se sumnjiči da je u studenom 2022. godine s 81-godišnjom vlasnicom kuće na zadarskom području dogovorio građevinske radove, za što je primio novčani predujam. Budući nije dovršio radove, na poziv vlasnice je vratio dio novca, dok je dio zadržao za sebe čime je oštetio za iznos od 530 eura.

Isto tako ga se sumnjiči da je u prosincu prošle godine s vlasnikom stana u Zadru dogovorio građevinske radove na ime čega mu je 40-godišnjak za adaptaciju stana isplatio novčani predujam.

Nakon toga su dogovoreni radovi samo djelomično izvedeni, a osumnjičenik nije dovršio radove u dogovorenom roku niti vratio preostali dio uplaćenog predujam, čime je vlasnika oštetio za oko 4 tisuće eura.

Nadalje, sumnjiči ga se da je s 64-godišnjakom u siječnju dogovorio izvođenje građevinskih radova, za što je primio novčani predujam od tisuću eura, a dogovorene radove do sada nije započeo niti vratio primljeni novac.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, 46-godišnji osumnjičenik je jučer predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske te je kaznena prijava dostavljena mjerodavnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Zadarski su policajci proveli kriminalističko istraživanje nad 46-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči da je od troje vlasnika objekata na zadarskom području za izvođenje građevinskih radova primio novac, a dogovorene radove nije izvršio.

Tako ga se sumnjiči da je u studenom 2022. godine s 81-godišnjom vlasnicom kuće na zadarskom području dogovorio građevinske radove, za što je primio novčani predujam. Budući nije dovršio radove, na poziv vlasnice je vratio dio novca, dok je dio zadržao za sebe čime je oštetio za iznos od 530 eura.

Isto tako ga se sumnjiči da je u prosincu prošle godine s vlasnikom stana u Zadru dogovorio građevinske radove na ime čega mu je 40-godišnjak za adaptaciju stana isplatio novčani predujam.

Nakon toga su dogovoreni radovi samo djelomično izvedeni, a osumnjičenik nije dovršio radove u dogovorenom roku niti vratio preostali dio uplaćenog predujam, čime je vlasnika oštetio za oko 4 tisuće eura.

Nadalje, sumnjiči ga se da je s 64-godišnjakom u siječnju dogovorio izvođenje građevinskih radova, za što je primio novčani predujam od tisuću eura, a dogovorene radove do sada nije započeo niti vratio primljeni novac.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, 46-godišnji osumnjičenik je jučer predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske te je kaznena prijava dostavljena mjerodavnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Za građevinske radove uzimao novac, a poslove ili nije završio ili ih nije ni započeo: 46-godišnjak smješten u pritvor

Zadarski su policajci proveli kriminalističko istraživanje nad 46-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči da je od troje vlasnika objekata na zadarskom području za izvođenje građevinskih radova primio novac, a dogovorene radove nije izvršio.

Tako ga se sumnjiči da je u studenom 2022. godine s 81-godišnjom vlasnicom kuće na zadarskom području dogovorio građevinske radove, za što je primio novčani predujam. Budući nije dovršio radove, na poziv vlasnice je vratio dio novca, dok je dio zadržao za sebe čime je oštetio za iznos od 530 eura.

Isto tako ga se sumnjiči da je u prosincu prošle godine s vlasnikom stana u Zadru dogovorio građevinske radove na ime čega mu je 40-godišnjak za adaptaciju stana isplatio novčani predujam.

Nakon toga su dogovoreni radovi samo djelomično izvedeni, a osumnjičenik nije dovršio radove u dogovorenom roku niti vratio preostali dio uplaćenog predujam, čime je vlasnika oštetio za oko 4 tisuće eura.

Nadalje, sumnjiči ga se da je s 64-godišnjakom u siječnju dogovorio izvođenje građevinskih radova, za što je primio novčani predujam od tisuću eura, a dogovorene radove do sada nije započeo niti vratio primljeni novac.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, 46-godišnji osumnjičenik je jučer predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske te je kaznena prijava dostavljena mjerodavnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.
