Providurova palača konačno bi se trebala opremiti za izložbenu djelatnost jer je Grad Zadar raspisao natječaj za posljednje dvije faze opremanja interijera Providurove palače. 

Zbog kašnjenja ovog natječaja, odnosno opremanja Providurove palače odgođeno je i postavljanje umjetnina Nacionalnog muzeja moderne umjetnosti. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 1,5 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a).

Predmet ove faze je projekt interijera kafeterije te opremanje dijela ostalih prostora Providurove palače. Uređuje se interijer kafeterije i garderobe te se prostori palače opremaju tipskom i ugradbenom opremom. 

Prostor namijenjen kafeteriji i garderobi nalazi se u prizemlju Providurove palače, neposredno uz centralni hol te je izveden do roh bau faze. Projektom interijera prostor se dijeli na prostor kafeterije s priručnim skladištem i prostor centralne garderobe za posjetitelje.

Ovim projektom planirana je dodatna oprema dijela ostalih prostora Providurove palače. Sve izložbene dvorane opremaju se šinskim LED reflektorima (ugradbene šine već su postavljene u spuštene stropove izložbenih dvorana). Između polivalentne dvorane i komunikacijskog hodnika na drugom katu postavlja se zastor za zamračivanje. Za potrebe ovlaživanja zraka u izložbenim dvoranama, ugrađuju se elektroparni ovlaživači u postojeće klima komore.

Rok za dostavu ponuda je 19. rujna 2022. a rok za završetka ugovorenih radova 120 radnih dana od dana uvođenja u posao.

Do roh bau faze izvedeni su i poslovni prostori u prizemlju Providurove palače koji još uvijek su prazni. Na natječaju za zakup triju poslovnih prostora održanom u ožujku pristigle su samo dvije ponude za prostor knjižare. 

Za kavanu od 82 kvadrata i slastičarnu od 30 kvadrata, čije su početne cijene bile 12 eura po kvadratu, nije pristigla niti jedna ponuda. 

Novi natječaj za davanje u zakup preostalih dvaju prostora bi se prema riječima pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislava Korone trebao raspisati do kraja rujna.

Natječaj za posljednje dvije faze opremanja interijera Providurove palače podijeljen je u pet grupa: Građevinsko-obrtnički radovi (465.060,00 kn bez PDV-a), Elektroinstalacije – rasvjeta (110.000,00 kn bez PDV-a), Tipska i ugradbena oprema (317.700,00 kn bez PDV-a), Ovlaživači zraka (87.274,00 kn bez PDV-a) i Reflektori (513.400,00 kn bez PDV-a).

Providurova palača konačno bi se trebala opremiti za izložbenu djelatnost jer je Grad Zadar raspisao natječaj za posljednje dvije faze opremanja interijera Providurove palače. 

Zbog kašnjenja ovog natječaja, odnosno opremanja Providurove palače odgođeno je i postavljanje umjetnina Nacionalnog muzeja moderne umjetnosti. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 1,5 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a).

Predmet ove faze je projekt interijera kafeterije te opremanje dijela ostalih prostora Providurove palače. Uređuje se interijer kafeterije i garderobe te se prostori palače opremaju tipskom i ugradbenom opremom. 

Prostor namijenjen kafeteriji i garderobi nalazi se u prizemlju Providurove palače, neposredno uz centralni hol te je izveden do roh bau faze. Projektom interijera prostor se dijeli na prostor kafeterije s priručnim skladištem i prostor centralne garderobe za posjetitelje.

Ovim projektom planirana je dodatna oprema dijela ostalih prostora Providurove palače. Sve izložbene dvorane opremaju se šinskim LED reflektorima (ugradbene šine već su postavljene u spuštene stropove izložbenih dvorana). Između polivalentne dvorane i komunikacijskog hodnika na drugom katu postavlja se zastor za zamračivanje. Za potrebe ovlaživanja zraka u izložbenim dvoranama, ugrađuju se elektroparni ovlaživači u postojeće klima komore.

