Ročište u privatnoj kaznenoj tužbi gradonačelnika Branka Dukića protiv novinara Domagoja Margetića za klevetu po drugi put nije održano. Razlog tome je što zagrebačka policija nije uspjela na adresi prebivališta pronaći zagrebačkog novinara i privesti ga na ročište u srijedu.
Naime, nakon što se prošlog puta nije pojavio, sutkinja Općinskog suda u Zadru Jasna Ančić Barić, izdala je nalog za prisilno dovođenje Margetića. Međutim, ta se metoda okazala bezuspješnom.
Gradonačelnik Dukić Margetića je tužio zbog članka koji je krajem studenog 2020. godine objavljen na portalu Zadar danas, pod naslovom: "SRAMOTNO Gradonačelnik Dukić svojim stranačkim kolegama priča detalje ginekoloških pregleda te komentira čije su supruge promiskuitetne". Iako članak nije bio potpisan, Dukić je Margetića tužio kao tadašnjeg urednika portala.
- Općinski sud u Zadru je telefonskim putem obaviješten od strane PU Zagrebačke u 12.25 sati u srijedu kako policijski službenici nisu uspjeli izvršiti nalog za prisilno dovođenje jer okrivljenika nisu pronašli na adresi prebivališta, kazala je sutkinja Ančić Barić dodajući kako zbog nedolaska Margetića ponovno odgađa raspravu, ali i još jednom izdaje nalog za njegovo prisilno dovođenje na iduće ročište.
Podsjetimo kako je o spornom članku vijećalo i Novinarsko vijeće časti Hrvatskog novinarskog društva (HND) te donijelo odluku u korist zadarskog gradonačelnika jer su konstatirali kako su tekstom "prekršena univerzalna novinarska etička načela".
- Nepotpisani tekst u kojem gradonačelnika Branka Dukića, koji je i liječnik, optužuju da ginekološke detalje svojih pacijentica iznosi pred drugim političarima, a posebice pred Božidarom Kalmetom, anonimni novinar temelji na anonimnom izvoru koji mu ne donosi nikakve konkretne dokaze i čije navode nije nikako moguće provjeriti. Takvu vrstu iskaza nedopustivo je objaviti bez kontaktiranja "druge strane", samog Dukića, eventualno bolničke uprave, ako je moguće i razgovora, premda opet vjerojatno anonimnog, s oštećenim pacijenticama. Uredništvo portala pokazalo se krajnje neodgovornim i kada je tekst, bez ikakva obrazloženja ili eventualno demantija, uklonilo sa svoje mrežne stranice. Time je "drugu stranu" stavilo u poziciju da je negativna i vrlo neugodna optužba odjeknula u javnosti, a da pritom onaj koji ju je objavio više za nju ne želi preuzeti nikakvu odgovornost, navodi se u zaključku Novinarskog vijeća časti.

Ročište u privatnoj kaznenoj tužbi gradonačelnika Branka Dukića protiv novinara Domagoja Margetića za klevetu po drugi put nije održano. Razlog tome je što zagrebačka policija nije uspjela na adresi prebivališta pronaći zagrebačkog novinara i privesti ga na ročište u srijedu.
Naime, nakon što se prošlog puta nije pojavio, sutkinja Općinskog suda u Zadru Jasna Ančić Barić, izdala je nalog za prisilno dovođenje Margetića. Međutim, ta se metoda okazala bezuspješnom.
Gradonačelnik Dukić Margetića je tužio zbog članka koji je krajem studenog 2020. godine objavljen na portalu Zadar danas, pod naslovom: "SRAMOTNO Gradonačelnik Dukić svojim stranačkim kolegama priča detalje ginekoloških pregleda te komentira čije su supruge promiskuitetne". Iako članak nije bio potpisan, Dukić je Margetića tužio kao tadašnjeg urednika portala.
- Općinski sud u Zadru je telefonskim putem obaviješten od strane PU Zagrebačke u 12.25 sati u srijedu kako policijski službenici nisu uspjeli izvršiti nalog za prisilno dovođenje jer okrivljenika nisu pronašli na adresi prebivališta, kazala je sutkinja Ančić Barić dodajući kako zbog nedolaska Margetića ponovno odgađa raspravu, ali i još jednom izdaje nalog za njegovo prisilno dovođenje na iduće ročište.
Podsjetimo kako je o spornom članku vijećalo i Novinarsko vijeće časti Hrvatskog novinarskog društva (HND) te donijelo odluku u korist zadarskog gradonačelnika jer su konstatirali kako su tekstom "prekršena univerzalna novinarska etička načela".
- Nepotpisani tekst u kojem gradonačelnika Branka Dukića, koji je i liječnik, optužuju da ginekološke detalje svojih pacijentica iznosi pred drugim političarima, a posebice pred Božidarom Kalmetom, anonimni novinar temelji na anonimnom izvoru koji mu ne donosi nikakve konkretne dokaze i čije navode nije nikako moguće provjeriti. Takvu vrstu iskaza nedopustivo je objaviti bez kontaktiranja "druge strane", samog Dukića, eventualno bolničke uprave, ako je moguće i razgovora, premda opet vjerojatno anonimnog, s oštećenim pacijenticama. Uredništvo portala pokazalo se krajnje neodgovornim i kada je tekst, bez ikakva obrazloženja ili eventualno demantija, uklonilo sa svoje mrežne stranice. Time je "drugu stranu" stavilo u poziciju da je negativna i vrlo neugodna optužba odjeknula u javnosti, a da pritom onaj koji ju je objavio više za nju ne želi preuzeti nikakvu odgovornost, navodi se u zaključku Novinarskog vijeća časti.

U maloj vijecnici zgrade Gradskog poglavarstva od strane gradonacelnika Branka Dukica i predstavnika nekoliko politickih stranaka koje sudjeluju u radu Gradskog vijeca objavljeno je da je postignut dogovor za novi prijedlog proracuna koji ce se u travnju naci na izglasavanju u Gradskom vijecu.