Rok za dostavu ponuda je 19. rujna 2022. a rok za završetka ugovorenih radova 120 radnih dana od dana uvođenja u posao.

Do roh bau faze izvedeni su i poslovni prostori u prizemlju Providurove palače koji još uvijek su prazni. Na natječaju za zakup triju poslovnih prostora održanom u ožujku pristigle su samo dvije ponude za prostor knjižare. 

Za kavanu od 82 kvadrata i slastičarnu od 30 kvadrata, čije su početne cijene bile 12 eura po kvadratu, nije pristigla niti jedna ponuda. 

Novi natječaj za davanje u zakup preostalih dvaju prostora bi se prema riječima pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislava Korone trebao raspisati do kraja rujna.

Natječaj za posljednje dvije faze opremanja interijera Providurove palače podijeljen je u pet grupa: Građevinsko-obrtnički radovi (465.060,00 kn bez PDV-a), Elektroinstalacije – rasvjeta (110.000,00 kn bez PDV-a), Tipska i ugradbena oprema (317.700,00 kn bez PDV-a), Ovlaživači zraka (87.274,00 kn bez PDV-a) i Reflektori (513.400,00 kn bez PDV-a).

Providurova palača konačno bi se trebala opremiti za izložbenu djelatnost jer je Grad Zadar raspisao natječaj za posljednje dvije faze opremanja interijera Providurove palače. 

Zbog kašnjenja ovog natječaja, odnosno opremanja Providurove palače odgođeno je i postavljanje umjetnina Nacionalnog muzeja moderne umjetnosti. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 1,5 milijuna kuna (bez PDV-a).

Predmet ove faze je projekt interijera kafeterije te opremanje dijela ostalih prostora Providurove palače. Uređuje se interijer kafeterije i garderobe te se prostori palače opremaju tipskom i ugradbenom opremom. 

Prostor namijenjen kafeteriji i garderobi nalazi se u prizemlju Providurove palače, neposredno uz centralni hol te je izveden do roh bau faze. Projektom interijera prostor se dijeli na prostor kafeterije s priručnim skladištem i prostor centralne garderobe za posjetitelje.

Ovim projektom planirana je dodatna oprema dijela ostalih prostora Providurove palače. Sve izložbene dvorane opremaju se šinskim LED reflektorima (ugradbene šine već su postavljene u spuštene stropove izložbenih dvorana). Između polivalentne dvorane i komunikacijskog hodnika na drugom katu postavlja se zastor za zamračivanje. Za potrebe ovlaživanja zraka u izložbenim dvoranama, ugrađuju se elektroparni ovlaživači u postojeće klima komore.

Rok za dostavu ponuda je 19. rujna 2022. a rok za završetka ugovorenih radova 120 radnih dana od dana uvođenja u posao.

Do roh bau faze izvedeni su i poslovni prostori u prizemlju Providurove palače koji još uvijek su prazni. Na natječaju za zakup triju poslovnih prostora održanom u ožujku pristigle su samo dvije ponude za prostor knjižare. 

Za kavanu od 82 kvadrata i slastičarnu od 30 kvadrata, čije su početne cijene bile 12 eura po kvadratu, nije pristigla niti jedna ponuda. 

Novi natječaj za davanje u zakup preostalih dvaju prostora bi se prema riječima pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislava Korone trebao raspisati do kraja rujna. 

Pet grupa nabave

Natječaj za posljednje dvije faze opremanja interijera Providurove palače podijeljen je u pet grupa: Građevinsko-obrtnički radovi (465.060,00 kn bez PDV-a), Elektroinstalacije – rasvjeta (110.000,00 kn bez PDV-a), Tipska i ugradbena oprema (317.700,00 kn bez PDV-a), Ovlaživači zraka (87.274,00 kn bez PDV-a) i Reflektori (513.400,00 kn bez PDV-a).
